My next destination is Yogyakarta. One of my favorite place so far.

If you planning your visiting to Yogyakarta, Prambanan Temple is one of your must-visit place.

The journey to Prambanan Temple took about 1.5hrs from the Borobudur Temple.

As my journey, I took the tour package, consist of transportation (shuttle van), pick-up at the hotel early 5am to Borobudur & Prambanan.... only for 70,000rupiah

Prambanan temple is the the tallest and the most beautiful Hindu temple in the world.

Yup! I am quite agree... it is beautiful !

Most of the tourist, will go here for sunset...

The entrance fee is 13usd.

Usually, the shuttle van will drop you here for about 2hrs.

Surrounding, there are many smaller temple, but for me, the main is Prambanan. Visiting Prambanan is enough due to very hot weather.

1. In Jakarta, I stayed at Hunny Hostel.

2. I booked for 2 nights for 1 person in 6 beds dormitory room.

3. Because of my delayed flight, I email the hotel staff, she immediately replied my email. She said she will wait for me. I arrived at the hostel around 0135am.

Hunny Hostel Business Card

Character: 85% I love this hostel character. Nice painting around the wall. Exotic Art Painting to be exactly. Topless women drawing. 2-floor hostel. I stayed in the up floor.

Fun: 80% I love the simple living room. You can socialize with other traveler in the living room. Only 1 pc available. Wi-Fi is fast and you can get a Wi-Fi in a room.

Security: 80% The gate of the hostel always closed. At midnight, it will be locked but you can opened it with the key. They will provide you the key. In the room, there is a locker. So, put your valuable item in the locker.

Location: 75% I am not very sure about the location. Whether I like it or not. It is situated near the Gajah Mada Plaza. To the main road, you need to walk for 7minutes. If at night, the road is very quiet and scary (for me!). Its the only one hostel there. Near to the Gambir Train Station (Well, you still need to ride a taxi, but cheap price). Well, its not situated at the backpacker street (Jalan Jaksa). If you want a calm & quiet, this hostel is suitable for you. But you are female, not suitable if you coming back to hostel late at night.

Staff: 95%All the staff is very friendly. They helped me a lot during my stay. Thanks for all your advices during my stay! And they speak English very well.

Facilities: Fast Wifi. You can use Wifi in your room. Hot shower available (But on the other bathroom). Laundry services available, 20k rupiah per load. 1pc for public use near the reception. Watch Tv at the living room, can watch dvd also. If you are hungry, can buy food at the kitchen (instant mee, and snack). It test your honesty!

Price: I booked it through Hostelworld.com. Per night for 1 bed in dormitory room, cost me 133,333rupiah. Convert it by yourself~

Safari Trip

Video: Amazing Safari Trip Video, sorry, I talked to much!

Introduction of the characters
Myself – I joined the trip after I read it in Couchsurfing Jakarta group. I thought, why not right? Because I had no plan at all while in Jakarta.

Agniez – Very sweet & fun to hang around. The idea of the trip was her idea. She is a cabin crew for Qatar Airways. She is from Poland. And she is Polish Nicole Kidman. I love her laugh.
Rona – At first I thought her name is Britney. But, no. Her name is Rona. People called her Britney because she is look alike Britney Spears. Beautiful and charming girl from Scotland. Also cabin crew from Qatar Airways.
Brian – The guy from Hong Kong. Very cool guy to hang out with. He is a businessman in Hong Kong and got some business job in Jakarta. He is going to stay in Jakarta for 2months I guess. And even though just only a few days in Jakarta, he can speak a little bit of Indonesia. Can’t imagine after 2 months…..
Desi – An amazing women from Jakarta. If not without her help, maybe this trip was not succeed. Thanks a lot to her.
Erna – Women from Jakarta. She helps us a lot along this trip.
Alif – Desi’s son.

Who wants to go to Safari?
At the CS dinner in Jakarta, they had asked everybody who wants to join to the Safari. The cost for the rented van will be divided among the attendees. When I thought that I had no plan for tomorrow, I decided to join the trip. I gave my hostel direction to Desi so they can pick me up in the morning.

Wake up early in the morning
I need to wake up as early as 6.15 am early in the morning. Surprisingly, In Jakarta, 6am looks a little bit 7am in Malaysia. They picked me up at my hostel around 6.45am. In the MPV, there were Agniez, Rona, Erna & the driver. Then, we straight to pick up Brian and Desi.

