There are a lot going on in this week's installment of 90210. Navid and Adrianna double date with Teddy, but Adrianna’s growing feelings towards Teddy make for an awkward situation. Silver accompanies Adrianna to an AA meeting and surprisingly bumps into her mom, Jackie, who tells Silver she would like to re-establish their relationship. Canon is the title of this ext installment and we will see how Ella will do. Lauren is torn between going on a shopping date with Riley for her wedding and impressing her new boss Wendi who just set her up on a “date.” A stunned Jonah is accused of stealing a diamond necklace from a mansion he videotaped for a realtor, but becomes even more upset after Ella mentions a similar necklace that she saw in David’s apartment. Here is the summary of this episode: "Bon Temps reaches a fever pitch as Maryann prepares for her ultimate bestial sacrifice, conscripting Sookie to be Maid of Honor at the bloody nuptials. Meanwhile, Sophie-Anne warns Eric to keep the lid on Bill's inquisitiveness; Jason leads Andy into the heroic abyss; and Hoyt struggles with Maxine's endless stream of insults. Deliberating on what may be his final move to save Sookie and the town, Sam
places his trust, and his life, in a most unlikely ally."

Sookie reluctantly put the gown and went to the ceremonial venue. Maryann told Sookie to repeat what she did but she was unable to. This would be the subject of discussion in the third season where Sookie discovered that she is not a mere human. Also, Maryann's vibrating trick seemed to have no effect on Sookie at all. Still, Maryann proceeded with her marriage to the Bull-head god.

The plan to get Sookie as maid of honor turned out to be a bait to lure Sam into the ceremony. Maryann's idea of marrying her god was to give a sacrifice, Sam. Bill managed to force Sam to follow him to the event and save Sookie. In the meantime, Jason and Andy joined the possessed black-eyes.

When Sookie wanted to help Sam from being sacrificed, Bill stopped her and advised her to use her gift instead. She was listening to Sam's thought which told her to ruin the wedding with her power. She did and Maryann lunged at her immediately. But before Sookie got hurt, Sam stepped in, shape-shifted into the bull god form and ripped Maryann's heart out, literally.

With the villain dead, the scene was moved to Eric playing Yahtzee with the Vampire Queen. Sophie-Ann warned Eric not to fall into Sookie like Bill did and Eric said it was not a problem. They had a deal then to have Eric "taking care" of Bill. Meanwhile, Maxine came back as herself and Hoyt dashed off to Jessica's house with roses in his hand but the vampire was feasting on a trucker.

Switch to the next day, the town was somehow back to normal and the book's writer Charlaine Harris was drinking at Merlotte's. Jason and Andy were caught up in a messy situation when Eggs approached Andy to be locked up and Jason came from nowhere shooting Eggs' head because he thought Eggs was about to kill Andy. The sheriff took the blame and told Jason to run away.

Sam, driven by his curiosity to find out about his nature, came to his adoptive parents to find out about his birth parents. The mother won't tell him but the bed-ridden father scribbled a note to him along with the words "I'm Sorry".

Back to Bill and Sookie, the waitress received a proposal from the vampire during a night out at French restaurant. Flabbergasted, Sookie could not give an answer and went to the bathroom to think. While she was weighing on the options and realizing that she wanted to say yes, Bill was kidnapped by a shadowy figure using a silver chain as weapon.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince opens in theaters today worldwide and I am sure you'd want to watch Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince free online. Well, you can do so with several videos posted here. The trailers will give you a good idea what the movie is all about and will whet your appetite for more. As of the moment, no online source is yet available for the whole movie but rest assured that several sites will come out with it soon.

This is the sixth installment in the series and, from early reviews of the movie, it looks like it is the best so far. Those who have seen the premiere say it has everything - romance,
exciting action, suspense and comedy. Looks like they packed it all in. Posted below are several Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince videos while below is the official synopsis.

Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts turns out to be quite the exciting year. First off is the arrival of a new teacher at Hogwarts, Horace Slughorn, who is a bit more useful to Harry than he realizes. Next, Harry obtains a Potions book which used to belong to the very mysterious Half-Blood Prince. Harry finds that the Half-Blood Prince's ancient scribbles are written along the margins of almost every page, giving Harry advice on how to improve greatly on his Potions work, and also teaching him a few helpful (and dangerous) spells along the way. Amidst this, Harry is starting private lessons with Professor Dumbledore, during which Harry learns the dark secrets of Voldemort's past, hoping that they could use these secrets to find a way to defeat him. Harry's year gets even more stressful with the suspicious actions of Draco Malfoy, who has been sneaking around the school doing, so Harry assumes, Voldemort's bidding. Harry quickly becomes determined, and slightly obsessed, to find out exactly what Malfoy has been up to and putting an end to it. Yet, during this time, Harry and his friends go through daily life, busy with school work, Quidditch (in which Harry has been made captain of the team), and, of course, romance. Ron has found a new girlfriend, Lavender Brown, a perky (if not obnoxious) Gryffindor student, and Hermione is not happy about it. Ron and Hermione's friendship takes a toll throughout the school year and Harry, as usual, is stuck in the middle. Harry, meanwhile, is facing a romantic dilemma of his own: he realizes he is falling for his best friend's sister, Ginny Weasley, who is unfortunately dating Harry's classmate, Dean Thomas. Harry's pining for Ginny and Ron's hilarious relationship with Lavender give this story a large dose of reality. Throughout all the school drama, however, the obvious darkness of Voldemort's impending rise to power is always apparent. The incredible action-packed climax is sure to leave the audience stunned and, inevitably, prove that you shouldn't trust everybody who you think is good and also prove that not everyone can manage to survive. -ceeotters

Emboldened by the return of Lord Voldemort, the Death Eaters are wreaking havoc in both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. Harry suspects that new dangers may lie within the castle, but Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle that he knows is fast approaching. He needs Harry to help him uncover a vital key to unlocking Voldemort's defenses critical information known only to Hogwarts' former Potions Professor, Horace Slughorn. With that in mind, Dumbledore manipulates his old colleague into returning to his previous post with promises of more money, a bigger office and the chance to teach the famous Harry Potter. Meanwhile, the students are under attack from a very different adversary as teenage hormones rage across the ramparts. Harry's long friendship with Ginny Weasley is growing into something deeper, but standing in the way is Ginny's boyfriend, Dean Thomas, not to mention her big brother Ron. But Ron's got romantic entanglements of his own to worry about, with Lavender Brown lavishing her affections on him, leaving Hermione simmering with jealousy yet determined not to show her feelings. And then a box of love potion-laced chocolates ends up in the wrong hands and changes everything. As romance blossoms, one student remains aloof with far more important matters on his mind. He is determined to make his mark, albeit a dark one. Love is in the air, but tragedy lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.

Looking for this year's Oscar winners list / 2009 Academy Awards winners? We have it right here, the names of the lucky actors, actresses, directors, writes, producers and all of the other recipients of the most prestigious, most coveted award in film. The lucky individual who will forever be known as Oscar winners.

The 2009 Oscar Awards will be presented less than a week from now and the excitement is already fever-pitch. News reports on television and in print are already making their own predictions. Clips of previous Oscar ceremonies have started to be
featured on YouTube drumming up more interest in this year's Academy Awards. Who will this year's Oscar winners be?

With the momentum Slumdog Millionaire has built up over the past month, it's almost a sure bet that it will take home the best picture prize. Awards in the Golden Globes, SAG, BAFTA and various guild ceremonies have made the film the odd-on favorite not only in the best picture category but in the director's category as well. it will be interesting to see if this momentum will also have an effect in the other categories it is nominated in.

