I've been busy shooting weddings all over the place, including a Pebble Beach wedding, one at the Fairmont Del Mar, and this Santa Ynez wedding at Sunstone Winery I'm also very proud of this Orange County Wedding that was featured in the national edition of "The Knot" magazine.

Hello!

I am delighted to meet you and cannot wait for the wonderful things you have in store.

I know not everything will be easy or fun, but in Hardwork and trials there is growth.

That is my goal this year. To grow, to be better than the year before, to not take anything for

granted, or lightly. Life is such a gift and photographing love is well. Really amazing!

Spring Bridal Session

Spring is one of my favorite seasons.

Soooo why not break out the bright and cheery florals, feminine lace dress details,

and moments that will last a lifetime.

Right before we started this session, it was raining and the sun

broke through the clouds to reveal...my favorite type of light!

Oooh la la!!

Darlington House Elopement// Alyson + Anthony

Got the Monday blues, well this Colorful elopement
is sure to make you smile.
Elopements have a special place in our hearts.
Sweet, romantic, and full of a single all
encompassing love known to fill the hearts of those saying." I do."

On a beautiful Spring day at the Darlington House in La Jolla,

I collaborated with some fanastic vendors to
create a bright and cheery elopement.

Anthony and Alyson just excude joy!
We accented this joy with colorful blooms of magenta
and peach, geometic ceremony backdrop draped with florals,
cozy after ceremony celebration picnic and a perfect little cake with
Oscar De La Renta inspired edible print (how cool!).

Alyson glowed in the stunning Jenny Packman gown from the Dress Theory.

The hand beading added such a lovely feminine detail.

Hair and Make-up was inspired by the 1920's with cascading waves and bold lip

really added a wow factor to Alyson's look.

Calligraphy from Shasta Bell in gold brought out a bit of whimsy

with the "Love in Bloom" theme.

We kept the gold accent going with the pillows and geometric
designs throughout the space.

Overall, sweeping arch ways of the historic Darlington House

and lush greenery enabled the

designs of our vendors to really shine. Anthony and

Alyson enjoyed every moment and truly fell more in love

after this special elopement.

did a fantastic job creating the perfect tossled 1920's modern look.

I looooove it and love her!!

Kristy of The Hair and Make-up Box created an effortlessly chic pallet

of golds and a luscious lip color. Alyson just shined!

Organic Flora always amazing me with her floral wizardry.

I mean too good right?!

More than just an elopement. This celebration was a restoration to our souls.

There is something so amazing about witnessing 2 people

We were privileged to get to capture Erin & Ben's stunning celebration

When in London last year we met up for a 1 year anniversary session

with these foxes. On a chilly October day in London's gorgeous Luxembourg Gardens

we explored and captured this couples authentic love.

It was soooooo nice to catch up with this witty & charming couple who we

now call friends. They are so natural in front of the camera & just

an absolute joy to know.

As I sit in the snow & cold of Minnesota winter
visiting family. Which is lovely by the way, I can't help, but
be spring time wishing for the Southern California sunshine.
A little while ago I got to work with a beautiful set of creatives
on a lovely bridal session in La Jolla.
Lace, peonies, and brilliant sun light surrounded this afternoon.

Love this couple!! They are fantastic!!

What do you get when a Bostonian & a LA girl marry?

A fantastically fun & love inspired celebration!

We went to Griffith Observatory for their

photos & it was just delightful.

All good things in store for them.

They married in the church where she grew up as a child, so it

was very sweet to hear about all the stories of childhood.

I am such a sentimentalist (is that a word lol!)

Really enjoyed the colors of dark pink and golds for their

fall wedding. Weddings are meant to be fun and this couple really knew

how to enjoy the day. It was a privilege to capture.

What do a wonderful bohemian dress, stunning blooms, &

a fantastically in love couple have in common?

Well, they are just sooo awesome, of course ;).

Today is a beautiful day to get inspired and fall in love.

This engagement inspiration was sooo incredibly fun to

put together. Everyone involved is top notch and we were

honored to collaborate with them.
We started at the cliffs in La Jolla for a back drop of only nature could provide.
The, accented with a to die for hand beaded Rue de Siene gown of boho perfectness.
Add pops of fuscia and peach and this couples joy captured on film.
It was such a wonderful day!

And the ceremony site decor did not disappoint. Lush red, pink, and gold accents!

Temecula Creek Inn was a wonderful place to celebrate! This old house and the

romantic rustic feel is just beautiful!

Newborn Session// Ellington

Three weeks ago we finally got to meet our Ellington!

This little girl has stolen our hearts! She has brought our family to

a new place. When I did not think I had more love to give, she found it.

I found it and it is in abundance!

She fits right in and is all that we prayed for and more.

Not to say having a newborn is easy. It's not. Lots of sleepless night and

trying to figure out what this little gal likes, wants, and what

makes her happy. But the journey is well worth it and definitely keeps me

on my toes. Love her!

On a beautiful fall day Jennifer and Matt said "I do."

Their wonderful wedding took place at the uniquely awesome Condor Nest Ranch.

Surrounded by amazing family, friends, and stunning views of San Diego, they

vowed their love to each other forever and always. Ahhh I love love!

Matt is a firefighter and Jennifer works as a manager. They are seriously

some of the most dedicated people I have met and this was

a way to relax and enjoy a love that has brought them

more joy they each one ever knew possible! Plus, they are super fun!

With Francine Ribeau Events leading the flawless planning for this celebration,

the details left me wanting to get married all over again :).

How great is this! A lovely way to incorporate vintage charm to any celebration!

First dances are always a favorite! Took place at sunset and then we headed off for
