Real bad.&lt;br /&gt;
It was a bad&amp;nbsp;decision from A-Z. The bad decision will be numbered in this entry.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This is a FREE event in conjunction with the perhimpunan sejuta belia. Yes, its FREE. &lt;br /&gt;
We signed up for 8km category and the event starts at 8am. I know its crazy!! Pukul 8pagi dah panas oi tapi sebab nak jugak berlari kan,&amp;nbsp;redah sahajalah. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;[1]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pukul 730am&amp;nbsp;kami dah&amp;nbsp;sampai ke pc4,&amp;nbsp;it was already HOT!! &lt;br /&gt;
We were flagged off at 8am.&amp;nbsp;MGH&amp;nbsp;awal2 lagi&amp;nbsp;dah tinggalkan aku,&amp;nbsp;sekarang ni kami lari asing2. Maklumlah,&amp;nbsp;aku kan selow. huhuhu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anyway, I think I had a good start, was pretty surprised with myself to know that my time was sub-6 mins at 1km. I feel good... maklumlah, lama tak berlari kan; almost 2 weeks tak berlari. So macam lepas gian la ni.&lt;br /&gt;
Hence, I think, I did pushed myself too far this time.&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;[2]&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;It was scorching hot that day. I can feel the heat underneath the zaggora flares and nike running tee that I wore. FYI, It was the 1st time I wore such outfit.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;[3]&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Normally I'll wear that ultracompression set from breathe apparel but I dont know why I chose the other. Maybe because I did not see the run as a &lt;em&gt;"race"&lt;/em&gt;, hence no need to wear that high performance outfit? hmm...&amp;nbsp;I donno...but &amp;nbsp;how I wish I&amp;nbsp;know...&amp;nbsp;*sigh*&lt;br /&gt;

It was hot, really hot, I had a few stops and walked&amp;nbsp;at km2&amp;nbsp;but all was OK. Stop for a drink at the 1st water station at the hilly PICC route. I think this was where Kak Lina of &lt;a href="http://linasbackyard.blogspot.com/"&gt;linasbackyard.blogspot.com&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;overtook me. I was too shy to say Hi to her but decided to follow her pace from behind. hehehe. &lt;br /&gt;
Oh btw,&lt;em&gt; HI KAK LINA!! Next time&amp;nbsp;definitely will say hi to u. &amp;nbsp;tehehheeeeee...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
After that U-turn, it started happening.&lt;br /&gt;
We were running facing the hot hot scorching sun. I suddenly feel light headed and so fatigue that I literally had to force myself to keep walking. &lt;br /&gt;
Until somewhere infront of the paintball area, my mind and my body just cant cope with it anymore.&lt;br /&gt;
I stopped, finding some shelter behind a white 4-wheels. Called MGH and told him, &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I tak larat!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
He said, &lt;em&gt;call the ambulance&lt;/em&gt;. I know he was on the move at that time from the tone of his voice.&lt;br /&gt;
And the next thing i knew, i saw stars, I was&amp;nbsp;gasping for air&amp;nbsp;and ya ALLAH, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I can't breathe!!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
A runner asked me wether i was ok, I said&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt; NO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
At this point, all i can remember was, I was struggling to breathe. I inhaled but I felt that&amp;nbsp;the air was lack of oxygen. Hence, I breathe again,&amp;nbsp;not enough of oxygen.. and I inhaled again...and again and again.... it repeated for God knows how long.&lt;br /&gt;
1 male runner stopped and helped, he asked me to sit and started to 'kipas' me with i didnt know what. Then I heard someone asked me to lay down. I was struggling to breathe and&amp;nbsp;I then I saw &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: black;"&gt;black.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; (black).&lt;br /&gt;
I&amp;nbsp;gained my concious and was asked to drink some orange cooling drink by another female runner, I assume it was an isotonic drink, and she was holding my head up. Another female runner hold my legs. &lt;br /&gt;
After that drink, I felt better and the ambulance came.&lt;br /&gt;
The PBSM or StJohn's (i'm not sure)&amp;nbsp;informed that&amp;nbsp;I will be disqualified if being taken in the ambulance.&lt;br /&gt;
I said,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;I can't breathe!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I was asked if I can walk to the ambulance, I tried a few steps and collapsed. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I was struggling to breathe in the ambulance. Hyperventilated.&lt;br /&gt;
Was given oxygen gas but I feel that it was not enough. I was breathing like a cow. More like a&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; mendengus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; instead of breathing.&amp;nbsp; :(&lt;br /&gt;
I can feel that my hands are getting numb.&lt;br /&gt;
I keep on repeating , &lt;em&gt;I cant feel my hands. I cant breathe, my chest hurt!!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
It was the longest ride I've ever had.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
MGH was already there by the time I reached the medical area. He hold my hands and I told him,&lt;em&gt; tak boleh napas. Sakit!&lt;/em&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
A doctor came and asked me to relax and open my eyes and told him how many fingers he had.&lt;br /&gt;
I stared&amp;nbsp;at his hand, finding my focus because my visions were blurry. It took me sometime to answer 5 fingers.&lt;br /&gt;
I still hyperventilating and it was getting worse.&lt;br /&gt;
Was brought up in the ambulance and the doctor hold a plactic bag to aid me to breathe.&lt;br /&gt;
The doc then asked MGH of my health history.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Some of you might not know, I was actually on an antibiotic treatment for lung infection 2 days prior. Was given MC for 2 days (Thursday &amp;amp; Friday) due to it. Remember that I once mentioned that my health was not OK after ENR. Eventually, the&amp;nbsp;cough has worsened and infected my lungs.&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;[4]&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
On Friday evening, I was getting better.&amp;nbsp;I know for the fact that I was not as fit as before my sickness, and i missed a lot of running routine after PJDawn but still, I made the decision to run. Kononnya sebagai training la. &lt;br /&gt;
End up, the decision&amp;nbsp;was really a bad one, that led me to the Hospital Putrajaya Emergency Department. &lt;br /&gt;

