As always, a balanced diet makes a balanced mind. While you are planning your menus for the week take into account that the meals you are preparing have the essential vitamins and minerals. Next, throw away all the junk food, pop and other foods that are loaded with calories but offer no nutritional value. Throw in a little exercise and your insomnia will gradually fade away with an improved mind and body.&lt;br /&gt;

1.) Get A Memory Stick&lt;br /&gt;
You are going to need a lot of free space. The original 32 MB stick just won’t cut it. How can you download games or watch movies on 32 MBs?! I would recommend 256 Megs of free space.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.) Download PSP game files to your computer&lt;br /&gt;
Make sure you aren’t downloading shareware but full games. Once you download the games you want to your computer, you are able to transfer them to your PSP.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.) Decompress the file &lt;
If the games are compressed in a ZIP file, you will need a free program like Winzip or Stuffit Expander (Mac) to decompress the file. These programs will automatically unzip the file.

4.) Connect your PSP to your computer
Now, how do we play the games? To be able to play the games, you must connect the PSP to your computer (duh). You should use the free USB cable that the PSP comes with. The PSP must be in USB mode for the files to download. How to do this? Press the HOME button and scroll to the SETTINGS column. Scroll to USB CONNECTION and press X. Then you are ready for file transfer.

5.) Copy the PSP Game to your PSP
You have to copy the full game to PSP &gt; Game. If you do not put the game in this folder, it will certainly not work.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.) Play the game&lt;br /&gt;
I know it sounds to good to be true, but believe me when I say this is the real deal. It is 100% legal and extremely easy, all you have to do is download the PSP games from your computer onto your PSP and start playing. Make sure the weights you lift are right. A weight which you can only manage to lift for 6 or 8 reps is ideal to build muscle and burn fat. Find a weight which you can only lift around 6 times, and keep practising lifting until you can lift the weight more than six times. When you can lift the weight ten times with relative ease, it is time to increase the weight again.&lt;br /&gt;

And nearly one-third of them are undiagnosed. This can be devastating, as diabetes is the main cause of kidney failure, limb amputation, and new onset blindness in American adults.&lt;br /&gt;

People with diabetes are also two to four times more likely than people without diabetes to develop heart disease. In fact, 65 percent of diabetics die from heart attack or stroke.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Diabetes mellitus is a condition in which the amount of glucose (sugar) in the blood is too high because the body cannot use it properly. Glucose comes from the digestion of starchy foods such as bread, rice, potatoes, chapatis, yams and plantain, from sugar and other sweet foods, and from the liver which makes glucose. Diabetes is a disorder that affects the way your body deals with the foods you eat. Normally, carbohydrate foods are broken down into the sugar glucose, which travels in the blood (hence the name blood sugar) until it reaches your cells, where it is taken in and used for growth and energy. For this to happen, however, the hormone insulin must be present. Produced by the pancreas, insulin acts as a key that unlocks cells so that they can receive blood glucose.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Insulin works like a key to open the door of the cells so glucose – the fuel you get from food - can come inside and be converted into energy - cause serious complications and premature death. Insulin is vital for life. It is a hormone produced by the pancreas that helps the glucose to enter the cells where it is used as fuel by the body.&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The main symptoms of untreated diabetes are increased thirst, going to the look all the time – especially at night, extreme tiredness, weight loss, genital itching or regular episodes of thrush, and blurred vision.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In diabetes, either the pancreas may produce insufficient insulin, or the body has lost its ability to use it effectively (insulin resistance). Glucose builds up in the blood, overflows into the urine, and passes out of the body without fulfilling its role as the body's main source of fuel.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Two types of diabetes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Type 1 diabetes develops if the body is unable to produce any insulin. This type of diabetes usually appears before the age of 40. It is treated by insulin injections and diet and regular exercise is recommended. Type 2 diabetes develops when the body can still make some insulin, but not enough, or when the insulin that is produced does not work properly (known as insulin resistance). In most cases this is linked with being overweight. This type of diabetes usually appears in people over the age of 40, though in South Asian and African-Caribbean people often appear after the age of 25. However, recently, more children are being diagnosed with the condition, some as young as seven.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Type 2 diabetes is treated with lifestyle changes such as a healthier diet, weight loss and increased physical activity. Tablets and/or insulin may also be required to achieve normal blood glucose levels.&lt;

