I hate to find restaurants and malls having a smelly restroom. I find it unfit for them to operate such a restaurant and mall if they cannot manage a sanitary and immaculately clean restroom. For me, sanitary restrooms must have hand dryers and soaps so that clients can wash and dry their hands after using the toilets. I am glad that the big mall here in my place has a very sanitary restroom. In restaurants where I find their restroom yucky, I never bother to go back again.

It is not anymore stunning to know that Philippines ranked as the 4th most corrupt nation in the Asia-Pacific survey. Me in the government service knows how far coruption goes in the government system. It has saturated down to the youth level. Indonesia was the first on the list folowed by Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, India, China, Malaysia, Taiwan and South Korea. Macao, Japan, the United States, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore are least corrupt in the survey.

HEAT STROKE

Heat stroke is being experienced by people nowadays. Deaths of heatstroke have already been reported in the Philippines especially with people who are suffering from high blood pressure and heart diseases. An officemate of mine who was a co-volleyball player experienced heat stroke when we were practicing volleyball in the park. We brought her to the nearest hospital and was given immediate medical treatment.

It is alarming that HIV infected people are increasing in number. This may be attributed to the lack of education on the part of the people about its effects and about how its is contracted. I guess the government should intensify its efforts on its education campaign about HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases like herpes simplex virus and many others. The youths especially should know all about these things. I just hope that the government would do its share of saving the youths from this menace.

MACAU TRAVEL

My friend just called up if I wanted to go with them for a group tour to Macau. Macau is known for its being dubbed as " little Las Vegas". She says she found a cheap rate for three days and two nights. The travel sounds so exciting but I can't do it for now because I don't have extra money. Anyway, I have been to Las Vegas already so going there wouldn't be much of a big deal to me, now.

My elder son is a teener now and he has a similar skin type with me. Whenever I don't use a face moisturizer that suits my skin type I develop zits. He is experiencing zits on his face too, now and so I told him to try using my face moisturizer. After a couple of days use, his zits disappear. Well, as the saying goes like mother like son. He is already prodding me to buy a new face moisturizer for him because his moisturizer bottle is almost empty.

I saw in my way home garden plants that will look good on my small yard. With the warm season coming along the way, it is best to have plants for fresh air and cooler surroundings. On Saturday, I plan to go to that garden selling ornamental and flowering plants. It is time I give another try to the hobby of planting ornamental and flowering plants. People say I am not a "green thumb" person. Well, I will see this time.

My friends keep noticing the zits on my face because they know me to be a person not prone to zits. I should need to be fast in looking for an acne remedy lest deep scars fill my face. It is disgusting to have zits. They are like volcanoes that erupt in the face and leave scars that forever haunts you. My friends have recomended treatments that have worked on them but I don't like to take chances. Every day, I feel that the scar created by the zits become deep. I must act now.

My Daily Business site must be having problems with photobucket. I received an email rejecting my post because of photobucket spams in my site. Blogger friends wrote on my shout box also that my site is filled with photobucket images. I don't know what seems to be the problem but I will try to fix it later and resubmit the rejected post. If I can't fix it I will ask again my blogger friend Rosemarie to fix it for me.

I have pimples that come out every time I have my period. Lately, I used a facial wash that caused my pimples to come out. I guess my skin does not like the formulation of that facial wash and it caused zits to come out my face. I tried on putting treatment on them but it did not work. Now, I should look for a best acne treatment so that my face won't have deep scars as a result of these zits. I should not just be using any facial wash on my face and any cosmetics for that matter. I learned my lesson now.

I catch colds while in Manila. My youngest son got it from me, too. He had fever yesterday. He had to go to school amid the fever because he had to submit his school project. Glad that his cold medicines was effective on him because he never went home early as I expected. Me, since I am on water therapy only and vitamin C, my colds is still up. I hope I can rest this but I have to work since I have been away for almost a week.