Where is Bogor?
Bogor is situated 1 hour driving from Jakarta. A little bit cold there because up on the hill. Really nice view along the way to Bogor. In Bogor also, there are Bogor Botanical Garden & Taman Mini Indah. Unfornutely, I do not have much time to visit those places.

Toyota Avanza
Indonesian favourite. I was so surprise when I get out from the vehicles, I saw one whole parking lot, there were straight line of Toyota Avanza. It was very famous in here.

Street touts & they sell anything
Normal view in Indonesia, if your vehicles stop at traffic light or for traffic jam, you can see a lot of seller. You can buy straight from your car. For me if its seller, so that’s ok, not to the begger. I hate begger. Because for me, they should try to find some work. If you miss your coffee in the morning, you can get one easily, if you are hungry, they were a pizza or instant noodles. If you want the latest news, you can buy the newspaper. Also they sell fruits. Anything you ask.

Sorry, the road closed for a while~
Because of the road to small, they road had their own schedule. They will open for ONE-WAY only for every 2 hours. Luckily, we stucked at the traffic around 30minutes. If you do not to wait , there are alternative road, but you need to pick up a guide (you need to pay) and he will show you the alternatice road.

Alif & his awesome mother
For me, Alif is a very lucky boy because he has an awesome mother. Desi said she will try you give Alif anything of what she’s not getting when she was a child. And also she said, she told Alif that, when Alif already 18years old (legal to travel alone), she will release Alif to travel wherever he want. She told Alif to travel to as much of places.

Nice view and temperature
Because Bogor is situated up in the hill, the temperature is cooler here (if compare to the heat of Jakarta) and the view is so GREEN. Nice!

Standby your carrots
Just before you enter the Safari, along the road, there wil be a lot of stall who sells carrot. So, make sure to buy many carrots for the animal feedings. If you feed the animal, there are chances for the animal coming near to your vehicles. You also can touch the animal, as I did

The entrance & I am Indonesian!
Desi: “Fadli, you don’t talk a word at the entrance, because you look an Indonesian, so you can get cheaper entrance fee”, yeah, I did it. I only need to pay 85,000rp for the entrance. Brian also get the local prices. Badly for Rona & Agniez, they need to pay more, not sure but around 150k rupiah.

Animals just in front of your face!
Now the fun parts begins. Wow! Amazing! (See the videos above). Most of the animals come to our vehicles. The zebra, Illma, and many more. I touched most of the animal. It was scary for the first time because the animals look like they want to eat you. But, if you got basic in science, this section all only for herbivore. Only eat vegetable. Also they staff mentioned that the animal here quite tame.

The carnivore & dangerous zone
Warning: “Please keep your window shut and keep driving” Scary. This is because of the carnivore in this area. Lion, tiger, cheetah, puma & everything dangerous creatures is here. I can imagine if the card broke down at this area.

Awesome Baby Tiger
After 1hour breathtaking experiences in the car, we parked our car and going to the leisure zone. First stop is a Baby Zoo. Here you can take a picture with Yellow tiger, White Tiger & Orang urang. Cool!! Baby tiger is so cutee… I want to take them home….

We are hungry~
Its time for having lunch now. I was ordering the Indonesia traditional food. It was expensive. Not worth it, not so delicious.

Dolphin Show
We rushed to the dolphin show after lunch. We went there using a tram ride. Need to pay 10000rph for the tram. 3 dolphins involved. Before this, always saw the dolphin shows in the television, but today I watched it live. Dolphin is so clever right!

Reptile Park
I always hate reptile. Because of their look. Scary. In here, there were phython, crocodiles , comodo lizard and etc. Not my favourite.

The Orang Utan
Eventhough in Kuching got Orang Utan rehabilition center, I never get the chance to go there. So today, I was touching & hugging the orang utan for the first time. It’s a HER. Her name is Wunan. The hair of ourang utan a little bit thick and smell like they hair shapoo. Wunan is so really tame and look alike a baby.

Lets swim at the Water Park
This is the last park. Swimming!. Entrance fee is 20,000rph. And you need to rent a room for changing your cloth. The water park here is kinda small. Cannot compare with Sunway Lagoon. This place is just for the children.

Stucked at the water slide!
I love to slide at the water slide! Unfortunately, I don’t know whats is my mistake. I cannot slide freely. Always stop. Maybe, one of the course is my wear. Too much friction!

Swimming with Crocodile
Crocodile and you only separate by the mirror. So scary because how about if the crocodile escape to the water.!