The main aim of treatment of both types of diabetes is to achieve blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol levels as near to normal as possible. This, together with a healthy lifestyle, will help to improve wellbeing and protect against long-term damage to the eyes, kidneys, nerves, heart and major arteries.

Managing Diabetes: Begin with the ABCs

The National Diabetes Education Program suggests that you reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke by working with your health care team to monitor three critical factors, which they have named the Diabetic ABCs.

"A" is for the A1C test.

This is a number that shows how well your blood glucose has been controlled over the last 3 months. Bad glucose control can hurt your eyes, kidneys and feet. The goal for most people is an A1C of less than 7. It should be checked at least twice a year.

A 1998 research study showed that increased in blood pressure could be prevented significantly by goji's master molecule polysaccharides. Polysaccharides are very long-chain sugar molecules that provide nourishment for macrophages, the large white blood cells which are an important component of the body's defense system against invading microbes and the malignant cells which form tumors.

Four polysaccharides discovered in Goji berries have not been found in any other fruit. The Goji polysaccharides enhance the body's production of human growth hormone (HGH), which helps build muscle and repair skin cells. The LBP polysaccharide complex unique to Goji berries has been found to be a powerful secretagogue - a substance that stimulates the secretion of human growth hormone (HGH) by the pituitary gland.

One research study in China showed that the LBP polysaccharide facilitated the proliferation of stem cells and increased the number of monocytes in bone marrow. The LBP polysaccharide helps the monocytes convert to matured leukocytes.

"B" is for blood pressure.

The goal for most people is 130/80. High blood pressure can cause heart attack, stroke and kidney disease.

"C" is for cholesterol.

Bad cholesterol (LDL) can oxidize and clog blood vessels, causing heart attack or stroke. Good cholesterol (HDL) helps to lower bad cholesterol. The goal for most people is LDL under 100 and HDL over 40.

Goji contains eta-sitosterol, which has been shown to lower cholesterol levels. Its antioxidants keep cholesterol from oxidizing and forming arterial plaques. Goji increases exercise tolerance, stamina, and endurance. I know that not everybody among us is fortunate enough to have a job of his/her liking. We all are living in a fiercely competitive era. In today's time, just being eligible for a job is not enough. We have to be most eligible than all other eligible persons to get a dream job. Now to be the most eligible of all is not that easy. It depends upon a number of visible and invisible factors such as our family background, our educational qualification, our physical appearance (in some jobs at least ), our performance in a particular exam etc. Since not everybody can be the most eligible one, most of us will have to contend with other jobs which may or may not be of our liking.&lt;br /&gt;

Let us consider your present job. It may be the case that you are doing a boring, routine and less rewarding job. May be you are not getting the chance to work at your full potential in this job. Certainly a man/woman of your caliber deserves something better. And if you are making all the necessary efforts to get the perfect job in your dream company, I give you my best wishes for your efforts. You pay your monthly bills, your taxes and your child's school fee from the salary of this job. You take your wife out for a dinner and give her a beautiful present from the money you earn from this job. Your present job is the platform on which you'll lay the foundation of your future dream job. So dear friend your job is no that bad. Just see the positive side of picture. Love your job , respect it.&lt;br /&gt;

I know it is not very easy to love our boring and dull jobs. However, if we want, we can easily make our job interesting . A little bit of effort &amp; innovation can make any kind job interesting. Let me give you a very useful tip : If you want to make your job interesting, then ask yourself - "How can I do this job in a better way ? How can I improve my productivity ? " Just think over these two questions and you will get the answer. The best way to make your job interesting is to constantly find the way of doing it in a better way. We like to think we are better than our friends below us in the food chain, such as the octopus and the snail. After all, we have love. We feel happiness. We have empathy. We have a conscience. We can reason.&lt;br /&gt;

