Clinton Administration’s failed foreign policy legacy in places like Bosnia :

Holbrooke says that the biggest positive outcome of the Dayton Peace Accords was that it ended the war in Bosnia. Well, one cannot argue with this because it’s true that every peace ends military conflict and therefore saves people’s lives. To paraphrase Obama’s famous speech against war in Iraq, when he said that he doesn’t oppose all wars, but he only opposes dumb wars. It's pretty much the same towards the peace from Dayton, which seems to be dumb peace built on numerous misjudgments.

One of the reasons the Dayton was a misconception is because those 150,000 Muslim victims, whom Holbrooke mentions in his op-ed, could never have died in the first place, should the Western countries changed their policy toward imposing the arms embargo on Bosnia, 3 years prior to said peace negotiations. From retrospect, it was a policy which hugely contributed to the murderous genocide, producing stunning number of deaths (that’s actually not only my opinion, as it has been also publicly claimed by many independent experts, diplomats and academics).
Bill Clinton’s foreign policy in Bosnia has been flawed since the beginning of his first term and resulted in dramatic consequences. In August 1992, when he was campaigning against George H. W. Bush for the presidency, he publicly promised to put an end to Serb concentration camps in Bosnia; he said he “would begin with air power against the Serbs to try to restore the basic conditions of humanity”. Clinton claimed that "the United Nations' demands should be backed up by collective action, including the use of force, if necessary", and that "the United States should be prepared to lend appropriate support, including military, to such an operation."
U.S. did not suddenly step in to bring the end to the genocide in Bosnia. This issue has been on the table for years and the U.S. has been called upon for help since 1992 , and not necessarily understood in terms of sending money or troops, but merely as a request for a change of flawed policies in the region, which the Clinton’s team never seriously contemplated, when the time was right.

It seems that those, who were Bosnia’s best friends were not the Clintons, the Holbrookes or the Lakes. The accurate analysts of the Bosnian tragedy were people like Sen. Bob Dole, who made numerous public appeals to immediately lift the arms embargo allowing Bosniaks to defend themselves.

OSAMA BIN LADEN PLANTS A TREE AND BUILDS A HOUSE IN SARAJEVO

It is said that all people around the world immigrate to the U.S. in pursuit of the American dream. Well, Hillary’s people claimed that Osama bin Laden wanted to immigrate to Bosnia instead and pursue his own dream over there.
Firstly it was Richard A. Clarke (Clinton’s chief anti-terrorism adviser), who testified that back in 1994, the U.S. government knew that Bin Laden was organizing a terrorist network in Bosnia and intended to play an important role in the new Bosnian government. According to Clarke: “U.S. and Allied actions halted the war in Bosnia and caused most of the al-Qaeda related jihadists to leave”. Holbrooke repeats those allegations in his op-ed and explains that the U.S. government was “concerned with the presence in Bosnia of a little-known group of Islamist extremists who would later become infamous as al-Qaeda.” According to Holbrooke: “in the Dayton Agreement, we required their removal and gave NATO the right to attack them; without Dayton, al-Qaeda would probably have planned the Sept. 11 attacks from Bosnia, not Afghanistan.”

The first most obvious implication of Clarke/Holbrooke “al-Qaeda remarks” is that if the U.S. government knew that Bin Laden and his group was infiltrating Bosnia, so must have known Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic. Therefore perhaps they did some good to Bosnia!

According to Clarke/Holbrooke, the U.S. government knew about Bin Laden’s terrorist operations in Bosnia back in the 90's, was subsequently able to track and destroy his network, to get his supporters out of the country, to infiltrate them to the extent to be able to figure out they wanted to participate in the Bosnian government, however at the same time the U.S./NATO intelligence somehow didn’t notice massive infantry movements approaching Srebrenica, the U.N. safe area, in July 1995. Coincidence or simply a lie, that the Clinton Administration was able to track down in Bosnia a "little known group of Islamist extremists" (using Holbrooke’s own words), but they weren’t able to track down "well-known war criminals" like Karadzic and Mladic. Dayton Peace Accords do not contain even one word like “Al-Qaeda”, “terrorists” or “Islamist extremists”. The first time Bosnia emerged as a serious issue was when CNN and FOX broadcasted a material informing that the Bosnians (coincidentally they keep applying for the membership in the EU) put the future female Commander-in-Chief and her daughter Chelsea (a presumptive Democratic nominee in a decade or so) under sniper fire in Tuzla. Then, when America was getting ready to go angry at them, they suddenly called it off and sent instead a young child to greet Mrs. Clinton with flowers. Subsequently they were blamed for posting a misleading video at YouTube ambiguously depicting Hillary’s Bosnian visit. Bosnia is a country with no history of hatred towards the U.S. and Western Europe. To the contrary, Bosnians have always regarded themselves as Europeans and as a part of the West, even though they have been practicing different religion than the rest of Europe. The creation of Bosnia by a referendum in 1992, left Bosnian Serbs outside of the territory of Serbia, which they regarded as their homeland. It was a similar situation to the one produced by the dissolution of the Soviet Union, which left number of native Russians living not in Russia, but in neighboring states.

