<p>Our Operations team is planning to update the Billing area of the onCloud Control Panel with a new hotfix that will address several issues in this section.</p>
<p>The update is planned for <strong>Tuesday, February 7, 2012</strong>, at <strong>2:00 a.m. EST</strong>. During the update process, you will be unable to access the Billing area of your Control Panel and place new subscription orders in our online store for approximately <strong>20 to 30 minutes</strong>.</p>