ECG, blood test and chest xray were done. Alhamdulillah,&amp;nbsp;my body reacted well with the antibiotic, lungs are cleared, ECG ok and blood test showed slightly increased WBC that indicated an infection. &lt;/div&gt;

It seems that my body are now in recovery state&amp;nbsp;however my lungs just couldnt cope with the pressure from running, just yet.&lt;/div&gt;

Alhamdulillah. I was discharged&amp;nbsp;by noon. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Spent the entire evening sleeping, thanks to my sister @serabutmessy for looking after my kids while we were out running, and forever thanks to MGH for taking care of the kiddos while I spent my time recovering (via un-interrupted sleep).&lt;/div&gt;

I think this incident happened due to combination of lung infection + heat stroke + over pushed myself = incident. :(&lt;br /&gt;

I believe that all this happened for varies reasons but the most important ones that I learnt through the hard way in point forms.&lt;/div&gt;

Always listens to our body. I was actually contemplating to run, but decided to gamble sajalahh, maklumlah nak lepas gian. What a bad bad bad choice!&lt;/div&gt;

Always always always wear your most comfortable outfit that&amp;nbsp;you usually run&amp;nbsp;with, especially when you're running in a hot&amp;nbsp;scorching sun. It&amp;nbsp;was a big mistake wearing that&amp;nbsp;zaggora&amp;nbsp;flares and that running tee. Not properly ventilated.&amp;nbsp;Resulting in me being hyperventilated.&amp;nbsp;tsskk&lt;/div&gt;

Dont&amp;nbsp;get overly excited and pushed too far beyond the usual pace especially when you&amp;nbsp;havent had a routine run for weeks. In my case, I havent had a proper routine run after ENR. PJDawn was my lucky race, i think. hmmmm....&lt;/div&gt;

Sesungguhnya aku amat bersyukur masih diberikan nyawa selepas kejadian yang berlaku. Sungguh menakutkan perasaan bilamana, rasa tidak puas untuk bernafas, dada amat sakit, macam ada batu berat diletak atas dada, perit sangat nak bernafas. Juga perasaan takut bila kau mula 'tidak rasa deria tangan'. Ya Allah, such an eye opener and humbling experience. To be honest, this is my 1st time with this kind of life-threatening&amp;nbsp;illness. FYI, the only illness i've had so far was AGE and also, C-Sect &lt;em&gt;(eh, csect bukan illness hehe).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

I am grateful for I am still alive. I 'm grateful for the kind-hearted runners who has helped me. I didnt know what would happen if this incident happened when I'm running alone, like I normally do during my routine training in UNITEN. &lt;/div&gt;

Alhamdulillah syukur akhirnya ada aset perkongsian kami lakibini hasil penat lelah membanting tulang bekerja.&lt;/div&gt;

Bulan2 terasa susut mendadak account balance mebeng ku itew. &lt;/div&gt;

Tapi takpelah, memikirkan rumah kan&amp;nbsp;keperluan asas.&lt;/div&gt;

Takde rumah sendiri lagi haru..takkan nak nyewa sampai tua?maka takpelah, pejam mata sajalah bayar riban2 sebulan.&lt;/div&gt;