We can also hold onto grudges.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Grudges are, in fact, prickly little creatures that worm their way into our hearts. Holding onto them is a self-defeating exercise.&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Fortunately, forgiveness is also uniquely human. Forgiveness cleanses the spirit. Forgiveness let's us get on with enjoying our lives instead of being preoccupied with someone else's. Forgiveness opens the door to happiness.&lt;br /&gt;

2. SUPPORTING FOR HAPPINESS&lt;br /&gt;
When things seem to be very bleak, it does not take much to lift someone's spirits. Sometimes all it takes is to let somebody know they are not alone.&lt;br /&gt;

That is why it is so important to smile at people, especially if they look down. And if you know what is weighing the person down, let them know they are not alone. Don't go burdening them with all your miseries, but let them know you have been there.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Guess what? You will feel happiness for having helped them, too.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. ACCEPTING FOR HAPPINESS&lt;br /&gt;
There is no such thing as happiness if you are not at peace with yourself. Too many people just don't know how to make peace with themselves.&lt;br /&gt;

Peace begins with acceptance. Whether we agree with everything we do (like the environmentalist who sometimes throws out a recyclable container), it is important to accept what we do.&lt;br /&gt;

Do we always make the best choices? No. But they are the choices we make.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Do we always treat people with the most respect? No. But it is how we treat people.&lt;br /&gt;

5) Exercise regularly. This is easier said than done with a busy schedule. Be polite but avoid arguing or getting hooked into listening to their constant problems.&lt;br /&gt;

8) Take regular, daily supplements of the highest quality. Our food and diets simply do not meet the amounts needed for maximum health. Mostly when we are under pressure, headache appeared automatically. If it gets worse, we might faint due to the pain we felt.&lt;br /&gt;

A headache is a condition of mild to severe pain in the head. It can also attack at our upper back or neck. There are different types of headache, but most of the time headache brought on by stress, too long in front of computer, noise and others.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
One of the main causes of headache is tension in the muscles of the neck, scalp and jaw. We usually deal with it by taking some sleep or consume over-the counter aspirin to release our pain. However, can we do this at any place?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Obviously, we cannot sleep at the office or at the mall. In addition, we might run of aspirin when headache strike us.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Do not worry! The easiest way to handle headache and we can do it everywhere is through massage. Massage is the practice of applying pressure or vibration to the soft tissues of the body, to heal injury, relieve psychological stress, manage pain, improve circulation and relieve tension.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When we suffer from headache, we can help ourselves with self-massage. Simple and everybody can do it, either at work or home.&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Here are four easy ways in massage to heal our headache.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Eyes Area Massage -- Close your eyes. Place your middle fingers to your eyes that are above cheekbones. Massage that area gently but firmly in circular motion for 1 minute,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Eyes to Nose Massage – Using thumb, go along the underside of eyebrows (along the bone on top of eye socket). Feel where this bone meets the bridge of your nose and eyes and find a point where there is a small indentation. Very gentle pressure, press your thumbs into the points. You can do it four times by holding and press that area for 10 seconds in each press.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Neck Massage -- Massage a point where you can feel it by moving the middle fingers of your hands to the back of your head and feel the base of your skull. Specially, at the tops of your neck that meets the base of your skull. Massage for a minutes using finger tips gentle in circular movement.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Scalp Massage – Let your palms of your hands massage your scalp on the top of your skull for a minute gently.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Once you have done all those massages, start taking a deep breath. Lift your shoulders towards your ears for five to 10 seconds to relief remaining pain, and then let them drop back down into their natural position.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You are going to feel better when you can do that for a couple of times. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme or oregano leaves&lt;br /&gt;

