01. One Day of Brahma - melodic and easy listening chill lounge with some elements of psy. In Hindu units of measurement one cosmic day of Creator Brahma indicates a period of 4,320,000,000 human years. This track is relatively long and has Indian music influences, therefore the name.

02. Space Fanfare - here the Hang drum sounds are mixed with psychedelic electronica with Club influences. This composition is based on Dante Bucci's Fanfare from the Reminiscence EP.

03. Fractal Universe - vigorous electronic composition with somewhat retro mood.

04. Return to Bhurloka - slow chill with hiphop beat featuring variety of ethnic instruments with a surprising ending. In Hindu cosmology Bhurloka is the name for our Earth world - the lowest of the seven lokas.

05. Himalaya - slow psychill with sounds common in the Himalaya region.

06. The 6th Sense - electronic psychedelic sounds with cello, harp and electric guitar. The name of this polyphonic track derives from its 6/8 beat.

07. Contingent being - psy with Middle Eastern influences.

Shankar Tucker�s original music blends the sounds of Classical Indian music, Jazz, and Popular music to create a seamless synthesis of cultures and traditions. As a clarinetist performing Hindustani classical music, he has shared the stage with such legendary artists as Zakir Hussain and Hariprasad Chaurasia. Most recently, he has recorded for one of Bollywood�s most prominent music directors, Pritam, for the upcoming film Mausam.

Shankar currently studies with Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia in Mumbai, India. After graduating from New England Conservatory, he was awarded a grant by the Frank Huntington Beebe Fund to pursue his study of applying Hindustani classical music to the clarinet. While in India, he has performed at major venues in Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad.

Shankar�s experience with classical western music includes performances in Boston at Symphony Hall, City Hall, and Jordan Hall, and the Fine Arts Center at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. At New England Conservatory, Shankar studied with Tom Martin of the Boston Symphony, sitarist Peter Row and percussionist Jerry Leake. While in school, both of Shankar�s ensembles, a classical woodwind quintet and an Indian Fusion group, were awarded �honors� status by the Conservatory, a recognition of excellence given to only a few groups each year.

Shankar has toured with the spiritual leader and renowned humanitarian �Amma� Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, performing with her bhajan ensemble in 12 major cities across the US, including Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, Washington DC, Boston, Toronto, and New York City. While on tour with Amma, he had the opportunity to perform with David Balakrishnan of the Turtle Island String Quartet and study with saxophonist George Brooks. Shankar recorded an album of his fusion compositions entitled Uplift, which was premiered on Amma�s 2009 US tour. Through benefit concerts and sales of the CD, he raised several thousand dollars, which was put towards a charity helping farmers in southern India.

Easter Island, an island at the end of the world.

Probably the least visited place on the face of the earth, a place with a great riddle. 'The Riddle of Isla de Pascua' tells the story of this remote location know as Rapa Nui. A once striving community that gave birth to the mysterious gigantic stone Moai statues that surround the island by the hundreds.

This album, in 'The Riddle' sequel, is an aural adventure hosting Smiley Pixie with his exciting 'Easter People' that opens The album. A fantastic one from Hands Upon Black Earth feat. Irina Mikhailova. Astropilot contributes two new tracks. written for this project. Overdream and the lovely Rapa Nui, Becoming.Intense with his atmospheric 'Rano Raraku'. oCeLoT and his multi dimensional 'Lucky Fungus'. The last three have just completed their new albums to be released on Avatar this summer.
