Yes, folks, it happened so suddenly, but Rydia’s getting her first set of teeth! One is pretty much all the way out, and the other one is halfway in, but we see pegs and that’s all that matters! Her teething has pretty much knocked her out for the count; she doesn’t fuss or anything if she’s in pain, she falls asleep.

Kinda threw my theory of her walking before her teeth came in out, but that will be sooner than later, I’m sure.

I’d take pictures of her new teeth, but she refuses to let me see them on a normal basis, let alone to grab a picture of them.

The above is Rydia’s official first word. Surprised? She’s a daddy’s girl, so no. Depressed? A little; it did take her 2 months to go from da-da-da-da to ma-ma-ma-ma (and even so, she still only yells it when she’s poopy). But I’m more patient now than I was before I had her, so it’s okay. It’s just too darn cute.

And she still has no teeth. LOL.

I know I’ve made myself scarce lately, but nothing much has been going on. BTW, Rydia is now 9.5 months old, weighs 21 pounds (75 percentile) and 29 inches tall (90 percentile). I have a model singer on my hands. Oh yeah, she’s taken a liking to singing. It makes me giggle when she tries to sing along with me.

But yeah, that’s pretty much all the updates I have for now.

All right, so I hate when it’s really hot, but in comparison to New York’s humid hot weather, SoCal’s isn’t half as bad. I actually like it.

So we don’t have a patio, so looking through resin Adirondack chairs at AdirondackChairs.com isn’t really a choice at the moment, but luckily, there’s a park close by, and I can get away with walking to the park with Rydia in her strollerr so that we can bask in the sun. So summer? Bring it on!

I am engaged to a dork. He’s a gamer, and at times that’s dorky as is. But Ronnie is a dork. He would randomly look stuff up that just sounds strange. That’s how we found out that Jell-o is made of bone marrow. Or what a curt trailer hitch is. I…have never heard of any of this stuff. So what do we do? We look it up. So you really do learn something every day–if you allow it.

I remember looking into crestfallen.nu’s search stats to see what fun stuff people type in to get to my site. I think “bondage” was one of those words. I don’t remember ever mentioning anything about bondage on that site, but I guess someone was looking for kinky ideas and came across…a site that hardly mentions sex, let alone fetishes. I haven’t checked on namari’s since I started this site, but I’m pretty sure I’d find some important information here about diet pills and poopy diapers. Yeah, poopy diapers is quite important to some people apparently.