In the acting categories, I think it will be a battle between Meryl Streep and Kate Winslet for the Best Actress prize, and Sean Penn and Mickey Rourke for the Best Actor award. With past victories in other awards ceremonies, it is almost certain that Heath Ledger will receive a posthumous Best Supporting Actor nod. The supporting actress category seems to be open though. Let's wait and see who the Academy chooses.

The 51st Annual Grammy Awards / 2009 Grammys will take place on February 8, 2009 (this Sunday) and will be broadcast on live CBS in the United States at 8PM EST and on ITV2 on Monday at 9PM in the United Kingdom. The awards will cap a year of great recording performances as well as record sales. And, for the sixth year in a row, the ceremony will be held in the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The 2009 Grammy
nominations / Grammy nominees were announced on a special concert two months ago, a departure from the usual 5 AM wake up call that has traditionally been the method of announcing nominees. Finally, after quite a long wait, the 2009 Grammy winners will be announced live. But how do artists get nominated? What is the nomination process and who are eligible? Here is a short summary from Wikipedia:

To be eligible for an award a recording must have been commercially released between October 1, 2007 and September 30, 2008. This is for all recordings released in the 2008 recording year. After the nominees are announced on December 4, 2008 final voting ballots will be sent to the academy members. This is when they will vote for one of the nominees to win the award. Each category has five nominees. More than five is the result of a tie in the nominating process. Members are allowed to vote in the General field and up to nine other fields on their final voting ballots. All ballots are tabulated by the independent accounting firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. There are about 7,000 people who vote in the nominating and final voting process. These people are artists, producers, engineers, mixers and mastering engineers. Academy members are to vote based upon quality alone. They are not to be influenced by mass sales or personal friendships. The acceptance of gifts is prohibited and can result in termination of membership.

Who will win this year's Grammys? We'll have to wait a little more to find out. But I thinks it's safe to say that some of the multiple nominees will go home happy (barring a shut out). Lil Wayne topped the nominations with eight, Coldplay garnered seven , and Ne-Yo, Kanye West and Jay-Z each earned six nominations. John Mayer, Robert Plant, Radiohead, Alison Krauss, Jazmine Sullivan are all five-time nominees this year, and The Eagles, Lupe Fiasco, George Strait, Jennifer Hudson, Adele, Danger Mouse, Metallica and T.I. each received four 2009 Grammy nominations. Neil Diamond, on the other hand, will be the recipient of the MusiCares Person of the Year award.

2009 Grammy winners / 51st Grammy Awards winners list

Can't wait to find out who the 2009 Grammy winners / 2009 Grammy Awards winners are? The same here. The awards will be given out in less than two days and soon we'll find out if our favorite artists will receive the music industry's highest honor. The 2009 Grammy Awards / 2009 Grammys will be held on February 8, 2009 in Los Angeles (at the Staples Center) and it promises to be another night of great music and, of course, big stars. Some of the confirmed presenters for the night are Tom Delonge, Mark Hoppus, and Travis Barker, all former members of Pop Punk band Blink 182. They will be reuniting at the 2009 Grammys to present an award though it has not been announced if
the band will actually be performing. On the performers' side, a long list of stellar names have been confirmed, including the following: Stevie Wonder, Neil Diamond, Radiohead, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Carrie Underwood, U2, Paul McCartney, Smokey Robinson, Kid Roc, Jordin Sparks, Jay-z, Jennifer Hudson, the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift.

To be a Grammy winner is a prestigious honor. Your name will forever be preceded by the title "Grammy winner" as a form of distinction whenever it is mentioned. thus, almost everybody in the industry is looking forward to the announcement of the 2009 Grammy winners / 2009 Grammy Awards winners. Who will be this year's honorees? Do you have a prediction?

Neil Diamond will be the recipient of the MusiCares Person of the Year award. Lil Wayne topped the nominations with eight, Coldplay garnered seven , and Jay-Z, Ne-Yo and Kanye West each earned six nods. Radiohead, Alison Krauss, John Mayer, Robert Plant, Jazmine Sullivan received five, and Jennifer Hudson, Adele, Danger Mouse, The Eagles, Lupe Fiasco, George Strait, Metallica and T.I. each received four nominations.