Add mushrooms, broth, and wine; bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute. Using a slotted spoon, remove 1 cup of the vegetables; set aside. In a blender or food processor, place half of remaining soup from the saucepan; puree until smooth; remove to a bowl; repeat with remaining mixture; return entire pureed mixture to saucepan; stir in milk and reserved vegetables. Simmer just until heated through, about 5 minutes. If desired, garnish with thinly sliced green onion.&lt;br /&gt;

There are many types of blogs or purposes for blogs and a certain number of tactics are applicable to just about all of them, so here is a -short- list of tips for marketing and optimizing a blog:&lt;br /&gt;

1. Decide on a stand alone domain name www.myblog.com or directory of existing site www.mysite.com/blog. Sub domain is also an option blog.mysite.com. Avoid hosted services that do not allow you to use your own domain name!&lt;br /&gt;
2. Obtain and install customizable blog software - WordPress and Moveable Type are my favorites.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Customize blog look and feel templates - aka design.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Research keywords and develop a glossary - Keyword Discovery, WordTracker, SitePoint, SEOBook Keyword Research.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Optimize the blog:&lt;br /&gt;
* Template optimization - RSS subscription options, social bookmark links, HTML code, Unique title tags, URLs, Sitemap&lt;br /&gt;
* Add helper plugins specific to WordPress or MT&lt;br /&gt;
* Create keyword rich categories (reference your keyword glossary)&lt;br /&gt;
6. Enable automatic trackback and ping functionality.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Create Feedburner Pro account and enable feed tracking.&lt;br /&gt;
8. Setup Google acount for Sitemap, validate and prep for future submission.&lt;br /&gt;
9. Identify authoritative blogs, web sites and hubs for outbound resource links and blogroll.&lt;br /&gt;
10. Format archived posts, related posts.&lt;br /&gt;
11. Enable statistics for tracking - Performancing, Google Analytics, ClickTracks.&lt;br /&gt;
12. Submit RSS feed and Blog URL to prominent RSS and Blog directories / search engines.&lt;br /&gt;
13. Engage in an ongoing link building campaign.&lt;br /&gt;
14. If podcast or video content are available, submit to Podcast and Vlog directories.&lt;br /&gt;
15. Submit blog url to paid directories with categories for blogs - Yahoo, BOTW, bCentral, WOW, JoeAnt.&lt;br /&gt;
16. Optimize and distribute a press release announcing blog.&lt;br /&gt;
17. Request feedback or reviews of your blog in relevant forums, discussion threads. If you have a resourceful post that will help others, point to it.&lt;br /&gt;
18. Research and comment on relevant industry related blogs and blogs with significant centers of influence.&lt;br /&gt;
19. Post regularly. If it's a news oriented blog, 3-5 times per day. If it's an authoritative blog, 3-5 times per week, but each post must be unique and high value.&lt;br /&gt;
20. Monitor inbound links, traffic, comments and mentions of your blog - Google Alerts, Technorati, Blogpulse, Yahoo News, Ask Blogs and Feeds.&lt;br /&gt;
21. Always respond to comments on your blog and when you detect a mention of your blog on another blog, thank that blogger in the comments of the post.&lt;br /&gt;
22. Make contact with related bloggers on AND offline if possible.&lt;br /&gt;
23. When making blog posts always cite the source with a link and don't be afraid to mention popular bloggers by name. Use keywords in the blog post title, in the body of the post and use anchor text when you link to previous posts you've made.&lt;br /&gt;
24. Use social networking services, forums and discussion threads to connect with other bloggers. If they like your stuff, they will link to you.&lt;br /&gt;
25. Remember when web sites were a new concept and the sage advice to print your web address everywhere you print your phone number? We all want to know how keywords affect our rankings, but to find out we'll need to do a little work. Many say keywords are the key to good search engine rankings, although they aren't at all the only factor.&lt;br /&gt;

Keyword Density.&lt;br /&gt;