Souveniers
I bought T-shirt, I bought magnet, I bought key-chain!

That’s the end of amazing trip
Every beginning, got the end right. This trip, I will not forget because there were so much fun and awesome experiences plus with a fun & friendly travelmate. Until then, bye!

Video Blog: Jakarta, Indonesia. Need to watch until the end. The end is the best part.

Thanks to AirAsia, my flight delayed. Luckily I emailed my hostel about my delayed flight, and I will check-in quite late, and the staff had replied my email immediately. Amazingly fast replied, I asked them to wait for me, because I know most of the hostel will closed after midnight.

In the flight, I am very hungry because of the red-eye flight, but the cabin crew informed us that there were no main dished left for sell. Urgh! Another bad day for me. Hungry!

And thanks also to them, they thought I am Indonesia, they did not gave me the arrival & departure card. When I asked them, is that it, they said yes, only giving me the tax card. Hurmmmm. It gave me delayed when I want to enter the immigration counter. Great!

Welcome to Jakarta

I arrived Jakarta around 1am (Jakarta time, GMT+7). When you get off the plane, there were a bus waiting for you. Around 10 minutes journey to the arrival hall.

My Journey Begins

After I passed the immigration counter. Now I realized that my journey for 50-days begins. I am so nervous! Besides booked my accommodation, I am not very prepared and did not make deep research. You know, just work with the flow right!

Expensive Airport Taxi

I arrived Jakarta at midnight, so I do not had any choice of public transport. Just went to the airport shuttle taxi counter, it cost me 200,000rupiah(RM60) to the my hostel, Hunny Hostel. So expensive! What a great start for me ya!

Hunny Hostel

Took around 30 minutes from the airport at midnight. No traffic jam at midnight!. Hunny hostel situated at Jalan Alydrus, between Carrefour and Gajah Mada Plaza. And there will be a small round on your left. I booked the hostel from the hostelworld, dormitory, RM48 per night. Very nice hotel. Helen (the staff) waited for me to arrived. It was around 1.30am. And the day after, she said to me actually she was very sleepy while waiting for me. She helped me a lot on my staying in the hostel. Thanks to her!

The coffee and tea you can get free anytime you want. You can watched TV. There were a bathroom in the room. It was really nice hostel. But, the only problem was, the location. Quite far to walk around. But overall I give 3.7/5.0 for this hostel.

Ojek the motorcycle taxi

The main problem in Jakarta is their traffic jam. It was so pressure. So, if you going to take a meter taxi, where will be very costly. Sometimes, your vehicle not moving for a very long time. So, what I do, I just took the OJEK, the motorcycle taxi. I really thought there are cheaper. But, it just the same with the taxi price. You can bargain the price. Mostly its around 15k-30k rupiah to go from one point to one point. I just used Ojek so many times while my staying in Jakarta. I can say, it’s a live or die experience if you know what I mean, the way they drive. So crazy!

Looking for waterproof camcorder

On the first refreshing morning, I planned I’m going to find the waterproof camcorder. Just for example, Sanyo Xacti or Panasonic the new model. I can’t find the model I want in Kuching. It was so limited. So, this is Jakarta, the capital of Jakarta, I was very sure I can get it easily right. I asked the staff at my hostel, where is the LOWYAT in Jakarta. Oh, She said, “Oh…. You can get all type of camera at Pasar Baru!”, and she gave me the direction.

Pasar Baru

I was very impressed with myself, I took an Angkot (mini-van with no door) to the Pasar Baru. Thanks to auntie in the Angkot, she helped me when to get off, its only took around 3000rp (RM1). So cheap! It turned out that Pasar Baru got a lot of mall. So I just doing the mall hoping. The first mall, name Aneka, they know what exactly I was looking for, but they do not sell any. They second shop I went, they got the Sanyo Xacti waterproff camcorder, but it is old version, 8mp. Costly around 4million rupiah. Hurm… I was thinking, its better for me to get the new version right. The price is still the same. There were I mall, selling all the 2nd hand camera. But it was kinda very old camera. If you are looking for cheap 2nd hand camera or video camera, this was the location.

Unfortunately for me. I did not get what I am looking for. So, no waterproof camcorder for me for this journey. Its ok, My Sony NEX-C3 can took HD video. But, it is no waterproof~

Grand Indonesia

If you are the fan of shopping mall, you must go to Grand Indonesia. It is really big mall. You can compare it with Pavillion in KL. But, thanks to the bomber in Jakarta, the entrance security is very tight. It was like you going to security check-in at the airport. But not only this mall, if you going everywhere, you need to enter a building, there will be a tight security entrance. This mall I am sure for the rich people, you know, looking at the brand they’re selling.

