How to get indexed by Google - Complete Guide

Hey guys, here is my first guide on how to play around the big daddy G "G0ogLe".

I will focus this guide only and only on getting Indexed by Google real fast. The process behind getting Indexing can be tricky. Sometimes it will take ages for Google to index your site, even if you submit your site to all search engines through an automatic program or manually, even article submission can take time. I also wanted to say that in the process of indexing your site your PageRank will also go anywhere from 0-5 in 1-2updates. Without you having to spam sites for backlinks or submitting your site to thousands of directories and so on.

First of all, I would recommend you get RSS Submit Tool, which you can find around.

Getting Indexed is not easy as some people think, because even if you ping your blog, the search engines wouldn't just come and crawl your blog because there are million other better blogs and sites to crawl first. But what we can do is get URLS indexed that are on authority sites and the sites that even Google gives some popularity and respect.

The process can take around 1-2 hours it all depends how fast you are and if you have used the services before. All in all, after a few trials it will be a lot easier for you as you can bookmark all the sites and make a notepad file and note down the procedure needed.

The best way to get indexed in a short time, for almost every user would be to submit their site to Digg and its rather true, if you do submit your article to digg you will get your site indexed soon. But what i will share are some methods that hardly anyone knows yet, even if they know they hardly use it and I will show you that it hardly matters if you are on frontpage of digg or not, because the visitors you get from digg are people who hardly care about clicking your ads they are more interested in the article or the subject and now a days people are sort of ad blind anyways. Our mission is to get our whole site indexed as soon as possible and get the search traffic and get our ranking high for the term we are trying to rank for which is natural traffic without any work after a while. I will start with Digg, I will keep the other methods for later, Digg is more fluid and you will see why in a second. I wanted to start with Digg because many of you use Digg and are familiar with it. But trust me Digg is good but there are sites that do as good as Digg in getting you ranked and which can be easily exploited, lets leave all that for future guides.

Digg - Lazy Man

1. Submit your story to Digg. Give a title that relates to your keyword and the keyword you are trying to rank for. DO NOT GIVE A CATCHY TITLE TO GET DIGGS. I WILL REPEAT AGAIN, Do not bother yourself with getting Diggs or anything. Just have your keywords in your title and make it look good for a reader who will search for that article.

2. Story Description, should be something that basically tells the article in few words. I recommend you take your time on this and write it real good so when people search for your keyword and they hit on your article. In 160 words or so try to summarize the article with your keywords in it, take your time and make it appealing and something that people would want to click after searching for your keyword. Example - If I wanna rank for term "Hot Xbox 360 Games" and I have an article on it and I have done the submission now in short description on Digg, I would put something like "This is the list of Hottest Xbox 360 Games that are rated real good and are fun to play". Now you get the basic idea. So if someone searches for that term and our Digg story shows up which in some cases will almost 85%+ or more, in fact with the methods that we will be using, your story might hit the first page. You will get clicks because the short description tells in few words what the page is all about. Once done just submit your story.

3. Go to the url of your article - Say I had this article on digg www.digg.com/playstation_3/Top_Gear_Test_Track_to_Appear_In_Gran_Turismo_5,
If i click the article it gets me to a page of digg with the article and the info about it and comments etc. But all we care about is the URL. Copy the url. And keep it save.

4. Now you have the url head over to www.kping.com and paste your url and click submit.

5. Now go to pingomatic.com and do the the same but this time in the title put your KEYWORD, REMEMBER IN THE TITLE PUT YOUR KEYWORD YOU WANT TO RANK FOR, in my case I will put "Top Gear bla bla", that way you will rank for it. So basically you just copy paste it and click ping. It will ping the url.

Extreme Side

So that was basic ahhhh? I would say so because some of you are in fact smart boys and girl. How about we go 1-2 steps further in this pinging. Ya rite!! nothing left You may say. But no wait, remember I said Digg is fluid and Digg is also dynamic and full of features. So lets exploit its another feature.

I would recommend you have 2 different Digg accounts for your own. Remember not to digg your stories. I told you before and i will say it again. WE DO NOT WANT DIGGS WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT DIGGS. SCREW DIGGS, because frontpage stories are all by Digg Team or people that got networks to spam their way on top. Then why these 2 accounts you may ask, well I will show you in a minute why. Just get a list of proxy and create another account and have a hotmail email for digg or yahoo they dont like gmail. Just keep it safe, you will never get banned, because you will not Digg your stories but rather do a smart killer method.

1. Create the accounts, you can get a list of proxy online just do a google and you shall have a huge list or if you have Proxy Finder it will be a lot easier.

2. Have your account names kinda relevant to your niche. I mean if you are targeting xbox stuff you would have a name like "Xbox Maniac XX" or whatever not necessary but maybe you would like it, I like to do it that way.

3. Have all your accounts for specific niches, or use each account for 1-2 url submission so if you have 10 websites you would use 2 url per account.

