last summer, i had the pleasure of working on the americal idols tour while they were in town, and of course blessed with having adam lambert wander into get a massage.  he was amazingly humble and overwhelmed with the attention he was getting as the runner up on the idols contest.  he was my favorite of all the contestants that year and especially when he sang this song,”mad world“.

i think that if this gets into the ether world, i may get a chance to work on him again some day in the future. lol

this weekend, i am heading down to portland oregon.  i am attending the training for the new indigo quantum biofeedback training which is the digital upgrade for the analogue system that i have in my work now.  it is a 15 year advancement of the system i have now and i was fortunate to be able to upgrade for early bird $3000 rather than now the price is the price of buying a new unit, a whooping $26,000.

I know that this will be the piece that makes biofeedback a reality to my virtual bioenergetic self care model.  it has been a dream of mine to be able to locate anywhere in the world and work.  i have established my integrity and ethics to the point where white lies are not part of my habits.  i know that what i am is the best i can be in this moment and if it is not, i am on top of addressing it as it is.  in this way, i am a mirror to those who use me as a professional advisor to their self care.

being in portland is  real synergy.  why?  because my best girlfriend lives there!  stella bella is and has been there for many milestones…she was there in the grand canyon when i fell.  she was there to see my baby being cut out of my womb.  she has been through every start up i have every endeavored.  remember stella, the blue green era.  you even got to go to klamath lake oregon, before you ever thought to live in oregon.

now i am going to join a biofeedback training center community and as well, portland has a shadowyoga.com shala there.  interesting.  will portland be the next place of living for me?  only time will tell.  i am grateful that vancouver has been such a wonderful home town but my studies must continue and to do that i must be with the people who want to learn what i am learning.  i am a consummate student of the living arts.

my child is now 11 and soon to be a teenager.  i am planning for the next ten years and i know it has to be used wisely to pad the lining of my elder years.

where does time go, one minute i was a youngster figuring out what i was going to do with my life and now, i am happily understanding that i have the rest of my life to create.  creation is a heady business.  ingenuity, intelligence and impeccability  are fine criteria to acheive to. manifestation is the power within all of us to use and develop.

presently, it is a busyness model that i am mapping out.  what to do as a mother, as a woman, as a worker bee.  something that is sane enough but made for my abilities and gives me the stability that i crave.

i have been fortunate in this incarnation, i was born to a good family with amazing values.  it was from a poor beginning but the riches came in forms that i now know are more important than the monetary sums.  i was lucky to have a garden in the back yard my whole life.  the chinese way has been very good to me.  the food was varied.  the principles were real.  honor the parents.  thank your lucky stars for food on the table.  a roof over your head.  love in the heart even though the language was harsh and tonal.  Cantonese is  very loud especially if the speaker is from the land.  it is the city folks that speak in the low and cultured system of the educated.  on the farm, manual labor needs direction and there was not much to lend as sugar coatings.  subsistence farming is not without its hardships.

my mother, who i treasure, is now 82 years old and she is really a fine woman.  now we can laugh together but as a youth in canadian culture, it was a separation that i had to go through to become the person i am now.  understanding comes from experience and she is definitely the teacher in our relationship.  not educated due to her sex and not respected as a female, she was able to reach these years with her ethics and dignity intact.  i love her very much and  think that i am so fortunate to have been led by her example.

oh well, i must finish this blog and get to a yyoga.ca class yhot yoga at 1pm.  get to the infrared sauna to stretch a little.  been in my office for about a couple of hours doing my paper work and writing.  now need to do some physical stuff.  will be picking alex up at the academie duello where he is having a swordplay camp for this week.  he is loving it.  honor, valor, integrity, humbleness, etc.  what a great way to established a baseline of living.  i wish i could go to swordplay camp and work with falcons, swords, archery, battering rods and make shields.

oh well, i am learning to wand, that is part of the healing arts that i am living.

it is days like these that make my heart sing.  when i know that the path that i am travelling on makes the greatest sense of who i am.  who i discovered so many years ago till this day.

this week has been a rollercoaster of events.  massages coming out of my ying yang.  new one with bri who was sent by dish.    a special one with kv.  a standing one with a couple named aq.

the next day was wanding meeting with sarinda at organiclives.org and then later with leland at the tshop.   pick up my boy at school and then to the doctor and wife in the night.