NEGOTIATING WITH TERRORISTS

One more observation. Hillary Clinton and her team are poorly positioned to solve the Iraqi crisis. Obama came out with this proposition that as a president he would meet with leaders of hostile countries without preconditions. Clinton/McCain rejected such an idea and called Obama extremely naive.

It is worth noting, though, that Hillary had some different opinion about it during her husband’s presidential terms. Bill Clinton sent out Holbrooke to meet and negotiate with a notorious KLA/UCK. He also sent out Madeleine Albright to meet privately with a well known terrorism sponsor Kim Jong-il of North Korea, and was himself ready to meet with Kim afterwards. Hillary Clinton did not protest those steps back then, although she is presently eloquent to protest Obama’s plans to duplicate her husband’s ideas.
Actually, Obama may be very realistic, and not naive, in this respect, because solving the difficult situation in the Middle East may require "shaking hands with the devil". He pledges to be ready to do it. From the Washington Post’s op-ed, we already know that Richard Holbrooke would be ready to shake those hands as well...

Union of South American Nations, or UNASUR, as a regional version of the European Union is created. Venezuela and Brazil have put forward a plan for a South American Defence Council which would draft defence policy and serve as a mechanism for regional security. The proposal is currently under discussion by the member states. This ofcourse is a big step forward the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT (part of the great design called THE NEW WORLD ORDER). Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said the move showed that South America was becoming a “global player”. Prior to the Brasilia summit, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez described the “empire” of the United States as Unasur’s “number one enemy”. This retoric helps him win the support of his fellow Venezuelans but the truth behind it is just the opposite. He is their player. It looks like the leaders of South America have taken cues — or direct orders — from the Council on Foreign Relations, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, the Aspen Institute and the Atlantic Institute, etc., and the international bankers who run them. It’s all part of what David Rockefeller called a “march towards a world government” and acceptance of a “supranational sovereignty of an intellectual and financial elite.

In the very near future, in order to survive, keep national identity and to maintain economy, costume and culture it is more likely that more Unions and Alliances would be formed to create a New World Order; bigger European Union, Union of Asian and Eurasian countries Russia, Mongolia, China and India, Union of Islamic countries from Middle East and Central Asia, Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia, stronger unity of African Union, Union of Central and South America; Panama, Colombia, Cuba and Venezuela, and eventually North American Union; USA, Canada and Mexico. After these Unions, we can expect even bigger ones. Union of Central and South America will enlarge to the whole continent and they will join North America to create Great American Union (GAU). The USA will have great influence on other members through Mexico. This Union will be led by the USA in the North and Brazil in the South.

The term "New World Order" (Novus Ordo Mundi) has been used to refer to a new period of history evidencing a dramatic change in world political thought and the balance of power.

The word freegan is compounded from "free" and "vegan". Vegans are people who avoid products from animal sources or products tested on animals in an effort to avoid harming animals. We live in an economic system where sellers only value land and commodities relative to their capacity to generate profit. Consumers are constantly being bombarded with advertising telling them to discard and replace the goods they already have because this increases sales. Perhaps the most notorious freegan strategy is what is commonly called "urban foraging" or "dumpster diving". This "technique" involves digging through the garbage for useful goods. Groups like Food Not Bombs recover foods that would otherwise go to waste and use them to prepare meals to share in public places with anyone who wishes to partake. Every few nights, members in New York City hit the streets under cover of darkness to rifle through industrial-sized black garbage bags left curbside for pickup. These people don‘t eat out of dumpsters because they‘re poor and desperate. They do it to prove a political point. There‘s an entire society of people who willingly get their meals out of the garbage and it is growing in America, Europe and Australia.

