He didn't let us down with the amount of details about the phone either. He covers everything from GPS to memory, hardware to software and everything in between.

The review also has lots of side by side photos comparing the Nokia N82 with the Nokia N78. You will see in the photos that the N78 is thinner than the N82 and also has no physical buttons that stick out of the phone. This concept makes it the most "pocketable" Nseries phone to date.

Nokia N78 Hands On Video Review

Rafe Blanford from AllAboutSymbian.com has recently posted a hands on video of the Nokia N78. It will feature North American 3g, 3.2 megapixel camera, gps and wifi built in, plus Feature Pack 2. A huge upgrade to the Nokia N73. The N78 is rumored to be released on AT&T later this year, but nothing official has come over the wires.

Here are all the documents in PDF format.
Request for Confidentiality
Photos External
Photos Internal 1
Photos Internal 2
Test Report 1
Test Report 2
SAR Report
User Guide

Source: Symbian Addict

Nokia N78 Photos Galore

The guys over at Symbian Web Blog have posted a photo gallery of the Nokia N78 in the real world. The phone looks great and has a very sleek design. I love how the N78 is completely flat and has no moving parts, making it perfect for those who slip there phone in and out of there pocket or purse. Nothing to get caught on and nothing to slide open. The naviwheel is another great feature making scrolling through long lists like the music player or contacts a breeze.

Click here to see the rest of the gallery.

Nokia N78 vs. N82 Side By Side Photos

I just found some great side by side images of the Nokia N78 and the Nokia N82. Check out the picture below.

Personally I think the Nokia N78 looks great in white as long as its not going to be a fingerprint magnet. Only problem for me is my career involves working with dirt and oil so I may just have to stick with the black version.

What do you think? It's completely in French so I'm not sure what the guy is saying, but the video shows a damn good hands on demonstration of the phone. The scroll wheel in the gallery looks so smooth and the UI is very fast. You also can see the phone side by side with the N96 and N95. The N78 is probably one of the thinnest Nokia Nseries devices ever released.

Video...
(note: some RSS readers may not be able to view this video. When you have a Carl Ziess lens like the N78 has, the photos still come out great. With 1.8 megapixels less than the Nokia N95 your not going to see much of a picture difference unless your blowing up the photo for a portrait. They both have the same led flash and some are saying the N78's camera software is a lot faster. I've came across many N95 users who take their photos at 3.2 megapixels to save memory on their memory card.

A member of Flickr has posted photo samples taken by the Nokia N78. I think they look great. Surely good enough for sharing good quality photos over the web which is far as most cameraphone pictures get.

Check out the pictures below.

Read on for N95 vs N78 comparison photo samples.

Nokia N78 Support Page And User Guide, Release Coming?

Devin from The Nokia Guide has found a link to the official Nokia N78 Support Page.