since then it has been a blur.  emotional one…one where i set my boundaries and spoke my mind, more than once and on a varied of subject.  today i knew that i was destined to be me.

it was nice to see ben, as a client who was constant in the first years of my massage career, it is wonderful to work on him as i face my final years as a physical healer.  since training as an energetic healer, i am happy to know that the physical is only a small part of the whole equation.  as i see that life is a swirling mass of bits and bytes.  we are an input and output equation.  sometimes the information is questionable.  why and what do we put in and then when we think we have a correct solution, we pay with our mistakes.

hahahahaha…

so today, ben was in and he is quite a person.  i cant make why he likes me.  isnt that funny.  i think most people who use me, find me amusingly informative.  i definitely dance to a different drummer.  i am fine with that.  i thank all my teachers for providing me with the fodder to formulate my ideas.

after a while i run out of patterns to teach the body.  that is why i love my biofeedback device, i am going to portland next week to train on the new indigo unit.  it is analogue going into digital.  it is going to be a blast.

i am staying with my bestest friend stella bella.  she and i go way back to the suki’s days and the grand canyon.  she was there in the third wave to reach me as i laid on the top of a ridge after breaking my back in the grand canyon.  she was there when i had my kid by cesarean.  she is my hostess in pdx.  that is also where my shadow yoga is taught.  my bright idea is to live in portland and continue my studies in the future…in shadow yoga.

made her walk in them.  my clients all have to try my shoe.  they are technically the best trainer in my opinion.  rolling to the toe.  toggling the foot.  articulating the ankle.  activation in the knee.  learning the inside line of the leg.  hooking into the top of the front hips and then reining them through the psoas into the spinal cord.

if you throw in a mulabanda, working the navel to the front spine so that the abdominals become the firm support of the lumbar vertabrae and holder of the kidneys and adrenal.

direct the chest to straighten the neck and nod the head so the chin becomes closer to the clavicles and the back nape lengthens.

Frequency is the new medicine…i am seeing that phrase a lot in these last few years.  understanding that everything on this planet is made of molecules that are made of dirt, water and electric charge.  i have been saying  to my clients that basically you are dirt and if you do not have the right dirt for your body, you will not be able conduct the life force through your body.

with the biofeedback, i have learn that every single thing on this planet has an electric signature that is measurable.  there are gauges that can measure the amperage and voltage of everything.  even cars have diagnostic machines that can pinpoint where the loss of conductivity is in the vehicle so that the mechanic can shortcut to the area that needs to be fixed.

homeopathically we can affect the body to self care and hopefully have a preventable result…not to go to a degenerative pattern.  what makes a cell thrive.  love, food and water is primarily what the body needs.  you can see that with a baby.  eventually, we understand that we are all babes and we all search for that nourishment in our everyday life.

i am learning more about conductivity with the wand business and zero point energy.  i am realizing that throughout time, we as humans have used steel and gems as a means to connect with that electric world for our electric body.  look at women and their jewelry collections.  look at men and their crystal watches.  i think that that connection with metal and crystals is the root of homeostasis in  the body.  when we are connected to the primal grid, our internal watersystems are more inclined to work optimally.

i was analyzing the principles of sword masters and their reverence to their instruments.  how swords had their own fame.  the old stories of how king arthur and excaliber.  the famous sword excaliber would only be released from its place in the rock…knights and kings from all over england came to see if they could pry it from the rock yet it was a stable boy who eventually had the rights to become king when he easily pulled the sword from its rock scabbard.

the japanese revered their swords and sword makers.  the samurai warriers ignited when paired with their swords.  the fame of the sword sometimes overshadow their masters.  they had stories of having super heroic power and incredible stamina.

even benjamin franklin had an idea of harnessing the cosmic energy when he put a key on the string and went out and flew his kite.  he was one of the first to document his experience with the electric grid that is all around us.

look at the diamond ring business.  it has always been amusing to me of how women revere their jewels.  how some diamonds are worth 30 to 100 thousand dollars and people buy them.  most people think it is how it looks but i am proposing that it is how they feel.  what kind of energy are you gathering because of that energetic field that that rock and metal are creating.

one thing i remember on this path of frequency is when my friend sham sold me a frequency button for my gas mileage.  he said that if i put the button my gas tank i would get more bang for my tank.  he is an engineer so i knew that he knew what he was talking about.