So feel free to go dumpster diving and eat garbage because now it is cool... It's a movement proving political point... I think it is sad... Fat american, rich bastards throw away perfectly preserved food while children around the world are starving and now there is a society of people that dig through the garbage for food and share it because having two jobs is not enough to pay you bills, clothes and food... That's called living the american dream...

Odmah nakon objavljivanja preliminarnih rezultata izbora, postalo je jasno da će o budućnosti Srbije odlučivati mandati SPS. U ovom trenutku je jedino sigurno da SPS ulazi u Vladu. Odluka sa kojom listom, biće odluka budućeg političkog pravca Srbije i budućnosti njenih građana. Ovo je ključna odluka i za sam SPS. Da li će se odlučiti za novi imidž stranke koja će više brinuti o socijalnim pitanjima običnih smrtnika ili se neće odreći isključive nacionalističke retorike na koju smo navikli svih ovih godina ( kojem će se privoleti carstvu) ?

Ovo je bila ubedljivo najprljavija predizborna kampanja do sada. Naslušali smo se izdajnika i lažova, muvatora i kriminalaca... Po prvi put smo imali prilike da gledamo antikampanjske spotove koji olajavaju onu "drugu" stranu bez ijedne reči o sopstvenom programu. Nije se štedelo na plasiranju poluistina i dezinformacija, došlo se na kraju do "Judinog potpisa" i anonimnih pretnji atentatom na Predsednika Srbije! Pokazalo se da je to potcenjivanje inteligencije glasačkog tela (nešto kao reklama za izbeljivač rublja). Izbori su nedvosmisleno pokazali da građani nisu spremni da posle deset godina borbe, odustanu od "Evropskog puta" ali ni od Kosova. Tu iskazanu volju naroda treba poštovati. Nije tačno da su ovi izbori bili referendum "Kosovo ili EU" već "EU ili samoizolacija" kao što nije tačno da je potpis na parafirani sporazum o saradnji i pridruživanju EU, potpis na nezavisnost Kosova. Niko u svetu na tome ne insistira kao bivši premijer Koštunica čime direktno ugrožava vitalne interese Srbije i čime je praktično odustao od sopstvenog programa. Da li će lideri SPS prepoznati šansu da stranku transformišu u modernu evropsku socijalističku partiju ili će ih Radikali progutati, saznaćemo vrlo brzo.

The Los Angeles riots of 1992, also known as the Rodney King uprising or the Rodney King riots, were sparked on April 29, 1992 when a jury acquitted four police officers (Laurence Powell, Timothy Wind, Theodore Briseno and Sergeant Stacey Koon) accused in the videotaped beating of black motorist Rodney King following a high-speed pursuit. Thousands of people in the L.A. area rioted over the six days following the verdict. Widespread looting, assault and the occasional murder occurred, many of the crimes were gang-motivated or perpetrated. In all, 53 people died during the riots. [source]

The Los Angeles District Attorney charged the four officers with use of excessive force towards King. But the judge was replaced and the new judge changed the verdict. The resulting public outrage raised tensions between the black community and the LAPD, and increased anger over police brutality and issues such as unemployment, racial tension, and poverty in the black community of South Central L.A. There was nearly $1 billion in damage and 53 deaths; 2,383 injuries; more than 7000 fire responses; and 3,100 businesses damaged. Smaller riots occurred in other US cities. 4.000 of National Guard and U.S. Army Marines where called to restore order. After the riots King was awarded $3.8 million in a civil case, and used some of the money to start a hip hop music label.

1999 NATO war on Serbia

"...it is more than obvious now that the ruthless destruction of Serbia during the 1999 NATO bombing was carried out with one goal and that is to turn the province of Kosovo-Metohija into the first NATO state in the world..."

The bombing campaign, officially against then Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SRJ), was conducted by 19 armies of the Alliance's member states. The sustained attacks lasted for 11 weeks, or 78 days. Germany, France, the U.S. and Italy participated with most soldiers. The bombing was supposed to last 7-10 days and result in a surrender of Serbia, according to a pre-war estimate by General Wesley Clark, then the supreme NATO commander. 36,000 sorties were flown dropping 23,000 bombs and missiles.
Official data shows that 1,002 members of then Yugoslav Army and Serbian MUP were killed, along with around 2,500 civilians, including 89 children. 10,000 people were wounded.
Serbia's infrastructure, commercial buildings, schools, healthcare institutions, media outlets and monuments of culture sustained heavy damage during the war. Estimates differ as to the material damage done to Serbia. The government of that time asked for compensation of damages that it said ran into about USD 100bn. But G17 Plus economists believe the number is at USD 30bn.