I was talking to a friend in New York and I am happy that she is about to finish her studies in a medical school. She finished one course already and while waiting for the board examination she enrolled again in another medical course. She is preparing for the final examination. I likeher zeal to learn despite her age. She wants to find a job that is so different from her current job as a food chain manager. May she be successful in her current and future endeavors because she is a very good person. She is undergoing many trials in her life but none of that discourages her from moving on for the better.

I have a life insurance plan for me and for my mother. My daughter has no life insurance, yet but since she is earning already she plans to get one after comparing a life insurance quote from one insurance company to another. It is good that at her young age she is mature enough to understand the importance of being secured and planning for the future.

DEAD FISHES

The El Niño is showing its effects as early as now. Several fishes were found floating in the seas in the northern part of Luzon. Ironically, many people got happy because they had fishes to eat for the moment despite health officials warning to avoid eating the dead fishes. I hope they will realize that it is not a matter to rejoice at because in the end if this continues, it will bring alarm and havoc to their lives. I am glad that in my place, it is not that warm like in other parts of the country.

On my way home from office yesterday, I saw a vehicular accident along the road. I was supposed to buy fruits on the fruit stand near the accident area but I changed my mind. It was a pity to see the man lying flat on the pavement dripping in his own blood. A young woman was beside her crying. An ambulance arrived to get the wounded man to the hospital. It was a motorcyle accident with an elf truck. I hope they could be more cautious next time to avoid such road mishaps.

The concert I viewed last night was worth the money I spend for the ticket, even if mine was a cheap ticket for a bleacher seat. It was the concert of David Pomeranz and Johnford Coley. Too bad, I was not able to bring my digicam so I was not able to take pictures of them. These international singers loved the audience that they extended their concert time and rendered more songs. They saw to it that the audience never left without much contentment.

I have been investing money for my future. For one, I got a life insurance and in three months it will be paid up already. I also got a retirement insurance recently and I am paying for it quarterly. I was reluctant to get this retirement insurance at first because of the many cases of bankruptcy going on in many pension and insurance companies, recently. However, a friend is my agent and she herself invested a lot, too in this so I figured it was safe to invest as she will tip me if ever the company will face a near bankruptcy, which I hope not. On second thought, I was also thinking why would I risk my money in an insurance company where everything is uncertain? I plan then to withdraw my remittances and instead buy gold bullion as a sure investment. I will talk to my friend about this. Gold will continue to have a positive outlook in the future than other investments.

The office is planning to have a once a week physical exercises and it will be held on a Friday. This is a good idea for me. Ball games and or ball room dancing are the choices for all employees. There will be a ballroom instructor hired by the office to teach those who would opt for ballroom dancing. I am excited for this healthy idea promoted for all employees of the office.

The El Niño phenomenon is here to stay. The farmers are now worried of their future harvests that they might not be able to earn profit. They are worried their children might not be able to stop schooling if the government will not help them solve the problem of water shortage. Poverty is expected to affect many with the El Niño occurrence.

Studies show that heart ailments are acquired due to genetics and due to unhealthy lifestyle. More and more people eat foods that are high in calorie content and less and less people do some regular exercises because of laziness and or busy lifestyle. I admit I am one of them and I must not delay doing any of the weight loss programs available for everybody. I know I must do it soon, before I get some major organ ailments.

My classmates are prodding on me to go with them to enroll in a Special Education course in Cebu this March. I want to enroll however, my current finances does not allow me to be incurring expenses for my frequent travels and hotel accomodations while there. I will need to be travelling by boat or by plane every weekend and that is a lot of money. I am sorry I can't join my friends in this education venture. I must have to wait until my finances stabilize.

A friend died last week of cardiac arrest. He was a close friend of mine and my brothers when we were on our teens. The last time I saw him he gained so much weight. Had he been taking regular exercises and or had he been taking phentermine diet pill he could have avoided a heart ailment, which was only discovered when he got confined in the hospital. He has five children and all of them are still schooling. I pity his children.