Antara sebabnya, of courselah kekangan budget nak buat reno rumah. Paling penting bagi aku adalah kitchen. Oh please ALLAH, please let me have my dream kitchen. Inilah kitchen yang aku akan hadap meniti usia tua. Aku ni suka memasak sebenarnya, cuma aku suka masak dalam dapur aku je. Dapur orang lain aku tak baper suka sbb mesti ada je benda yang aku nak takde.&amp;nbsp;hehe.&lt;/div&gt;

Lagipun aku rasa, majoriti orang pompuan ni, especially yang dah ada keluarga sendiri, kebanyakkan masa akan dihabiskan di dapur. Lagipun aku suka bagi anak2 dan MGH makan hasil air tangan aku sendiri. Takdelah hebat sgt pun skill masak, tapi mencukupi lah utk suami dan anak2. Itu yang penting :))&lt;/div&gt;

Antara sebab lain, buat masa ini, kami takde keperluan untuk bayar sewa rumah. Api air pun FOC. Almari katil semua pun disediakan. Kalau ikutkan mmg takda apa alasan nak keluar dari situ kan. Tapi mana sama nak duduk rumah sendiri. Kan?&lt;br /&gt;

So kami sebulat suara decide, buat reno &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;perlahan perlahan&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. Sila perhatikan di ayat itu ya, &lt;strong&gt;bold&lt;/strong&gt; dan &lt;u&gt;underline&lt;/u&gt; lagi. Itu untuk menerangkan betapa perlahan progress reno kami nnt. Perlahan tu maksudnya, buat satu satu. Mula2 buat grille dulu, kendian buat kitchen? then buat plaster ceiling, then wardrobe baju? Then bathroom?&lt;/div&gt;

Sebetulnya, entah. Tak tahu mana satu turutan. Cuma yang pasti, paling 1st sekali kena install grille untuk keselamatan. Lepas tu taktau lagi.&lt;/div&gt;

Bulan 10/11 nanti ada HOMEDEC kan? Nak menjengah ke sana carik idea and dapatkan rough budget utk perkara2 besar i.e: grille, kitchen, plaster ceiling, security alarm&amp;nbsp;etc. Then tahun depan akan re-visit HOMEDEC bulan 5 utk book mana yang perlu.&amp;nbsp; Jika ada keperluan, bulan 10/11 nnt pergi lagi.&lt;/div&gt;