There are one big electronic store. Cool. Hopefully I can get my waterproof camcorder. But, worst, they only for very-very-very old version of waterproof camcorder. Its Panasonic. But, its 0.2 mp! Hahaha… my handphone camera is better than that. So funny. And the price was really expensive.

Monument Nasional @ MONAS

From Grand Indonesia, I took Ojek to MONAS. It’s a must-visit-place if you go to Jakarta. The MONAS is like a tower at the center of town, around it is a park. Most of them compare it with KL Tower. But for me, not even close because of its height.

Go around the MONAS is quiet nice. But the seller everywhere, and there were a photographer if you want them to take your picture. Luckily, I brought my own Tripod, so I can took my own photo. The street photographer just stared at me. The entrance for MONAS is 6000rp. I did not entered the building, it closed at 3pm. Oh! So, I don’t had any experience to enter the MONAS. But it was ok, I think it just nothing. To enter the building, it si through the underground. How I know this, because it took me like a long time to find the entrance. Got many monument around the MONAS. There is a park for relaxing.

Student Demonstration

I talked with the taxi driver and asked him about were there any demonstration going happened somewhere. You know, maybe Indonesia-Malaysia issue, there was always a issue fight. The taxi driver said, it is normal thing, the citizens there doing the demonstration everyday. Whether they are volunteer or being paid. Actually for the driver, he didn’t like the demonstation, its better to give the job for the government (they are the expert). So, when I visited MONAS, at the main entrance, there were a demonstration by the university students. They were doing the demo to demolish the current president. Hurm… Awesome…. I took the Malaysian Flag at my bag slowly and I hide it. I am afraid I became the center of attraction just because I’m Malaysian right. The police seem like everywhere, and the center of demonstration, felt like excited plus nervous. Awesome!

Jalan Jaksa the backpacker street

From MONAS, I walked to the Jalan Jaksa. I wrongly pronounced it as Jalan Laksa. And one of my Indonesian friends told me, “Not Jalan Laksa, Laksa is a food!”… Sorry, my bad…. Its Jalan Jaksa. Jalan Jaksa is quite popular as a backpacker street. But for me, its not really backpacker, it’s a tourist street. Its became touristy (too many white people) and most of the price became standard and high price. Most of the pubs is here. And you really need to hangle the OJEK price. There are a tour company too if you want to take a look. Plus, a secondhand book shop also in this street.

Penecongan & expensive Bandung Martabak

After I explore the Jalan Jaksa, I look at my maps, what’s next. Its already night, and my belly is hungry. So, I decided to go to Penecongan. Confidently I asked the OJEK to go to Penecongan. Not so far, 20,000rp.In penecongan, the ojek driver already told me its hard to find halal food there because most the restaurant/warung there is a Chinese. At here, I just bought the most expensive martabak bandung. (Cheese+Coklat+Peanut) 73,000rp. So expensive. And it was very big! I was shocked! Who’s gonna eat that much?. At here also, I ordered Es Teler. Popular desert in Indonesia. When I was in Medan last time, I drank a lot of Es Teler.

Awesome skydining at Solaria, Plaza Semanggi

I went to the Jakarta Couchsurfing dinner at Solaria, Plaza Semanggi. I read the post at Jakarta group, so I decided to go. Thankfully with my decision, it turn out realy nice dinner. If you are going to Jakarta, do not forget to go to dinner at Plaza Semanggi skydining. (10th floor). There are many restaurant you can choose from. The couchsurfer from Jakarta were very friendly. They are really active and many activities had been organized by them. Most of them became my friends. They were Australian, Hong Kong, Polish, Scotland and many more attended the dinner. Agniez, the Qatar cabin crew from Poland, plan to go to Safari tomorrow morning, so, because I had no plan at all, I decided to join them for the Safari Park at Bogor.

Karaoke time with Couchsurfers

After having an awesome dinner, the next plan was karaoke. I was not very sure with the price. But it should not very expensive. Of course you know, Dato’ Siti Nurhaliza is quite popular in Indonesia, so I sang one Dato Siti’s song. Guess what? It was CINDAI.!

