This position also manages the day to day operations of the center, ensuring that all licensing requirements are met to achieve and maintain a 5-star rated license. This position will coordinate and provide primary on-site supervision of all student teachers, practicum students and volunteers, as well as collaborate with other community agencies, licensing consultants, and TA Department staff working with providers serving infants and toddlers to improve the quality of infant-toddler care.

&lt;strong&gt;Description:&lt;/strong&gt; NAEYC is seeking two Accreditation Coordinators to support the work of our Accreditation System. Responsibilities include working with program administrators, assessors and decision makers throughout all aspects of the accreditation process. Coordinators will review materials submitted to identify any procedural errors and measure program compliance with our standards and monitor the performance of assessors to ensure reliability is maintained in all assessment procedures and protocols, while providing support to assessors in their role. &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;BA in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, experience in the field of early childhood education and a sound understanding of its practices is required. Experience with high quality programming and NAEYC accreditation is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, MS Office and database skills are required. Must be able to meet deadlines, work in a team and in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required. The QIM will help CCR&amp;amp;R agencies implement best practices, meet project requirements, and support provider progress toward quality improvement goals. The QIM will also track agency progress toward contracted outcomes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt; Minimum of a BA degree in Early Childhood, Human Development, Human Services, Business Administration or Nonprofit Management. Master's degree in related field highly valued. Minimum of five years' experience with child care resource &amp;amp; referral, child care quality improvement programs, and/or accreditation systems. Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to create high-quality training documents and the ability to write clear and concise documents for internal and external audiences. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to show discretion and judgment in communication of sensitive and/or confidential information. Must be able to follow and monitor established procedures and organizational chain of communications. Must be able to manage competing demands and shifting timelines and priorities in a team-based, collaborative environment. Must have proficiency in basic office technology, including the ability to learn and train others on software tools to manage service programs. &lt;strong&gt;Description:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Purpose:&lt;/strong&gt; The Training Specialist will further NACCRRA's mission by developing and delivering training that improves the skills of all subsidy staff and contributes to improving the efficiency and customer service of the Subsidy Department. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;General Functions:&lt;/strong&gt; The Training Specialist will provide and coordinate training and orientation activities for the Subsidy Department, ensuring consistency and standardization among all subsidy staff and functional areas. The primary focus of this position is to develop competency-based training offerings that incorporate the technical, informational, and the analytical components of each job function into a variety of instructional modes, including manuals and guides, group and one-on-one training and mentoring. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt; A bachelor's degree, preferably in Training &amp;amp; Development, Curriculum Design, Human Resources, or Business Administration. Minimum of 5 years' progressive, related experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver competency-based curriculum or instructional content and present complex information clearly. Experience with work flow analysis and design. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and analytically. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Database experience strongly preferred.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Specific Duties:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work with Chief of Subsidy and other staff to identify training needs and define and gather metrics to measure staff performance. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop standardized new staff orientation training.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Produce training manuals and guides for the overall Subsidy Department and each job function.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Create and deliver training in support of knowledge transfer activities. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop, implement, and evaluate staff training plans.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Perform other duties as assigned.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Description:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;This position is funded solely by a federal contract.&amp;nbsp; Accordingly, it is contingent upon receipt of the necessary federal funding.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Position Goal:&lt;/strong&gt; The Deputy Director of Training and Quality Control&amp;nbsp; seeks to promote NACCRRA's mission and philosophy and to foster the ethics and dedication modeled by the Department of Defense and the Corporation for National Community Service (CNCS) through delivery of services and financial support for DoD/Military Service members and AmeriCorps and VISTA members who need child care assistance.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Deputy Director of Training and Quality Control will further this mission by delivering training that improves the skills of all subsidy staff for AmeriCorps/VISTA and military subsidy programs. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;General Functions:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; The Deputy Director will supervise training and quality control specialists and provide training and orientation activities for all subsidy staff, ensuring consistency and standardization among all subsidy functional areas.&amp;nbsp; The Deputy Director is the primary individual responsible for training staff on records management for the AmeriCorps/VISTA, and military sponsored subsidy programs. The SACC Director provides the overall management, vision, leadership and direction for a division with nearly 600 full time employees and serving 9000 children daily in 135 sites. Under the supervision of the Director, Office for Children, this person will provide guidance and supervision for program managers, oversee staff development, work with staff on planning and implementing new initiatives, and develop and modify programs and policies to respond to changing needs. This position also participates in the development and oversight of automated systems, sets guidance for eligibility policies, evaluates fee structures, and monitors program budgets. The SACC Director works collectively with OFC senior staff and other agencies such as Health Department, Fairfax County Public Schools, and Libraries, to ensure that division objectives are aligned with goals and objectives of both SACC and the Department's programs.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOTES: &lt;/strong&gt;Local Residents Preferred (No Relo)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Minimum Qualifications:&lt;/span&gt; Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Early Child Hood Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field; PLUS five years of experience in day care administration or early childhood education; A Master's degree may be substituted for one year of the required experience. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preferred Qualifications: &lt;/strong&gt;An early childhood education professional with extensive experience overseeing large scale program operations.