Mat salleh ni sakit perut nak yakyak, and nak jadi cerita lif rosak and dia terperangkap dalam tu.&lt;br /&gt;
Memang lah dah jadik ajal kan, tapi aku ada beberapa soalan tengok video tu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;kenapa kena naik lif nak pegi yak? takkan takde toilet kat floor dia tu. mungkin toilet kat floor tu rosak?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;takkan takde loceng dalam lift tu? sepatutnya memang ada loceng kan? kalau lift tersekat, kan boleh bunyikan loceng tu kan?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;mat salleh tu ada lah cuba bukak pintu lif tapi lif tu tersekat kat in between floor- so nampak batu konkrit je. errr...bukan ke lif ada pintu kecik kat bahagian atas tu? kan ke dalam movie selalu perisik (cewah, perisik uolls) masuk keluar lift ikut pintu atas tu?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mat salleh tu x bawak hp, okay la fine, sebab nak pergi toitoi kan...tapi takkanlah kawan dia takde perasan dia x balik2. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ada cctv dalam lif, hence the youtube video, tapi takkan lah langsung takde orang yg monitor cctv tu? for freaking 41 hours!!! like seriously???!!!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
Dan persoalan aku yang lain, bagaimana mamat tu mati?&lt;br /&gt;
tak cukup oksigen?&lt;br /&gt;
takde makanan?&lt;br /&gt;
takde air?&lt;br /&gt;
hmmm...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pagi tadi aku seriau je naik lift kat opis ni.&lt;br /&gt;
Siap carik pintu kecik kat bahagian atas tu, and test loceng emergency. Manalah tahu kan.&lt;br /&gt;
Now aku saiko nak naik lift. Dammit.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;Kami register PJDawn ni 31Mac lepas.&amp;nbsp; How come I didnt know about this event earlier heh? Kebetulan masa tu, memang tercari2 race in May, nampak @oimira tweeted about it, apalagi, zasss terus register. Maka merasalah kena bayar mahal RM60.&lt;br /&gt;
Registered for 12km run. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lepas ENR aku tak berapa sihat. Training pun tak konsisten. So pergi ke PJDawn dengan harapan: &lt;br /&gt;
1) tidak cedera 2) complete the race within 1j45min.&lt;br /&gt;
Punyalah tak bersedia sampaikan tak amik kisah pun pasal route. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Disebabkan nama race ni DAWN, it started at the wee hours of the morning. &lt;br /&gt;
Flag off for 21km runners were at 3am and 12km at 4am.&lt;br /&gt;
My 1st time running at this odd hours, so tak tahu nak bajet nak tidur pukul berapa.&lt;br /&gt;
Kekonon nak tidur at 830pm, bangun at 1am...&lt;br /&gt;
TAPI mana mungkin dong dengan the 2 kids. Bertuah lah badan aku oi kalau diorang boleh tidur at 830pm. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Penyudahnya hari Sabtu tu, balik Seremban lepas maghrib, terus pergi ke gerai for carbo (nasi lemak) loading. Eceh carbo loading konon. Padahal mmg nak melantak nasi lemak pun! :D&lt;br /&gt;
Lepas makan, balik rumah mak, dah pukul 10pm, terus paksa bebudak masuk bilik. &lt;br /&gt;
Disebabkan kena paksa, maka banyak lah ragamnya. Tasneem nak itu, nak ini. Haseena pulak time tu lah dia nak nak gusti2 dengan kakak dia.&lt;br /&gt;
Argh aku stress..&lt;br /&gt;
Tak tahulah berapa kali aku menaga, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;"sleep!! sleep!!"&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; T_____T&lt;br /&gt;
Tak sure pukul bebudak ni (akhirnya) tidur.&lt;br /&gt;
Walaupun mata aku pejam, tapi fikiran aku tak tidur pun.&lt;br /&gt;
Pukul 130am angah datang ketuk pintu. &lt;br /&gt;
Siap2 and pukul 215am lebih kurang kitorang gerak from seremban dengan kepala weng @____@&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sampai Stadium Kelana Jaya at around 250am. Nasib baik senang parking.&lt;br /&gt;
Masa memula sampai aku rasa pelik, apesal ek tak meriah ni?&lt;br /&gt;
Tak dengar pun music and suara emcee. Then baru sedar, ini pukul 3 pagi daa.. patut la. Keliling stadium&amp;nbsp;ada kawasan apartment pulak tu, kalau&amp;nbsp;hingar bingar (wadderr :P )&amp;nbsp;kena komplen pulak nanti. &amp;nbsp;he he&lt;br /&gt;

Lepas HM runners flag-off at 3am, menunggu la kami ke pukul 4am. Pelik lah kenapa tak lepas 12km runners after that. hmm..&lt;br /&gt;
As usual, we started late. Tak kiasu dok depan gerbang sebab memang sedar diri, tak larat pun nak fight for hadiah. kehkehkeh. MGH told me, he wanted to run fast so dia cakap, &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;All the best&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Lari sengsorang aku kali ni.&lt;br /&gt;
Tapi I ok je. hihihi &lt;br /&gt;
About the route, it was almost a flat route.&amp;nbsp;Rasanya mmg ramailah yang buat Personal Best kat route ni. The weather was very kind, cooling and a bit windy. Aaah, my fav weather for running.&lt;br /&gt;
Water stations were at every 3km, only mineral water, no isotonic drinks. I passed the 3km water station but stop for refill at km6 and the rest. kekekeke.&lt;br /&gt;
I started OK, managed to maintain at pace 6'30" for about 5km. Then as expected, pace detoriated after that. Haiyaaaaa&lt;br /&gt;
Took energy gel at km7, hoping that it could help to pace better but, NOT!! Kalau tak amik energy gel ntah2 lagi teruk pace. huuuuuuu&lt;br /&gt;
Tto be honest, my mind actually was set to run for 10km so&amp;nbsp;I pushed myself until 10km. I clocked&amp;nbsp; 1hr09min at 10km. Phew.. syukur bila dgr that time sebab dah lepas for SCKLM nanti. Then lepas tu, mula lah the big M took over. Quite a number of quick stops and walks for the last 2km. Time ni jugakla aku sibuk nak batuk sampai sakit tekak ni ha. &lt;br /&gt;
Haishhh.... mental betul.&lt;br /&gt;
Dah sampai stadium pun aku boleh berhenti and jalan. &lt;br /&gt;
It took me so much work to overcome the big M to finish the race. &lt;br /&gt;
Cross the finish line with 1hr28min (Nike+GPS time) and got a small piece of paper stating #83. &lt;br /&gt;
Rasa macam tak percaya,but i made it to Top 100 woohoo!!!&lt;br /&gt;