The attacks began on March 24, 1999, a little after 20:00 CET, after then NATO Secretary-General Javier Solana gave the order to start the bombing. During the 78 days of this NATO campaign of air strikes, the capital suffered with almost all RTS transmitters destroyed, as was the TV tower on Mt. Avala, the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade, the building of the Yugoslav Army General Staff, and, two hours after midnight on April 23, bombs hit the RTS building in central Belgrade, killing 16 employees and inflicting grave injuries on four others. On the fourth day of the war, Serbian AAA downed F117-stealth bomber. NWO techno-wonder wasn't secret any more. After it became evident that there would be no quick surrender of Serbia, NATO started to change its tactics. After 17 NATO aircraft and three rescue helicopters have been destroyed at Tuzla airport, NATO leaders took out their rage on Serb civilians. For three days in a row, NATO aviation targeted Uzice and its vicinity, including the city center. The most important strategic victory for Serbia that the April 18 Tuzla raid represented was that the Bosnian airport was never again used by NATO during the bombing campaign against Serbia. Especially daring were the two Serbian Air Force attacks on NATO aircraft stationed at the Tirana airport in Albania which also took place in April 1999. That's where NATO had positioned a squadron of 12 Apache helicopters that were supposed to provide air support for the "Atlantic Brigade," a ground force that was supposed to attack Serbia from Albania. The Atlantic Brigade consisted of some 6,000 Albanian volunteers from Diaspora, who were trained by American military instructors. Along with the KLA terrorists who operated inside Kosovo, but retreated to Albania, the Atlantic Brigade and the KLA were to occupy take the southern part of Kosovo since the NATO air campaign had not produced the desired results. So altogether, this was a ground force of some 20,000 fighters, including the foreign, mostly American, instructors and special forces. The first air raid in Albania by the Serbian Air Force took place on April 13, when four Serbian warplanes attacked the preparation camp of the Atlantic Brigade near Kamenica in northern Albania. One of the Apaches was destroyed and serious losses inflicted on the Atlantic Brigade troops. This was repeated on May 5, when three Serbian Eagles and two Seagulls attacked the Atlantic Brigade several times within short intervals. But one of the most spectacular actions the Serbian Air Force had undertaken against NATO took place on April 26, when the U.S. Apache air base near Tirana was attacked. In the wake of the two air raids, five Apache helicopters were destroyed. The strategic significance of this attack was that NATO never used the Apache helicopters again for the duration of the war. NATO succeeded in damaging only 13 of the Serbs' 300 battle tanks in Kosovo, despite alliance claims of large-scale destruction of Belgrade's heavy armor. Hundreds of "dummies" managed to fool the NATO dummies into believing they were bombing Serbian tanks and artillery. The Yugoslav Army used well-practiced Russian camouflage techniques which involved placing dummies around the countryside, some of them next to dummy bridges with strips of black plastic sheeting across fields as fake roads to delude NATO bombers into thinking they had a prime target to hit. By all accounts, the bombing was indiscriminate, killing farmers, suburbanites, city dwellers, factory workers, reporters, diplomats, people in cars, busses and trains, hospital patients, the elderly and children.

Aleksinac. Five Nato missiles hit Aleksinac, a small mining community, on April 6. Seventeen civilians, taking shelter in a basement of a house, were all killed. Although there is no military presence in the residential area that was bombed, more than 400 homes were destroyed.

Belgrade. Near midnight on June 1, 14 missiles destroyed a block of houses in a suburb of Belgrade killing 5 and injuring 20.Around 1 a.m. on May 20, Nato cluster bombs hit "Dragisa Misovic" hospital in downtown Belgrade. The neurological ward, the maternity ward, the gynecological ward and the children's ward for lung diseases were destroyed. Nato later admitted that one of the laser guided bombs overshot its target by about 1,500 feet (460 meters). On May 8, Nato airstrikes hit the Chinese Embassy, destroying half of the building. According to the Chinese Government there were about 30 people in the building at the moment of the attack. Four Chinese citizens were killed and at least 20 injured. On Friday, April 23, around 2 a.m., the building of the Serbian National Broadcasting Network was destroyed by Nato air strikes. The building is in the very center of Belgrade, a few hundred feet from a children's theater, St. Marko's Church, the City Childrens Center and the local market. More than 20 civilian employees of the TV station were killed. On April 13, a cluster bomb hit the Veterans Army Hospital in downtown Belgrade, injuring sixteen patients.