4. Add all your accounts with other accounts "add your first account as a friend to your 2nd account as friend". So ya you will link all of them, remember to use the proxy.

Now you may say, this stupid guy wasted our time with all the accounts and stuff but no lol, you will see in a second what i will show you. I think this is where we fall in the area of grey hat or something, but I do not care "everything is fair in love and war" and search engine ranking is like a war to me. If you are not aggressive you will never get the front page and studies show that if you are on 2nd page of google for a term, the chances of getting clicked is almost 0% , you heard it right the chances of getting ranked is 0%. Maybe you have chance but from things I have read it looks like you dont have a chance unless you do have a site related to a keyterm and someone searches for it but can't find it on first page but they are desperate to know about it, they go on 2nd page and they see your site description they click on it. Anyways back to the Digg Friend add, why did we do that. Lets execute our method.

If you go to Digg and in your profile you click "friends activity" you will have the list of diggs that your friend submited or dugg, and this where it gets tricky. YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET RSS FEED FOR YOUR FRIEND ACTIVITIES. Ya now what you do is click the RSS button at the top right its a small orange button, get your feed now if you click on it you will get something like this lines digg.com/users/xxxxxx/friends.rss, now what you do is:

1. You take the code from each account, so you will have 2 links in all, save them in a notepad or something then go to pingomatic.com and submit each feed with a title you want to rank for, make each different.

2. Go to your My Yahoo and My Msn and click add content and add all these.

3. Do same in your Google add them and also in BlogoWogo, add them in your feed.

4. If you have RSS Submit, just open the damn thing and paste the RSS feed url and submit to all directories lol. I mean come on who cares just let everyone know you are updating.. I didnt try this yet, but it should work in theory.

More Extreme Digg

1. If you click History in your profile, you have RSS feed for that also, do the same procedure for it, Pinging it through PingMatic and adding it to your MyYahoo, MyMsn and other BlogoWogo etc.

This is it for Digg now.

The process is long at 1-2 try after that you will get it without problems. This what I do with every blog i create. and I get them PR 3-6 all the time without any hassle of link spam or getting links.

Make sure your articles are 100% unique and original dont use duplicate content as you will hurt yourself.

This way of pinging will never get your site blacklisted and they cannot blacklist Digg.com as its an authority website, so what we have done here is pinged authority sites and asked the bots to come that there is new content but at same time we are linking back to our webpage. I have had my sites get indexed within 30minutes.

Rare but very effective Affiliate Marketing method

All affiliate marketers spend a lot of time building mailing list or submit articles to article directories to promote their affiliates but only some of them get successfull.
And the ones who are successful are also not able to get more than 40%-50% people register through their affiliate link or buy their product. Only very few people who are extremely good at affiliate marketing or who we call super affiliates are able to get about 80% sales.

Blogger inspiration ranked 1st on Google

Today when I looked at my blog traffic, most the the visitors arrived on my post Monetize an Adult website from Google.
I checked Google and found my blog is ranking at 1st position on Google for long-tail keyword "monetise an adult website" and at 5th position for "monetize an adult website" (there is a difference of S and Z in both).
I am wondering how did it happened because I didn't even submitted this post to any article directory or on any forum or anywhere else.

EDIT:- Now my blog is not on the 1st rank, it has slipped down. It is on the first page for the keyword but not on the top.

6 Ideas for Viral Marketing

You all might be familiar with viral marketing. For those who don't know viral marketing means to spread your content like a virus everywhere or I should say not exactly your content but thing related to your website which indirectly advertises your site.

Many websites republish RSS feeds of other blogs and it is very difficult to find them and if, by chance, you found them, then again to remove your content from their website you'll have to follow a long procedure which can also sometimes leads to no result.

Social bookmarking - Get most out of social bookmarking sites

Social bookmarking sites can generate a decent amount of traffic for your site but only if you use them in correct way.
In this post I am listing some tips which I use to get most of the traffic from social bookmarking websites.

I usually create multiple accounts on social bookmarking sites and then promote my site and it really works. Many of you must also be using multiple accounts on social bookmarking.
So, here are some tips you should follow -

TIP # 1: Never create an account with your personal information if you intend to use it to promote your own sites.
Bookmarking in general was not created as a place for website owners to promote their own sites. We are using it for this purpose, but you can’t make it appear this way!
If a bookmarking site discovers that you are simply promoting your own sites they will close your account.
So to avoid this, make sure that your account has no information that will allow them to point to you as the owner of any site you promote.
What I do is create unique personalities. They are all me of course, but they can be seen as different sides of me. This is not that unusual online as rarely will a person give their real information when signing up for a free service.

