I wanted an October baby, but not a Halloween baby, so of course she was born on Halloween, but that’s fine.

My birthday is so close to the holidays that I didn’t want her to have to deal with a birthday on a holiday, but I’m sure she’ll be fine with it.

Both of us are doing well, and of course she is adorable.

We were in such a rush, that when I told my husband that I had to get some makeup, he told me to just take the whole case, so we did.

I wasn’t going to put any on, but then I got bored, and it helped take my mind of the contractions when they were still mild.

Of course, it had all worn off by the time the baby was born at 10:44pm, and I didn’t put any more on until today - the day after we came home from the hospital.

This one was also on sale, and ended up costing me about $1.83 after I used a coupon.

The lipstick was a beautiful color, and lasted, but it was a little drying.

I actually haven’t used this lipstick much since I initially tested it, and I ended up giving it away before I finished this review, so I’m not even sure what color I used.

I’ve been using the makeup finishing spray off and on since then, and during that time I’ve used liquid foundation with and without primer, several loose mineral foundation powders, and one pressed mineral foundation powder.

The Skindinavia has worked great with all of these foundations.

I just pump a few squirts onto my face after I apply my makeup, and my makeup is set.

The finishing spray does say it has a “unique cooling technology that keeps makeup from melting, smudging, and losing color,” and it definitely cools on contact.

That felt great in the summer, but I don’t turn my heat on until it gets really cold, so I was a little apprehensive about spraying a cold spray on my face when I was already cold.

Fortunately, it wasn’t that bad - it was similar to applying cold liquid foundation, which I used to do all the time.

My favorite thing about the Skindinavia Makeup Finishing Spray is that when I use it, my foundation doesn’t transfer.

Bare Escentuals foundation has a bad habit of transferring when I blot my face, or blow my nose (gross I know, but I have to be accurate, right?), and when I used the Skindinavia with it, I didn’t have to worry about that.

It was so nice not to see the foundation all over the paper, and not to have to worry about how much foundation I just wiped off.

The makeup finishing kept my makeup in place, and I will definitely keep using it!