Oh nak jadi cerita, at the last 1km, suddenly perutku memulas2. Bila dah sampai area stadium, bertambah sakit and start cramp.  Adus, aku ni jenis&amp;nbsp;tak boleh&amp;nbsp;menahan kalau nak membuang. Peliks gila, apesal boleh sakit macamni, padahal before race dah selamat dah. &lt;br /&gt;
Baru teringat, masa ENR haritu pun aku ada gak rasa macam ni. &lt;br /&gt;
Angah cakap, it could be Gatorade or the energy gel. &lt;br /&gt;
It could be both. hmmmm...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Overall the event was so~and~so. Not as hype and organized as the ENR. Got to know that finisher t-shirts for 21km runners were out of size, thus, runners were promised that the tshirt will be mailed to them. &lt;br /&gt;
For the water stations, i was hoping to have an isotonic drinks in one of the stations but they didnt provide. &lt;br /&gt;
But the route was my fav. Flat surface, no hilly route. &lt;br /&gt;
How i wish i ran better.&lt;br /&gt;
Takpelah, there's a lot of room to improve. &lt;br /&gt;
Paling penting, nak beat time 1h09min for 10km in&amp;nbsp; my next event: Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon.&lt;br /&gt;

Selepas ENR 2 minggu lepas, aku tidak beberapa sihat.&lt;br /&gt;
Demam takde, tapi tekak berkahak + flu + kepala kejap tingtong-kejap OK.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Kena pulak "time of the month" dengan emosi mcm roller coaster,&lt;br /&gt;
kemuncaknya weekend lepas aku terbaring jek atas katil.&lt;br /&gt;
Hari Jumaat bawak tasneem ke klinik dr mardziah, aku tido sepanjang jalan pergi dan balik. &lt;br /&gt;
Balik rumah sambung tido sampai pagi.&lt;br /&gt;
Hari Sabtu pun tido almost sepanjang hari. Pegi klinik and dapat antibiotik.&lt;br /&gt;
Bangun, check timeline, tweet gitu gitu tapi sempat gak layan plantsVSzombie sampai khatam. &lt;br /&gt;
:P&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cepatlah sembuh wahai diriku.&lt;br /&gt;
Hujung minggu ni ada PJDawn.&lt;br /&gt;
Training lari ke lautan dalam.&lt;br /&gt;
Target nak complete 21km/week, namun dah nama ke lautan dalam kan.... huhuhuhuuu&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
On the other hand, now i can maintain pace below 6'30" for a 5km run.&lt;br /&gt;
My target to maintain this pace for the next 5km to make it 10km.&lt;br /&gt;
Phew.. sapa soh register SCKLM (speed) ?&lt;br /&gt;
Kan dah pressure sendiri.&lt;br /&gt;

This is my upgraded distance from 12km. My initial target was to finish within 2hours time. I didnt know what to expect for the distance. To be honest, 15.5km is a long way to run. Although i had an average of 12-15km runs perweek but to run 15.5km in 1shot.. making me nervous. &lt;br /&gt;

ENR this year was organized by the established 21st Century who did Putrajaya nite run &amp;amp; Siemens run, to name a few. Well organized, proper safety measures and precautions as well as sufficient water stations at every 2km.  Thumbs up!&lt;br /&gt;

Our flagoff at 8.20pm. For 15.5km, the route was 1 lap in the F1 track, 2laps outside the circuit and lastly 4km in F1 track to the finish line. FYI, 1 lap of the track is 5.5km. Fun run distance is 5.5km.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
MGH and I started a bit late, I think we crossed the starting point about 2min post-flagged off.&amp;nbsp;I maintain my pace at an average of 6'40" for the about 7km, until we encountered the hilly route. My goodness, it was steep. Landai sikit jek dari bukit UPM in Mizuno Wave Run. Siapa yang lari MWR mesti sedia maklum bukit tu.&lt;br /&gt;
After that 1st hilly route, rupanya ada 2-3 lagi bukit nak kena daki. I lost count how&amp;nbsp; many bukit but definitely more than 2. &lt;br /&gt;
Not only that, we have to do 2 laps on the outside loop. &lt;br /&gt;
So bayangkan lah seksa nye nak daki bukit.&lt;br /&gt;

Bukit yang 1st tu larat lagi naik bukit sambil berlari, masuk bukit ke-2, lari separuh jalan, bukit ke-3, aku jalan jek.&lt;br /&gt;
Then kena ulang balik the same route, semua aku jalan.&lt;br /&gt;
Arghhh tensennn!!!&lt;br /&gt;
FYI, we runners hate hilly route.&lt;br /&gt;
or was it only me? hahahahhaha&lt;br /&gt;
Tak ingat km berapa MGH tinggalkan aku. Mungkin dia tak sanggup nak tunggu aku berjalan. tsk. &lt;br /&gt;