A night tour with Eric

After the karaoke, Eric decided to send me back to my hostel using his motorbike. Thanks Eric. It was nice night tour. He explained to me about the place we passed by and plus he’s really shocked with hostel location. Hahaha~

Safari trip at Bogor

The Safari trip was awesome. I will create one special entry for this journey!

Jakarta Car Free Day

I was lucky because I had my car dree day in Jakarta. Eric picked me up shard 6.30am. I still sleeping, the hostel staff wake me up you know!... maybe after tiring Safari trip. Jakarta Car Free Day happened in Sunday for 2 & 4 week every month. Start early at 5am till 10am. Most of the main road will closed. In this wonderful morning, most of the Jakartaian will go out using their bicycle. But its seem most of the Jakarta citizen support this program because they were a lot of bicycles! It is good effort to help to reduce the air pollution. You know right Jakarta is well-known with its traffic jam. Oh.. then Eric and I having a local food breakfast, I ate bakso plus the Indonesia Sio May mixed with vegetable.

Kota the old city of Batavia

I really thought that I will not visited my place. Thanks to my friends, Eric CSers from Jakarta, and Fida CSers from Bandung, they brought me there! Because it was Sunday, so, very crowded. But the surrounding was realy nice and the building was really artistic and old! I Love it!

Hardrock Jakarta

I collected the HardRock pins. So visiting to Hardrock Shop is a must. Now my collection increase! Yay!

Bye Jakarta!

This was it. My first destination. 3 days in Jakarta and it turn realy realy well. I did not plan my journey, just follow the flow and surrounding! My next destination is to Yogyakarta. To go to the airport, go to the Gambir Train Station and look for the shuttle bus to the airport. It cost around 20,000rp.

About the video, i just came from watching the Lengong Dance at Ubud Palace, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. When I wake up, i just felt I wanna move because its been a long time I didnt dance.... its spontaneous and its bad... hahahha

Takoyaki (たこ焼き or 蛸焼) (literally fried or grilled octopus) is a popular ball-shaped Japanese dumpling or more like a savory pancake made of batter and cooked in a special takoyaki pan (see below). It is typically filled with diced or whole baby octopus, tempura scraps (tenkasu), pickled ginger, and green onion.

In modern days, it became common to be brushed with takoyaki sauce and mayonnaise, and topped with green laver (aonori) and katsuobushi (shavings of dried bonito). There are many variations to the takoyaki recipe. For example, ponzu i.e. soy sauce with dashi and citrus vinegar, goma-dare i.e. sesame-and-vinegar sauce or vinegared dashi.

It was first popularized in Osaka, where a street vendor named Tomekichi Endo is credited with its invention in 1935 under the influence of Akashiyaki. Takoyaki was initially popular in Kansai but later spread to Kanto and other areas. Today, it is popular in many areas throughout Japan. Takoyaki can be purchased in many street food stalls (yatai) but today there are many well-established takoyaki specialty restaurants/eateries that are very popular. Osaka and the Kansai area is particularly famous for it. It may be often sold in many commercial outlets, e.g. supermarkets or 24-hours shops. In addition, frozen takoyakis are even exported to many overseas countries.

Yaki is derived from "yaku" (焼く) which is one of the cooking methods in Japanese cuisine, meaning "to fry or grill", and can be found in the names of other Japanese cuisine items such as teppanyaki, yakitori, teriyaki and sukiyaki.

Rasanya, kebanyakan pekerjaan org disitu adalah nelayan kot

sebab yang paling "UP" aku tengok kat situ

adalah pasar basah nyaa...

banyak betol juak ikan yang pelik-pelik

But yg obvious sekali diorang jual ikan belut hidup-hidup

pernah rasa belut tak?

umo 18-29 mcm tak wujud je kat situ

manelah mereka menyorokkan...

sebab itulah aku assume diorang pegi bandar

Hot! Hot! Panas! Panas!

That was my thought sepanjang aku kat Sieam Reap.

Kepanasan di Cambodia telah mengalahkan kepanasan di planet Gaban.

Aku yang menggunakan Fair & Lovely ini pun telah menjadi Dark & Not So Lovely right now!

Oleh sebab kepanasan yang membara, my travelmate mengambil keputusan untuk TIDO!

Aku pulak, tak ingin membazirkan masa untuk tidur telah mengambil keputusan untuk berjalan di persekitaran Siem Reap ini dengan menggunakan basikal BMX yang telah disewa khas.

Tiba-tiba, di sebelah jalan utama Siem Reap ini, aku terjumpa la satu tempat yang dipanggil Preah Prohm Rath Monastry.