Keyword density refers to the number of the keywords contained within your text relative to the amount of text there is. Preferred keyword density ratios vary between search engines, but you should generally try to keep them between two and eight percent (major search engines prefer the lower end). Keyword analysis tools can help to optimize a web page's keyword density. These tools are good if you're not sure of what you're doing, as they're very intuitive and explain things as you go.&lt;br /&gt;

Counting the Keywords.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Many SEO experts will tell you that the keyword density of your text isn't a very important factor, and that you should be careful not to overdo it. So is there a limit? How many times should you use your keywords? SEO experts won't be able to answer these questions for you, because no-one's really sure of the answer. The best answer is that it changes regularly, and you can never be sure – you have to experiment to see what works for you.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
5. Meta tags (especially description).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. Links (including keywords in the URL or link text of links to you).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7. Alt text (the 'alt' descriptions for your pictures).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Really, though, keyword density is one of those areas where you'll have trouble on your hands if you try to second guess the search engines. Be cautious.&lt;br /&gt;

The largest group is probably BNI, which offers members the chance to attend weekly meetings and develop new professional relationships to help them grow their business. some chambers of commerce are now organizing "leads groups" for their members as well. These groups are intended to offer members a way to connect with each other and potentially refer each other business.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In most "leads groups" each group allows no more then one representative from any industry, so if the group has a mortgage broker other mortgage brokers have to join another group or wait for the seat to open up. The idea is that by restricting membership, you eliminate competition within the group.&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The agenda at most structured networking meetings is pretty straightforward. Each member is given an opportunity to introduce themselves, then there is a short presentation by one or two members (each member gets the chance eventually). The meeting ends with members discussing potential referrals for each other. This means that most of the members get about one minute to present who they are and teach the other members of the group how to refer to them.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Most people do a great job of presenting themselves. However, most people do not think to ask for referrals. At most networking events, you are not expected to ask for a referral or explain what a good referral for you is. However, at a leads group it is not only acceptable, it is expected!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I am involved in a number of networking groups and have used the simple outline below to create my elevator pitch (quick introduction). When I deliver my elevator pitch to a leads group, my goal is to educate everyone in the room about my company and what I do, as well as to teach them the best way to refer others to me. In addition, I want to make sure I actually ask for a specific referral. I will go through each piece of the outline in detail, but here are the basics.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Introduction&lt;br /&gt;
o Name&lt;br /&gt;
o Position + company name&lt;br /&gt;
o Location of the company&lt;br /&gt;
o Overview of services&lt;br /&gt;
* Tell a story&lt;br /&gt;
* Call to action&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The introduction piece of your presentation should stay the same every time you give it. You might say something like, "My name is Joe Smith. I am mortgage broker at ABC mortgages in Anytown, USA. We offer a full line of residential and commercial mortgage products." You can add some additional detail, but you should really focus on keeping this short and on point.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
At each meeting, you will have the chance to differentiate yourself from the competition by telling a short story during your presentation. The story can be related to a specific challenge you helped a client overcome, a unique feature of your product or service, or you can simply talk about a new development at your company. Consider writing out your stories in advance so you know what you are going to say at each meeting. In addition, you can schedule the content so that the other members of your group learn more and more about you at each meeting. You need to focus on educating your group a little more each week.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The "call to action" is very important and the piece that most people overlook. You need to tell the other members of your group exactly what type of referral you are looking for. For example, our mortgage broker, Joe Smith, might say, "Today a good referral for me would be a Realtor at XYZ real estate company." Joe may also say, "Today a good referral for me would be anyone who purchased their home more then 10 years ago."&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I alway recommend that your "call to action" is as specific as possible. If Joe stands up and says that a good referral would be anyone who needs a mortgage, the rest of the group will have a harder time thinking of people to refer. If Joe asks for an introduction to a specific person at a specific company, someone in the group may know that person or know someone at that company who can facilitate Joe's introduction. The more specific the request, the more likely it is to trigger someone else in the group's memory.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A last minute hint:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Keep focused on the networks of the people in the group, not on the people themselves. In other words, when you are participating in a networking or leads group, you should not focus on gaining the business of the people at the table.