Tengah2 lari tu, boleh plak ada orang call aku. Who would have call me at this time?&lt;br /&gt;
Memang aku tak angkat lah kan, tak dapat nak bercakap time tu. &lt;br /&gt;
Managed to keep up with Kak Millie of @myazgiftbaskets at&amp;nbsp;km 8.&lt;br /&gt;
Followed her pace for quite sometime, and then after a few chats, I speed off.&lt;br /&gt;
Then I slowed down and she overtook me at km10.&lt;br /&gt;
Followed her pace from behind until we reached the track at km12. &lt;br /&gt;
Time ni memang mental dah.&lt;br /&gt;
Both my feet started to hurt. Betis pun dah ada rasa sakit. &lt;br /&gt;
Banyak jalan dari berlari.&lt;br /&gt;
Sakit betul tapak kaki, rasa nak bukak kasut lari kaki ayam je.&lt;br /&gt;
Bila dah mental tu, mula lah fikir yang tahapa.&lt;br /&gt;
Among other that I think of at that time.&lt;br /&gt;
"Why am I doing this?"&lt;br /&gt;
"Oh God, how am I going to run 21km?"&lt;br /&gt;
"bila nak sampai ni oiiiiii"&lt;br /&gt;
"Arghhh sakit kaki haku, bukak kasut kang!!!"&lt;br /&gt;
"huwaaaaa jauhnya lagiiiiii" this is when I see the distance marker.&lt;br /&gt;

When it was about 2km to finishing line, I can hear those drums and musics and I said to myself, Dont stop!! RUN!! Kalau nak habis cepat, RUN!!&lt;br /&gt;
I keep on reciting this in my head, run!! run!! dont stop!! what doesnt kill me will make me stronger!! RUN!! I need to finish within 2 hours.&lt;br /&gt;

At this point of time, it was not the exhaustion that hinder from moving forward, but the mental torture and the lazy feeling to run is the main problem.&lt;br /&gt;
Tak salah pun berjalan nak amik rehat kejap from running, normally boleh recover within 3-5mins and can continue running. Cuma masalah nye adalah, MALAS. &lt;br /&gt;

Alhamdulillah, pat on my shoulder, &amp;nbsp;I completed the distance with the Nike+GPS time of 2hours5mins. My official time (chiptime) is 2:04:11, and ranked at number 145/613 runners.&amp;nbsp; 4mins pass my target time but what the heck, I crossed the finish line. &lt;br /&gt;

This blur picture was taken when I was in my car, leaving F1 Circuit. From afar, I can see pink running tee and skirt, I screamed, ITU ANGAH!!! That is my big sister, @hanimeno who now proudly can be called a MARATHONER. It was her 1st fullmarathon and she did it in 5hours6mins!!! FYI, that is fast!! I'm so proud of my her!!&lt;/div&gt;

This is the deal that i've been waiting for, the &lt;strong&gt;zaggora flares deal&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;

For those yang tak tahu, early this year i bought zaggora hotpants via groupon deal too. I was skeptical at first on how does it work helping to loose weight and cellulite at the thighs, but reading on thousands of positive review on the net, not only on their website (they cud be bias) but on other forums, and to note that their fb page has more than 200k likes from around the world; i took the risk. Bought the hotpants and received it abt 2-3 weeks later; direct shipping from the UK. &lt;br /&gt;
I was over the moon!!&lt;br /&gt;

However, since it is the hotpants, I only wear it indoor or underneath my tracksuits if I run outside.&amp;nbsp;I love it nonetheless!! It gave an extra extra sweats aroud my belly, bum and thighs. &lt;em&gt;Basah lencun my 'seluar kecik' :P &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
And of course, I felt gooooood.&lt;br /&gt;
It totally maximize my workout output.&lt;br /&gt;

I'd say YES, especially to my thighs. I can see the numbers is reducing. So yey!!&lt;br /&gt;
I wear my hotpants religiously everytime I workout, either indoor workout (tabata HIIT, weight training or CT) and when running outdoor. &lt;br /&gt;