Tempatnya macam menarik. So, aku dengan basikal tuaku pun berlabuh di sini.

Preah Prohm Rath (Sila sebut laju2 berulang-rulang kali, tidak dinasihatkan kepada yang berlidah pendek).

Aku rasa, aku seorang sahajalah yang berada dekat tempat ini sekarang. Memang tak ada pelancong lain pun yang datang kat sini. Mungkin bukan tourist attraction kot. Tapi, redah sajalah.

Bukannya ada orang nak marah pun. Kalau nak marah, janganlah buat monastery nie menarik sangat sampai attract aku nak datang kan….

Nak jadikan cerita….

Kalau korang pegi satu tempat, mestilah kena tahu asal-usul tempat itu kan.

Kalau nak tahu, Preah Prohm Monastry ini adalah monastery yang tertua yang masih lagi aktif di Bandar Siem Reap dan mempunyai sejarah lebih kurang 500 tahun. Hebat jugak!

Founder monastery ini adalah Raja Ang Chan. Raja Ang Chan dedicate monastery ini kepada Preah Ang Chan-han Hoy dan roh kepada Ta Pum Yeay Rath. Kuil ini bertujuan untuk pengajaran ilmu Buddha dan untuk tempat kediaman sami-sami, yang kebanyakannya datang ke Siem Reap dengan tanpa tempat tinggal.

Telah dibina lewat tahun ke-15 dan awal tahun ke-16 sebelum masihi. Bertapak di tanah keluarga kaya Ta Pum dan Yeay Rath.

Sebelum ini nama monastery ini “Ta Pum Yeay Rath” dan dalam tahun 1940 diubah dengan nama yang lebih meletup iaitu “Preah Prohm Rath Monastry” sehingga sekarang.

Aku dah tak ingat sangat kat mana this monastery situated, but if you balik dari Angkor Wat using tuk-tuk, surely you will akan terserempak with this monastery.

The surrounding of this monastery yang menarik. Actually tak ada apa-apa pun. But there is nothing to lose to visit. At least we gain something right?

Wood Craving Workshop

They are so artistic!

Exploring around Siem Reap was like reading the art books chapter by chapter. Every chapter full with graphics and had its own story to tell. That was I felt when I was in Siem Reap.

Artisan D’Angkor is situated at Sivantha St. Just next to my hotel.

Artisan D’Angkor is a really beautiful shop. Selling the souvenirs most probably from the wood craving.

At here, there is a art school named Les Chantier’s Ecoles. This school is specializing in teaching wood & stone carving techniques to impoverished youngsters.
All the items had been done by the students from this school.

This was my 2nd time to celebrate Hari Raya Ailfitri onboard.

But this time, I think, this year Hari Raya more merrier and more happening.

Few days after and before Hari Raya, we were in the middle of Typhoon Namadol.

I read in Japan newspaper, the typhoon had been killed 90 peoples.

1 month left before I had my holidayy.... yuhuuuuu!

Akhirnya sampai jugak aku kat Angkor Wat ni
"Wat" bermaksud Temple
so lain kata, Temple of Angkor

Angkor Wat merupakan religious building terbesar di dunia
terletak di Siem Reap
pengambaraan di Angkor Wat adalah motif utama untuk ke Siem Reap

Sungguh pelik jika travel ke Siem Reap
but not going to Angkor Wat kan....

Actually, Angkor Wat merupakan salah satu target
tempat aku harus pegi untuk lengkapkan backpacking aku
2 lagi adalah
Borubodur di Yogyajakarta, InsyaAllah bulan 10 ni akan pegi
dan satu lagi ialah Bagan, di Myanmar.

Aku travel di Siem Reap dengan member aku, Udin
kami telah mengambil keputusan untuk pegi explore Angkor dalam 1 hari until sunset
tetapi overall time kami ambik cumalah setengah hari sahaja

salah satu sebab adalah cuaca yg agak panas
dan sangat-sangat letih

1. Pengembaraan ke Angkor Wat bermulanya sebelum Subuh. Make sure anda telah menempah tuk-tuk untuk exploring Angkor Wat. Pandai-pandailah korang letak harga berapa untuk 1 hari explore Angkor. Kami hari tu dalam 20usd

2. Tuk-tuk anda akan menunggu anda seawal jam 4pagi lagi di depan hotel anda. Kami beruntung sebab tuktuk driver kami tersangat baik. Kontrak kami dgn dia adalah sejak kami sampai di Siem Reap. Nama dia Rain. English pun OK!

