<p>The much anticipated project to date is set to launch this spring. The first tower will be located at the corner of Confederation Parkway and Burnhamthorpe right in front of the PSV buildings. The master plan community is expected to have 10 towers in total, 2 acres of parkland that connects to John Bud Cleary Park and Kariya Park and offers pedestrian friendly pathways.</p>
<p>Tower I will have 60 Storeys and will offer around 784 units with 7 floor plates that have a rotating design. The tower will be the tallest building in Mississauga surpassing Marilyn Monroe towers to the east. The unique design will showcase the building as rising up towards the sky and fading away in the clouds. M City has one-to-three bedroom units, ranging from over 400sq ft to about 900sq ft and penthouses that will be larger in size. Prices are set at about $560 a square foot.</p>
<p>Amenities will include a gym, party room, outdoor swimming pool, a splash pad and there is also a proposal for a skating rink on the tower’s podium in the winter.</p>
<p>It’s all about the location. Walking distance to YMCA, Celebration Square, shops, restaurants, Sheridan College, Square One Mall, Cineplex Movie Theatre, LRT on Hurontario &amp; transit.</p>

The development of M City will continue Rogers’ long history in Mississauga. In the 1960’s Ted Rogers purchased 43 hectares of farmland<br />
