Launch: Peace through Mindfulness

We traveled to Australia without leaving Brooklyn! We just launched the site for Oli Doyle, a Mindfulness all-star in Melbourne. His no-nonsense approach to meditation (which, he says right on the homepage, can be boring) inspired us to create a fun character, the meditating frog, featured in different illustrations around the site. The site keeps people posted about upcoming classes, Oli’s new book, blog and other media.

This is the first collaboration with the talented Emily Conley and we’re looking forward to many more projects with her in the future!

In-Progress: Themba Tutors identity & website

It’s great to be working again with Craig of Brooklyn Letters (along with his partner Blythe) on his new venture, Themba Tutors. Their network of professional tutors will provide educational services to both kids and adults.

This project is a reunion in a few ways, we’re also teaming up again with the very talented Elisa Lewis on the design and programming!

We’ve just finished defining their identity and we’re working on the site design & programming at the moment, so keep an eye out for the launch!

We are proud to launch the site for ball4hope, a non-profit organization that uses sports to bring smiles and hope to children in poor areas around the world. We created an identity that brings together all of these elements. Their site keeps people informed about their upcoming fundraising events and mission trips

For the last few months we have been working on the redesign of the site for the Park Slope Civic Council, a non-profit organization that holds this part of Brooklyn together and is an incredible resource to our community. We’re putting the final touches on the site and will be excited to launch in a few weeks!

Around The World For Free – Season 3

Keeping with our recent trend of breaking outdated news, we’re announcing that we finished the coding on the new interactive map for the third season of Around The World For Free.

The season is coming to an end actually but you can still go click around the interactive map and see what Parvati has been up to.

As always we give thanks to Anthony and Brian for all their hard work on the project and many thanks as well to Bright Red for bringing us this project and managing it. And last but certainly not least, the custom CMS that powers the map was done by Grail Interactive!

Launch: Leon Polk Smith Foundation

Leon was an American artist with a huge body of work, which we’ve represented pretty well on the site. AlterBrook Renovations

AlterBrook was started by Daniel Alter, an architect living in Park Slope, Brooklyn. He expanded his business to include renovation of hand picked townhouses and needed a way to publicize the properties and find buyers.

We created a site for his latest renovation which will also be used as a template for future listings as he renovates other properties.