On May 5, Nato forces destroyed the Sloboda plant, the largest factory in Cacak. This factory produced domestic appliances and employed 5,000 workers. A residential area near the factory was also destroyed. Two persons were killed, one of them was a 74-year-old woman. Seven were injured.

Cuprija. On June 1, 2 civilians were killed and 9 wounded when Nato bombs destroyed more than 100 houses in the center of this small town.

Djakovica. On April 21 70 civilians died and 20 were injured in a refugee camp near Djakovica, home for more than 500 people evicted from Krajina (Croatia). The houses were completely destroyed. Just four years ago, more than 400,000 civilian Serbs were ethnically cleansed from the Krajina region by the Croatian government of Franjo Tudjman. There were 53 bomb craters at the site.

Grdelica. Nato hit an international train, on regular service from Belgrade to Thessaloniki (Greece), in the vicinity of Leskovac on Monday, April 12. Sixty passengers were killed, including a 10 year-old child. More than 30 passengers were wounded. All casualties were civilians.
Korisa. On the night of May 13, six Nato missiles struck a farm in the rural village of Korisa in Kosovo. In this attack, 87 Kosovo Albanians died.

Throughout May, Nato repeatedly targeted the town of Kraljevo, destroying its school and a hospital clinic. More than 20 civilians have been injured. A message on one of the bomb casings found at Kraljevo read, "Do You Still Want to Be a Serb Now?"

Luzane. May 1, Nato planes attacked a bridge in Luzane (12 miles from Pristina), hitting the bus filled with civilians, mostly old people and children. There were about 70 passengers on the bus. A missile hit the bus directly and split it in two. They attacked again 25 minutes later, when an ambulance vehicle was damaged and one medical doctor was seriously wounded in the head.

On May 7, 1999, 15 people were killed and 70 injured when cluster bombs fell on the town market in Nis.

Novi Sad. Nato attacked an oil refinery in Novi Sad more than 10 times. A thick cloud of benzene-laden smoke hangs over the city and water from the public water supply is no longer drinkable. Several residential areas in the suburbs of Novi Sad were demolished. As of June 1 there are more than 100 seriously wounded civilians in Novi Sad.

Novi PazarOn May 31, six Nato cluster bombs hit a four-storey apartment complex in the center of town killing 23 and injuring 20.

Nato forces have repeadedly hit the power plant in the Pancevo petroleum refinery complex, which supplied electricity and gas. The refinery was attacked on several more occasions. A huge amount of toxic material was spilled into the Danube River, which flows all the way from Germany to the Black Sea.

In the early afternoon hours on April 14, 1999, a convoy of Albanian refugees was bombed four times by Nato planes. The refugees were moving down Prizren-Djakovica road, mostly on foot, or in tractor trailers. At least 75 people were killed, 100 wounded.

Savine Vode. On May 3, , during the Nato attack on Savine Vode a civilian bus on the Djakovica-Podgorica Road was hit. At least 20 persons were killed, 43 were injured (23 suffered serious injuries). There were large numbers of women and children among the victims. Rescue teams and ambulance cars weren't able to help the victims due to the prolonged attack.

Surdulica. On May 30, 20 patients in a sanitarium and retirement home complex where killed when the buildings were destroyed by five Nato missiles.

Varvarin. Nato planes took out a bridge in this central Serbian city, killing 11 people who were crossing in their cars when the missiles hit.

NATO's war against Serbia ended on June 10, when the United Nations adopted the still valid Resolution 1244.

UNHCR data shows that after the arrival of the NATO ground forces in the province, some 230,000 Serbs and Romas fled to central Serbia, escaping ethnic violence against them perpetrated by Kosovo's Albanians.
Numerous incidents that followed against Serbs and other non-Albanians resulted in the kidnapping and murder of some 1,500 people. Albanian sources put this number at 500. Another wave of violence and ethnic cleansing took place on March 17-19, 2004, when 4,000 Serbs were also exiled from their homes.

Iraq: 5 years of occupation

This war has now lasted longer than World War I, World War II, or the Civil War.