Does it give you itchness with all those sweats?&lt;br /&gt;
From my experience, for the 1st 2 weeks wearing hotpants, yes, i did encounter itchy rashes especially at my thigh. That was (maybe) due to I wore it to the office, &amp;gt;8hours. I scratched like mad woman once I pull if off. But again, I think that was due to the long hours. My other (un-logical) theory was that, I had so much cellulite so when wearing hotpants, it sort of being burnt thus the itchy effect. &lt;em&gt;Merepek&lt;/em&gt;, I know. muahahahaahaha.&lt;br /&gt;
On the 3rd week, I stop wearing it to the office, only wear it during my workout time.&lt;br /&gt;
And tadaaaa!&lt;br /&gt;
NO ITCHYNESS, NO RASHES!!!!&lt;br /&gt;
YEYYYYYYY!!!&lt;br /&gt;
The cellulite has improved.&lt;br /&gt;

It has been proven to be more effective to burn fats than the usual 30min cardiovascular exercise i.e: jogging, swimming, cycling. HIIT comprise of a normal workout pace and a short intense workout. &lt;br /&gt;
Contoh HIIT : using treadmill, jog at speed 9.0-12.0 for 30sec and walk at speed 5.0 for 1min, and repeat 10x.&lt;br /&gt;

Ada banyak lagi contoh HIIT, basically HIIT boleh dilakukan in any way of exercise of your choice, dengan syarat kena combine speed/weight.&lt;br /&gt;

The purpose of HIIT is to get the maximum heart rate. Maximum HR will increase oxygen intake and eventually will adhere the afterburn effect.&lt;br /&gt;

Personally I love Tabata Protocol. It only require 4mins of intense workout and usually i did it indoor. Normally i did tabata when I rest from running. &lt;br /&gt;

Tak mahu bukak mulut. &lt;br /&gt;

Teringat masa 1st visit dulu, dentist tu pandai tackle kids. Dia intro dulu tools yang dia nak guna pada tsnm. He let tsnm hold and touch the tools. Outcome: no drama. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This time, she refused. On the verge of crying tapi ummi pujuk.&lt;br /&gt;
Pujuk slow2 tak jalan. Akhirnya keluar juga api naga. Sikit la. Tak banyak sbb malu uols dgn doktor. :P&lt;br /&gt;
Hampir 10min gakla sesi pujuk-paksa tu td, akhirnya berjaya juga bersihkan gigi dia.&lt;br /&gt;
Doktor tu bukak balik tampalan geraham dia tu and bersihkan and letak ubat dlm lubang. Ada nanah lagi tp belum "masak". Appointment another 2weeks utk bersihkan lagi. &lt;br /&gt;
Ayat tipu sunat aku: kena jumpa dontor bersihkan ulat dlm lubang gigi tu. &lt;br /&gt;

She had prolonged fever, spiked 39.9deg Celsius, inflamed tonsil, flu and cough. Then fever subsided, she had recurrent episode of UTI, or some of you call it &lt;em&gt;kencing kotor&lt;/em&gt;. Yes, recurrent means she had it for the 2nd time this year.  :(&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To add more salt to my heartpain, she had to endure toothpain at the same time.&lt;br /&gt;
Brought her to the dentist but alas, nothing can be done at this point of time due to her gum is swelling and must treat the inflammation before any treatment to be done. She has to take pain medication for this (PCM Syrup)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
She has not been eating during this sick&amp;nbsp;time, and god my girl is so skinny. Sob sob&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oh my poor poor girl. That is a lot of pain she has to endure. I was pretty much in despair everytime she cries &lt;em&gt;"ummi sakit.... Sakit p*p*t"&lt;/em&gt; and 2seconds after that, &lt;em&gt;"ummi, sakit gigi....."&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ummi cries a river for u girl.&lt;br /&gt;

For her UTI, shes on 2nd antibiotic to treat&amp;nbsp;the UTI and tonsil. &lt;br /&gt;
Lucky that the same antibiotic can be used for her&amp;nbsp;swollen gum&amp;nbsp;too. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This time i hade no choice but to use force-method for her to drink lots of water and eat. Minum sampai nak termuntah sambil menangis but sorry, ummi buat keras hati paksa dia habiskan 1glass of water. &lt;br /&gt;
Makan nasi lembik sambil menangis sebab sakit gigi tp ummi cakap ummi masak nasi lembik, bubuh banyak sup sayur and kicap banyak2, takpayah kunyah just telan aje nasi tu. &lt;br /&gt;
Menangis2 juga tp berjaya dipaksa makan 1pinggan.&lt;br /&gt;
Syukur. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sedih hati setiap kali dgr dia menangiss sakit. &lt;br /&gt;
Kalaulah boleh dipindahkan sakit tu pada aku, aku sanggup!&lt;br /&gt;

