Natasha Griggs said today that the press release put out by Senator Crossin just shows how out of touch the Gillard Labor Government is with seniors. During the last sitting week of Parliament I invited the Prime Minister to my electorate to discuss the concerns people of the NT have with the carbon tax. Not wanting to hold my breath for a reply I decided to go ahead and hold a Community Seniors Forum so I could hear first hand the concerns of seniors. It was made clear to me at this forum, how concerned seniors are about making ends meet under the carbon tax.