The Christian Bale freak out audio clip is the latest hit on the web. Released / leaked recently, the Christian Bale tirade incident happened a few months ago on the set of the movie "Terminator: Salvation" when The Dark Knight actor lost control of his infamous temper during the shoot. Apparently, director of photography Shane Hurlbut accidentally walked into the set ruining the scene and bale's concentration. That ignited a fuse in "Batman's" head that sent his temper through the roof, unleashing a tirade that nobody could stop. At one point, he even threatened to walk out and quit the movie if Hurlbut would not be fired. What a spoiled brat dumbass!

2009 Academy Awards nominations/Academy Awards nominees

The 2009 Academy Awards nominations / 2009 Academy Awards nominees are here, one step closer to the most coveted distinction in all of Hollywood (and the entire showbiz world). The announcement of the nominees / nominations for the 2009 Oscars is but a few hours away and movie fans around the globe are keenly watching who this year's lucky five in each category will be. The full list of 2009 Academy Awards nominations / 2009 Oscar nominees will be posted on this page as soon as the names are read out tomorrow morning so check back for it. For now, let us look at who has the best chance of a
nomination this year.

In the Best Actress category, there is no doubt that Kate Winslet will be included in the list of nominees. She has always been an Academy favorite having garnered five (?) previous nods (with no win yet) and her double win at the Golden Globes a few weeks ago have only bolstered her chances of once again being honored. Meryl Streep will be there too. She is another Oscar favorite who has been consistently appearing in the nominees list almost every year, and her performance in "Doubt" solidifies her chances of a nomination. Anne Hathaway and Angelina Jolie will most like be in the list as well. Their names have consistently appeared in critics' lists this year and there is very little chance of a snub at the Oscars. Who will be the fifth one? Let's wait and see.

In the Best Actor category, I ca only name two actors as sure bets for the nominations - Brad Pitt for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Sean Penn for Milk. Mickey Rourke won the trophy at the Golden Globes and his chances for an Oscar nom are very good but there is still a possibility of a snub at the Oscars considering his bad boy image in Hollywood. The two other slots remain up for grabs. Will Slumdog Millionaire star Dev Patel land an Oscar nomination? The movie is generating a lot of buss especially after that Golden Globe win but is it enough for its lead star to land an Oscar nod?

One of the most awaited announcements this year will be the Best Supporting Actor category and the possibility of a nomination (and win) for Heath Ledger. He has posthumously received nominations and awards from other previous award-giving bodies and his chances of getting into the Academy Awards list are very good. I think he will get it. For the other categories, let's just wait for the announcement.

It's a busy weeks for television this week with premieres and award shows to look forward to. And that's on top of the regular schedule that is already full-packed with drama, actions and fun.

Fox 24 premieres this week with a 4-episode season 7 premiere extravaganza starting on Sunday 1/11/2009. 24 season 7 episode 1 opens the series after a long break closely followed by 24 episode 2. The day after, on January 12, 24 season 7 episode 3 and episode 4 complete the premiere marathon.

The women of Wisteria Lane will not be outdone. Desperate Housewives season 5 episode 12 continues the drama and intrigue on Sunday night.

The biggest event this week is, of course, the 2009 Golden Globe Awards which promises glamor, excitement and surprises to usher in the homestretch of the Hollywood awards season.

The Big Bang Theory season 2 episode 12 continues its hilarious run as the nerds enter a robot contest. However, one in their group may not make it as he has suddenly been hit with depression. Who and why? Tine in The Big Bang Theory 2.12 to find out.

Kim Kardashian guest stars in How I Met Your Mother season 4 episode 12. What role will she be playing? Will she be her usual hot self? this promises to be an exciting episode. Don't miss How I Met Your Mother 4.12.