6. Sebenarnya, Angkor Wat itu merupakan salah satu tempat dalam kawasan Angkor. Ada banyak lagi Wat2 dalam sekitar angkor

8. selepas Angkor, kami telah twistkan plan kami untuk ke Ta Prohm.

9. Plan kami berjaya!, takda tourist langsung kat Ta Prohm, sebab Tourist akan pergi Angkor Thom terlebeh dahulu.

The voyage was from Kawasaki

aku mememberanikan diri
untuk masuk ke kedai tersebut
untuk Lunch!

Pada bulan July lepas

untuk men'discharge'kan cargo
ke pelabuhan Chita

Jadi,
of course aku tidak akan
melepaskan peluang
untuk ke bandar membeli belah

bandar yang terdekat adalah
NAGOYA

persoalannya sekarang
adakah terdapat "NAGOYA TEXTILE" disana?
hahahahaha

Aku keluar ke bandar giliran kumpulan yang kedua
thats mean keluar jam 6 petang

Perjalanan dari Chita Port ke Nagoya Port
Lebih kurang 45 minit

Dihantarnya ke Nagoya Port
Seperti di hujung dunia
selatan Nagoya

Apa yang terdapat disitu?
First sekali
Nagoya Aquarium
tapi aku tak masuk situ pun
sebab dah tutup
dan nampak macam tak best pun
ala-ala old school

Stesyen yang paling dekat disitu adalah NAGOYAKO
atau lebih dikenali sebagai Nagoya Port Station

Dari Nagoyako ke Sakae
Tiket dalam 260yen
Lebih kurang RM10
Mahal siot!

Dah sampai Sakae
Wow....
besar jugak bandar alah nie

Stesyen train dier besar giler
dikenali sebagai Oasis 21

kluar-kluar je dari Oasis 21 tu
akan dapat nampak Nagoya TV Tower

Aku tanye orang Jepun tu
"What time this shop close?"
Terus orang jepun tu jawab
"NOW"

aku tengok sekeliling, memang dah tak da orang dah
tinggal aku sorang
aku pi counter, terus bayar

once aku melangkah keluar pintu kedai
terus pintu kedai tu tutup

puasssnya aku shopping!!
Yeah
mission accomplish

Mission seterusnya adalah mencari TAKOYAKI
bola-bola octopus...
nasib baik jumpa

masalah-masalah
orang jepun kedai ni tak pandai cakap english
nasib baik at last dia faham

aku borong semua takoyaki kat kedai tersebut
sampai diorang bagi free lagi beberapa bijik
sebab aku beli semua tako dier
and kedai dia nak tutup

jepun tu asyik berterima kasih je ngan aku
sambil tunduk, dia cakap HAIT HAIT tanpa henti
aku cakap... Ok Ok...welcome welcome......

hehehe...

then aku teruskan perjalanan aku sekitar SAKAE
mostly after 8pm
kebanyakan kedai dah tutup
awal giler tutup..
tak syiok langsong...

kalau kat KL, jam 4 pagi tu macam 12tengahhari...
boleyyy

matilah nak bandingkan KL ngan Jepun....

anyway...
I'll be back Nagoya...
Best la jugak Chita Port...
tapi Senbuko still the best lah!

Siapa yang pernah dengar lagu
"Abang Beca, Abang Beca di tengah jalan.."
Saya!!!!

Oklah, kali ini aku ingin menceritakan tentang
satu jenis pengangkutan traditional
yang di kenali sebagai Beca

TRISHAW in english...
the name reminds me one of the novel title I had read a long time ago..

Pilihla yang mana satu yang anda nak naik

Sesungguhnya jika anda ke bandar Melaka
Maka terserempaklah dengan banyak beca

Berwarna-warni
Dan mengikut peredaran zaman
beca sekarang dah moden
ada sound woofer
memainkan lagu mengalahkan kelab malam

Kebanyakan Beca berada di area A'Famosa

bukan sekadar memainkan lagu-lagu zaman dahulu
bahkan lagu-lagu Lady Gaga pun ada

Bak kata org Sarawak selalu cakap,
"Ko adaaaaaaaa???? sikkk adaaaa..."
"angkat muka ko"

Kalo orang malaya cakap "Nan Hado"

Lagi-lagi beca

Aku tertarik dengan cara mereka menghias beca-beca mereka
sungguh kreatif
ada yang menggunakan bunga-bunga plastik
labuji-labuji
lampu lip-lap-lip-lap (sarawak: lampu cabik)

dan ada jugak yang tidak ketinggalan untuk meletakkan patung Barbie....
Motif letak patung Barbie???
maybe nak tarik pelanggan kanak2....

yeee...control macho tekla....