TIP # 2: When creating a username, use something that describes the personality of that user.
Most bookmarking sites will only ask for a username, password and your email address when creating an account. When I created my health focused users, I gave them names like healthnutz22 and fitfreak101, etc.
This serves two purposes. First it helps me to identify the group that this account belongs to. When you have hundreds of accounts and account names to organize you will appreciate this.
Second, it helps to establish my personality on that bookmarking site. Over time, frequent users will remember that fitfreak101 always posts health related bookmarks and they will come to think of you as a valuable contributor.

TIP # 3: Use a real email address, but not one related to any domain that you promote or own.
Most bookmarking sites will require you to confirm your email address before your account is activated, so you must use a real email address. When doing this, remember Tip #1. Do not use an email address that can point back to you as the owner of the sites you promote.
What most people do is simply use an email from a free email service like hotmail, yahoo or gmail.

TIP # 4: Each user account that you create must have its own unique email address.
When you are creating multiple accounts on a site, you never want to use the same email address. Remember, each account is a unique and separate personality. So each account must have its own email address.
Using a hotmail or yahoo account works OK, but if you are creating lots of accounts, it can become very time consuming to create multiple email accounts for each unique personality.
So to save your time, you can simply create your own version of hotmail, buy a few domains and set them up on cheap hosting and use those as my email servers.

TIP #5: When creating more than 2-3 accounts, do not create them at the same time!
Although I do not believe that bookmarking sites currently block users who are created from the same IP within X period of time, it is easy for them to do, so don’t bring attention to your accounts by creating dozens of accounts at the same time!
This is just stupid!

Whenever possible, spread your account creation out over multiple days.

TIP #6: Create enough accounts so that each account adds bookmarks infrequently.
If you have a large number of blogs, or if you post to your blogs frequently you will need a lot of bookmarking accounts. Ideally, you want each account to post a bookmark no more than once per day.
In fact, my goal is to have each account post a bookmark only 3-4 times per week! That’s it. Even less, if the content of your blogs is questionable. The better the content, the more frequently you can bookmark, but you will never want to a user to bookmark the same site more than once per day. It’s just not normal behavior for a real user.
To get a rough number of how many accounts you need, you must consider the number of blogs you have; the number of times you post to those blogs and how many bookmarking sites you can create accounts for.

How I got 150+ subscribers on the day of starting my blog

In my previous post - Marketing a blog - Case study , I wrote that I am starting a Case study.
In it I wrote "Till now I have not submitted this blog to any article directories, forums, social networking sites etc."

After I finished writing the post, I thing came into my mind that if any visitor will read it, then he will definitely think if I have not advertised my site anywhere then how I managed to get 150+ subscribers?

Here's the answer -
It is true that from the day I started my blog, it has about 162 subscribers but they are not really subscribers of my blog, they are the subscribers of my old blog (which is no more in the blogosphere now).
What I did is that in my feedburner account, I edited feed details and in place of my old blog's rss feed, I placed the link of Blogger inspiration's rss feed and now any post made to this blog gets forwarded to all the subscribers.

So' if you also has started a new blog and don't want to loose your subscribers, then try it out.

Today i just added a "Contact Me" form to my blog so that my blog visitors can easily contact me.

In this post i am sharing with you all that how i added it to my blog. Its really very simple and you can also add it to your blog within minutes. Just follow the instructions below -

1. Go to Kontactr and register and account (enter your email address correctly) .
2. Now, Kontactr will provide you with a code which you can easily put on your blog or site to display the form.
3. You're done.

If you want to add Contact me form to your blogger blog, then just create a regular post and copy the code provided by Kontactr and publish it.
If you want that your contact form should not be displayed in front as a blog post, then just change the posting date to a much earlier date so that the page does not get mixed in with regular posts and also remains in the end in archives.

To change the posting date of a post, so it appears much further back in the archives (and not on your main page), click on "Post Options" near the bottom of the post editing box, and alter the date manually in the right hand section.

Now here's my post on what you should avoid when blogging.

Tip #1 – Never Post Without First Proof Reading

You may say, “I was really gifted with great English”, but the least you can do after spending time to create post is to spend some time checking the grammar and spelling of your post content.

A quick way is to use the Firefox browser to type your content as they have a built- in spell checker. You can also copy your content to Microsoft Words to check for grammatical error.

Tip #2 – Do Not Write If You Do Not Have Ideas What To Write

When posting, have a minimum word length about 250 words or more. And do not post on your blog for the sake of posting. You must remember that people spend their precious time reading your post so your job is to ensure you give that valuable information so that they would come back for more.

A quick way to get more content for your blog would be to go to Google Videos and grab a 40-minute video clip on your topic. By doing so, you do not have to write lots, you just have to put a video on your blog.

Tip #3 – Do not Copy Content From Others

When posting content on your blog, you would want to avoid using duplicate content or copyright content from others. You would be in for trouble when they find out you steal content from them..

However, what you can do is you can take ideas from others and paraphrase
them.

Tip #4 – Do Not Post Offensive Post

Do not worry if you feel the information is really simple because trust me, there are still hundreds of people online who will not know what you know.
