According to Proview, rather than negotiating directly with Apple, it believed it was discussing the potential trademark sale with “IP Application Development Ltd” (IPAD), an entity it claims Apple established specifically for the purpose of misleading the discussions. IPAD, Proview alleges, insisted that it would not be competing with computing hardware, such as Proview’s own iPAD computer device, Reuters reports.

Apple’s own evidence cited in its Chinese and Hong Kong cases against Proview would seemingly confirm the separate company, though Apple would undoubtedly argue that doing so was a preventative measure to limit awareness of its future product plans. No matter the name of the company which bought the trademark, meanwhile, Apple still claims it now owns it for use in China, something Proview maintains is not the case.

In fact, Proview argues that Apple attempted to buy the trademark from a subsidiary that did not have the authority to sell it, something Apple also denies. The Cupertino firm’s lawyers have threatened Proview with a defamation suit over the disagreement. Proview also says that the flawed sale went ahead without the approval of the company’s creditors at the time, including a number of large Chinese banking institutions, which also invalidates it.

The exact terms of the Proview lawsuit against Apple in California are unclear, though the company has previously suggested it will sue for $2bn.

With the bungalows there are 100 options form a string of thatch roof cabana like houses, located directly on the ocean waters. These houses offer views of the endless waters outside, as well as bay area of the island. Due to this uniqueness, they become an ideal place from where one can go scuba diving, snorkeling, or racing in water scooters. As for the beach front villas go, these are considerably large accommodations, or rather mini-resorts of a kind. Though they resemble the traditional thatched roof design on the exterior, they are fully endowed with modern and aesthetic amenities on the inside, including ornamental teakwood decoration on the walls and furnishings, apart from the gadgets which are fitted in most areas, including the bathrooms.

Bora-Bora Island would give the guests 6 dining options to choose from;

Arii Moana- serving French and Polynesian delicacies, and overlooks the lagoon outside

Tere Nui- Open air but partly thatch roofed restaurant which is known for serving freshly baked products, hence are known for the elaborate breakfast buffet, and also their thematic dining experience.

Sunset Restaurant and Bar- An ideal place for indulging in drinks and cocktails with one’s close friends, watching over the setting sun in the horizon. Sandwiches, fresh salads, and desserts are a specialty here.

Fare Hoa beach bar- Though very similar in theme to the Sunset bar, this outlet has the additional advantage of seeing the sunsets every day, as compared to the other outlets.

Romantic Dinners- This dinner could be availed at any restaurant or within the accommodation areas, where there is a 3-tier meal for a couple in intimate settings. There is also the expertise of a trained Executive chef who will help guests, prepare their own menu.

In-Bungalow dining- This will include enjoying multi-cuisine meals within the private setting of the villas. Best recommended place are the individual terraces, where panoramic views of the ocean are on display as well.

Infinity Pool- This is another place where water birds amongst guests could indulge in some breath taking views of the ocean. Due to its unique design, the pool blends into the ocean, giving a very exotic experience indeed.

Event Rooms- Just in case one would like to get married on the island, or have a private party, the event room is just the place to be. There is even a chapel, where marriages are a common site apart from religious sermons from time to time.

Kahaia Spa- Meant mainly for the couples, this is a spa with views of the Mount Otemanu and its neighboring dense green valleys. This would enhance the experience of getting rejuvenated right in the lap of nature.

Tennis Court- For those who love to spend their evenings, or a part of the day indulging in games, the tennis court offers ideal playing conditions on their 2 courts.

Apart from these, there are also options for going on a local sea tour on the 40-passenger catamaran boat, spending time in the lagoon sanctuary, or simply taking family tours at the Chill Island. MWC is one of those special times of the year when the media and tech nerds can come and drool together over beautiful soon-to-be-iconic devices. It's also one of those times that seems to take forever to get here. Fortunately, we get scraps of information in the interim to make the waiting more tolerable. Such is the case with NEC's MWC lineup, a trio of rather sexy Android phones that are sure to please a wide range of palettes. As you can see in the picture above, they're currently billing these as:

• The "Best Cloud UX Device" (a two 4.3" screen folding phone)
• "Large Screen in One Hand" (a 5" screen behemoth)
• "The Most Stylish" (a 4.3" screen device with a focus on...well...style).

There are no announced carriers or anything of the sort, as it seems these are for more of a showcase than anything else. It's also worth mentioning that NEC has decided to go all out with Ice Cream Sandwich on all of the devices, forgoing the physical navigation buttons for the on-screen software buttons. Only time will tell if these pretty little strumpets will be successful, but they certainly look attractive. It'll be good to hopefully see some full specs next week.
