1. Where do you live? What's your favorite thing about living there?

I live in the beautiful woods of Pennsylvania and my favorite part of that is that it is so easy to feel God's presence in this quiet, natural setting.

2. Do you have any kids and if so, how many? What parenting advice would you give in one sentence?

Yes, we are blessed with 10 children, ages: almost 25, 19,14, almost 13, 9, 8, 7, 5, 4, and 2 1/2
One sentence? Ok: Surrender ALL to Christ.

3. Do you have a blog? If so, what's the name and URL? What do you typically write about?

My profession is first and foremost as a homemaker and also working from home as the site owner/webmaster of the site I mentioned above. My hobbies are hanging out with my family, enjoying Mom's Nights with friends (in a special little corner we set up in my basement that we like to call "The Candle Room",)reading, discussing the Faith, blogging, and watching good movies.

Although I liked all seven quick takes for today, I'm interested in #7. My little Faith wants a kitty...but we've never had one and we already have two dogs...not to mention daddy's not really a "cat person." I hope she gets her kitty and can't wait to hear about the "mom-moment" while checking out cat supplies.

Looks like fun and beauty all combined into one! So far our favorite place to vacation is San Diego. That's where we had our honeymoon nearly 17 years ago, visited when I was VERY pregnant with Parker ten years ago (and I don't suggest being VERY pregnant and trying to vacation) and then again three years ago when we took the kids there. The beach on Coronado was our favorite. Oh yes...and Sea World...the kids LOVED Sea World!

We went to Maui for our honeymoon, my husband still wants to move there. It was just so beautiful. Our favorite spot that is closer & less costly is going up North in Michigan.