Pekerjaan membawa beca aku rasanya sangat menguntungkan
sebab itu, kebanyakan angka beca semakin meningkat

sebagai contoh
aku naik dari AFamosa ke Replica Kapal Flo De Mar
perjalan pendek tu je dah RM 10...
tu pun aku dah cukup tawar menawar
kalau pusing satu bandar Melaka?
ambik kau.....

dalam perjalanan

aku mestilah memilih beca yang sangat Vogue....
mula-mula aku target beca main lagu Lady Gaga
But, terpilih beca memainkan lagu Maher Zain...

Adoi.... insaf pulak aku tetiba

Ni aku nak kongsikan

Siapa yang tak pernah cuba naik beca
Please, cubalah
Mula-mula memang aku malas nak cuba

But at least kita dah naik beca at least once in a lifetime
eventhough bosan...

Insya-Allah I will start my holiday on October till January (3months).

Before I start working, I had planned my holiday

Searching for the cheap price.

Now, all the flight tickets. had been bought.

43 days, Start from 27Oct-8Dec.

There are some changes to be made. Need to cancel for Pattaya & Boracay due to the time constraint and ticket price.

8 Countries. Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Singapore, HongKong,Macau, Phillipines

So, here were the price for the flight tickets I bought.

Scenery...... Number 9?

When I was younger
I was confused between 3 locations
Sri Aman, Simanggang, and Samarahan

Alice Fort

But then it seems Sri Aman & Simanggang turn out to be the same place
And Samarahan only next to Kuching
Actually, its originally known as Simanggang
Renamed around 1974 because of the signing of the peace treaaty
End of the communist era
Seriously?

I had been here a few times
But never staying at this area

Do not sit here when watching BENAK in action, you will getting wet

The town itself is a transit to refuel your vehicle
Or you can stop to fulfill your stomach
or even when you want to use a toilet

The food stalls at the Sri Aman-Sarikie junction is quite famous
Hotspot for pitstop

To make a story (Untuk dijadikan ceritalah!)
My father got a meeting in Sri Aman
So, he asked me to drive him all the way to Sri Aman

About 2hours journey from Kuching to Sri Aman
But its took 4hours if you travel by bus

Alice Fort

This is my gold opportunity to explore the city
Even though nothing much there
But still, I need to get to know my own country

Somewhere

My father's sibling live here
But seriously, I do not remember his face at all
Been a long time
We were not visiting him for this trip

Fauna...I like GREEN

We stayed at Crystal Inn
Cheap place but quite comfortable
I am impressed
Just on top of Supersave, same row with KFC

I stayed here!

When I was free doing nothing in the hotel
Just wonder around the town
And the village scenery

What the hell is that?
Its a tidal wave
You can surf on it

Which way should I take?

On May 2011, my vessel discharging cargo at Himeji, Japan.
So, of course I took this opportunity to explore the city.

HIMEJI, sounds very familiar right?
I am not sure why it is sounds familiar, at first it is because HIMEJI-NOMOTO....
but, its wrong,.. should be AJI-NO-MO-TO
forget bout it....

this is my first time getting into this city
Actually, Himeji quite near with Osaka....
Nothing much different from other places [i mean in Japan]..
But, Himeji is a a very tourist friendly places,
Free maps everywhere...

Of course, the wonderful Himeji Castle!

Don't want to visit real castle, miniature castle should be Ok lah!

In Japanese, this castle is sometimes called shirasagi, or 'white heron'

A title that derives from the castle's stately white form.

In the following centuries the castle was home to 48 successive lords.

There were some event happening around Himeji....

Queue up for the restaurant.... must be delicious!

1 word = SHOPPING!

But unfortunately, the castle still under renovation process until 2015...

So, I decided not to enter the castle

Exploring around the castle park was enough

I decided to do shopping around the street

CAUTION: That is not one of the POKEMON character.... it is a castle MASCOT!

Friendly Japanese. Everytime I took her pics, always be in a monkey character. And no idea why... or maybe she know Malaysia & Orang Utan --> Commonwealth 98 Mascot... maybe...

Quite OK but still not very fashionable like Osaka City..

for me, Osaka still the best for fashion...