There is no longer any doubt that the Iraq War is a moral and strategic disaster for the United States. But what has not yet been fully recognized is that it has also been an economic disaster. To date, the government has spent more than $522 billion on the war, with another $70 billion already allocated for 2008. Recognizing these costs of the Iraq War is even more crucial now that the economy is facing recession.

According to the group Just Foreign Policy, more than a million Iraqis have died as a result of the invasion and occupation, now entering its sixth year.
According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, more than four million Iraqis are displaced from their homes, with roughly half of them outside of the country.
Baghdad has become the most dangerous city in the world, largely as a result of a U.S. policy of pitting various Iraqi ethnic and sectarian groups against one another. Ethnic and sectarian cleansing strategies, backed by occupation forces, have virtually eliminated all mixed areas of Baghdad.

So why, exactly, did the U.S. invade Iraq five years ago?

The official reasons -- the threat posed to the U.S. and its allies by Saddam Hussein's alleged programs of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) have long since been discarded by the lack of evidence that such a threat ever existed. Is the world safer place now without Saddam? There was no Al Quaeda in Iraq before invasion.

The Iraq war is largely about oil. After all, oil is an absolutely indispensable requirement for running modern economies and militaries. And the invasion was a forceful -- indeed, a shock- and awe-some -- demonstration to the rest of the world, especially potential strategic rivals like China, Russia, or even the European Union, of Washington's ability to quickly and effectively conquer and control an oil-rich nation in the heart of the energy-rich Middle East. Indeed, a demonstration of such power could well be the fastest way to formalize a new international order based on the overwhelming military power of the United States. It would be a "unipolar world".

Bush made his comments in a speech at the Pentagon to mark the fifth anniversary of the US-led invasion : "Because we acted the world is better and the United States of America is safer."

1944---Albanians create a Nazi Waffen SS Division, Skanderbeg, made up mostly of Kosovo Albanian Muslims, “Kosovars”. These Albanian Muslim Nazi SS troops murder thousands of Kosovo Serbian Christians and drive thousands of other Kosovo Serbs out of Kosovo. Albanian Muslims murder Kosovo Serbian civilians in streets in 1941 after Adolf Hitler granted them "independence".

1944---Kosovo Albanian Muslims play a role in the Holocaust, the murder of European Jews. The Albanian “Kosovar” Skanderbeg Nazi SS Division rounds up Kosovo Jews who are sent to the Nazi concentration camp at Bergen Belsen where they are killed.

1948---The U.S. brings Midhat Frasheri, the leader of the Nazi/fascist Balli Kombetar, National Front, whose goal is a Greater Albania that includes Kosovo, and other wanted Albanian “Kosovar” war criminals, such as Xhafer Deva and Hassan Dosti, to the U.S. to form anti-Communist forces for the takeover of Albania. The U.S. put the Communist regime in power in Albania then sought to overthrow it by means of “regime change”.

1969---Kosovo Albanians begin closer ties with Tirana and begin importing textbooks and teachers from Albania and create their own Albanian school system and university. The “Albanianization” of Kosovo begins.

1974---The Communist dictator Josip Broz Tito changes the Yugoslav constitution giving Kosovo Albanians control of Kosovo.

1981---Albanians in Kosovo demand independence or secession from Yugoslavia. They demand to be a Republic which is code for independent or a part of Albania. They demand: “We Want a Unified Albania!” Dozens are killed in separatist riots. Serbian Patriarchate in Pec is burned down but no one knows how or why.

1982---British historian Nora Beloff notes that “ethnic cleansing” originated in Kosovo when Albanian Muslims killed or drove off Serbs. Albanians begin terror campaign of ethnic cleansing against Kosovo Serbs. From 1981-1989, an estimated 20,000 Kosovo Serbs are driven out of Kosovo by Albanian ultranationalists.

1989---Murders, rapes, desecration of Kosovo Serbian property, churches, and cemeteries forces Serbian government to rescind “autonomy” that Communist dictatorship created.

1991---Albanian separatists respond by proclaiming Kosovo a republic, which is tantamount to independence, which is recognized only by neighboring Albania. Albanian separatists gain sponsorship of a Greater Albania by contributing money to Thomas Lantos, Robert Dole, and Joe Biden. The U.S. becomes the sponsor of Greater Albania.