We had a parents meet for her school last saturday. Her teacher said tasneem has shown tremendous improvement this year. End of 2011, she hardly can read, not even finish bacalah anakku #1, but now she can read fast, moving on to bacalah anakku #4. Not only that, shes more focus in class and manage to finish her work given. No more playing around. Teacher cakap, dia boleh pindah masuk kelas 5thn advance lepas ni. Setiap orang dapat 24jam setiap hari. Tapi kadang tu rasa tak cukup2 jugak masa tu.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bukan korang aje macam tu, aku pun sama (-_____-)&amp;quot;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; Bersyukur sejak kerja di Cyberjaya ni, aku ada lebihan masa setiap petang. Aku akan ambil kesempatan ni untuk training lari.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tak dapat jauh pun dapat dalam 20min pun aku puas hati. Yang penting rasa badan berpeluh2 fuhhh rasa puas hati.&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aku ni kalau lebih 2 hari tak exercise, mula lah rasa sakit2 badan and rasa lemau tak bertenaga. Rasa badan tu berat je. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mungkin ini adalah dinamakan ketagihan untuk berpeluh?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tapi aku takdelah nak lari hari2. Experts pun tak suggest lari hari2. Tasneem masih lagi di skool lama dia, Taska Alif Ceria di Pc.14B. So for kami xde masalah dgn skolah tu, and paling penting tsnm pun OK dgn skolah tu. &lt;br /&gt;
Alhamdulillah sekarang takde gadoh2 nak kejut dia bangun pagi2. Dulu setiap pagi aku jadik singa jadian terpekik pekik suara mcm petir kejut dia bangun. Pastu bila dah singa jadian yg kejut, haruslah dia melalak pagi2 tu kan. Sekarang ni, alhamdulillah, takde lah jadi singa jadian lagi sbb aku angkat aje dia dr katil, cakap lembut2 ; "kakak takyah bukak mata, tutup je mata, ummi dokong bawak masuk dlm toilet" &lt;br /&gt;
Aku x kesaah dia taknak bukak mata pun yang penting dia mandi, shampoo gosok gigi semua siap tanpa tangisan. Tak pelah kena dokong berat 14.5kg pun, anggap ajelah weight training. Yg penting Kurang stress aku. &lt;br /&gt;
Selera makan dia dah makin OK skang. Kalau dulu dia susah nak makan. Memilih and sikit je kalau dia makan tu.  Now ni dah ok. Favorite dia meehun, boleh tambah 2-3mangkuk. Tapi kalau makan nasi, kicap WAJIB ada. Baru cuba2 nak makan telur, inilah akibat dulu kitorg silap selalu cakap "kakak muntah sbb makan telur" so dia set minda telur buatkan dia muntah. Now kitorang tgh betulkan balik mindset dia psl telur tu. Ikan goreng; ayam so far ok. Dia pun sekarang tgh cuba2 makan food yg pedas. Kitorang mmg takde halangan kalau dia nak cuba. Let her try all kinds of food. &lt;br /&gt;
On reading, last year aku kena panic attack sbbnya menjelang hujung tahun, dia still stuck at buku 1 siri bacalah anakku. Sedih and risau of course. Silap kitorg jugak sbb tak spend time reading dgn dia. Lesson learnt. Huhu. Since awal tahun kitorg spend time at least 10mins duduk dgn dia sambil buat reading bacalah anakku. Evebtho kadang2 missed jugak tp aku try suruh dia baca sambil2 siapkan dia pagi2 tu. 2hari lepas, dia amik buku 3 and terus baca kat aku. YaAllah, mmg happy sgt2 taktau cemana nak cakap bila dgr dia baca tu. Syukur gila! I promised to buy her presents sbb dia dah pandai baca. :)&lt;br /&gt;
On other note, since ada adik ni, tetiba dia kembali menjadi kanak2 kecil. Nak jadi cam adik dia kekdahnya. Dulu mintak nak pakai diapers, mengamuk2 nak jugak. Aku bagi lah sbb bingit telinga aku dgr dia melalak, lepas pakai x sampai 15min dia suruh bukak sbb kata dia, sakit lah "p*p3t" kakak. Haaa tau pun! Lepas tu xmintak dah. Cuna now back to minum susu dalam botol kat rumah. Padahal elok aje dia minum susu dlm cawan kat skool. Dulu aku ckp botol susu dia dah x elok, ehhh pastu dia suruh buat dlm botol adik dia. Grrrrrr. Bila aku ckp dia dah besar, dia buat comparison; amik tangan aku and tangan dia pastu cakap, cer unmi tgk tangan kakak, kecik kan?? Kalau kecik boleh minum susu dalam botol. Tsskkkkk&lt;br /&gt;
Nnt lah aku pikir idea lain nak patahkan idea dia tu. &lt;br /&gt;