1996---A violent and armed terrorist and separatist group emerges, the KLA/UCK, whose goal is to create a Greater Albania, an independent “Kosova”. KLA begins killing Kosovo Serb civilians and police. Dozens of Yugoslav policemen, Serbs and Albanians, are brutally murdered by the KLA.

July-August, 1998---The KLA separatists takes over 40 percent of Kosovo by force, by killing Yugoslav police and driving Kosovo Serbs out. The KLA terrorist groups are well-armed and supplied. The U.S. is one of the backers of the KLA separatists or terrorists.

1998---US State Department declares the KLA separatists are “terrorists”. US media dismisses the pronouncement.

January 15, 1999---A “massacre” is manufactured in Racak by the US media and government. In fact, those killed were KLA separatists who had murdered Serbian policemen and had been killed in combat against Yugoslav police.

February, 1999---At a staged peace conference at Rambouillet, the US demands that Serbia allow Kosovo to become an independent nation after three years and that US and NATO troops be allowed to occupy Serbia. The US diktat was meant to force a war which the U.S. had long been planning. Rambouillet was a transparent sham.

March, 1999---Yugoslavia’s democratically elected leaders reject the US peace deal as tantamount to dismemberment and military occupation, unacceptable to a sovereign state.

March 24, 1999---NATO launched air strikes against Yugoslavia for 78 days, killing thousands of Serbian civilians. The KLA and U.S. advisers create a fake humanitarian catastrophe by telling and even forcing Kosovo Albanians to flee into Albania and Macedonia Yugoslav forces are falsely blamed for driving out Albanians. The U.S. scores a huge propaganda success with images of refugees.

June 10, 1999---NATO occupies Kosovo.

June 12, 1999---After 50,000 NATO peacekeepers begin deployment in Kosovo, over 200,000 Kosovo Serbs, Roma, Gorani, and Jews are forced out of Kosovo by Albanians. Thousands of Kosovo Serbs are murdered by Albanians as NATO takes control of the province. Over 150 Serbian Orthodox Churches would be destroyed by Albanian Muslims protected by NATO troops.

March, 2004---March Pogroms: Albanians attack the last remaining Kosovo Serbs to drive them out of the province to create an ethnically pure Shqip Kosova.

October, 2006---Serbia held a referendum and approved a new constitution which declared that Kosovo was an integral part of Serbia. This decision had the support of the majority of the population of Serbia, that is, was democratically determined

April, 2007---Russia rejected the Marti Ahtisaari proposal in the U.N. Security Council because it violated Serbian sovereignty by supporting Albanian separatism.

June, 2007---U.S. President George W. Bush claimed that Kosovo had to be independent "sooner rather than later." This is an issue for the UN to be decided under international law, however, not a decision for the President of the U.S.

August, 2007---Envoys from the U.S., EU and Russia began 120 days of further negotiations between Albanian separatists and the Serbian government in order to reach an agreement. No agreement was forthcoming because the only “agreement” the U.S. was pushing was an independent “Kosova”. There was nothing to negotiate about. The negotiations were a sham and a hoax.

December, 2007---Albanian separatist efforts fail at the U.N. The U.S. and Albanian goal is then to unilaterally declare independence outside of international law and the UN Charter, which is illegal and violates the sovereignty of Serbia and denies the will of the majority of Serbs. The majority of the Serbian population rejects the secession of Kosovo by Albanian separatists. This decision is reached by means of the democratic process.

February, 2008---Having failed to achieve their separatist agenda through international law and in the U.N., the U.S. switched gears and told the Albanian separatists to unilaterally declare an independent “Kosova”. This is an illegal act which violates all international norms and conventions and laws. The U.S. reliance is on military force only. The illegal measure is justified by force only.

Now, there is a thing called "International Law" and "United Nations". It is a place where people negotiate rather than go to war. Ok, you guys in United States have idiots for presidents and you are being brainwashed by your government for decades. Well, occupied territories of Serbia were being used as terrorist camps and saveheavens for Al Qaida in fight against christians in this part of Europe (Bosnian and Kosovo war). Serbs are fighting terrorism on its territory. Q: Why do United States insist on another (Bosnia was the first) muslim country in Europe? A: They need to show the muslim world that they are not against Islam but only after their resources. That would also make easier for Turkey to become new EU member. They (global shadow government) don't care about Europeans or Religion. They want one world government. They don't care about borders either. They only care about money and will crush anything or anyone who stands in their way. That means 80% of World's population and Earth itself if they have to. That also means WWIII.