i am learning this frequency medicine.  i must say that i am dewier.  i am glowing from my eyes and my skin.  my attitude is brighter.   i am very happy to say that i am destined to promote these zero point energy tools because of my insights to the reconstruction of my own body.  falling off the cliff was a big experience.  it has made me aware that i need only what works for me.  i am not in need of anything more than what can help me be the best i can be in this lifetime.

the path for me is and has always been self care.  i work at a business that i know is what i need to know.  i hope that i will be able to study and practice all that i have learn to the best of my ability.  wish me luck, i will need all the support that i can manifest.

somedays i wonder why i have to have all these professions that need me to explain energy to people.  then i realize that most people have no idea how they work.  i know i did not know.  i had concepts but no formal training.  when i was about 25, i realized that the next stage for my life was to find a life partner and have a few kid.

that did not have that kid until i was 38 but in the mean time, i knew that taking care of my body to have a child meant that i had to figure out what i needed to do to create that body that would make a great baby.  well that was what i was thinking as i weaned myself from coffee and alcohol.

as well i started reading books on alternative health.  i took classes on macrobiotic cooking.  i went to whistler to be in nature.  i took a step back to find what inspired me.  mostly eating from the land and eating an alkaline diet was top most on my learning curve.

along the way i got into yoga classes and started skiing when i was about 28.  my motto was:  if those darn seven year olds could do it, so could i.  i eventually was jumping off cornices and into chutes by the time i was 32.  logging 50 days a year on the slopes was my idea of nirvana.

as well i completed 7 ten day meditation camps in vipassana meditation.

it was a great time.  i thought i was on a path that was spiritually enlightening.

so when i fell off of a cliff in the grand canyon in 1992, while i was having my 32nd birthday, my ideas of life shattered.  there were remnants for many years as i gain my insights in body repair and psychic  emotional issues.   as i needed teachers they all appeared for me.  i was under an understanding that when and if i needed a chapter to shape my life, it would be answered in a wish.

i realized that i needed a guide in body repair.  having a therapist was not going to help me as much as i needed an education in body parts.  how do you explain your needs to your healer, if you do not have the ability to track the incidents that make living live.  i needed the language of body talk.

well i tell you, twenty years later and i am still learning, abet now the language is complexer than you or i am capable of knowing it all.  muscles, bones, meridian lines, fascia, acid/alkaline, hot/ cold, happy/sad.  all has to do with how the internal system is humming along.

i am sure that you can pick up any book on bodies and it can change your concepts of who you are.  myself, my library is full of reference books.  i have yet to sift through them all.

this year has started the study of zero point energy field.  i started hearing about this technology about three years ago when i heard about a therapist in the quantum biofeedback who was introducing a zero gravity blanket for cellular repair to our organization.  supposedly, the tour de france american team had them for their cyclists.  after a long day on the tour, they would get into these blankets to repair.   i heard that this teacher  had a falling out as an instructor and pulled his input out and i lost touch with the intelligence.  as well was deep into my biofeedback training and that was a considerable expense already and i was not in a position to look for this information.

that was the last time i registered that product in my mind…until at a wand meeting at the beginning of this year 2010, sam adams looked over the crowds of heads and mentioned that the amega company was putting a zero point gravity blanket one out in their line, soon.  as well zero point energy infused water ionizer.

well, great!  that is really what i like about life that it takes everything i learn, practice and use for my own repair information and puts it into a business form that i can research and make a living from.

i think that for me the wand is a tool that will point out the nuances of the internal energetic repair source and allow us all to tune into that aspect of life, with out having to pick up a book or know what you are doing.   i can’t imagine that everyone would want to go to massage school, get  shiatsu training, work in spas, learn quantum biofeedback or sell ionizing water systems like me.

i can imagine someone picking up a wand and doing some energy work on their kids, friends, family, pets, etc.  if you have it done to you, you will want to do it for others.  that is how this month has shown up for me.  remember this came from singapore on jan 8th, so this is relatively new to me.

‘i heard a funny thing someone said to me last week, that this was like an antennae for a tv set.  you could get some metallic substance and use it just like the amega wand.  that we all have the same abilities to tune and not to give our power away to an object, an over-priced one at that.’

well i say that is a bunch of hogwash.  until someone was selling me a wand, i had never had the concept of energetic field.  i have a book by barbara ann brennan, ‘the hands of light’, that i have carried all over for the last 25 years but i thought that that was the talent of others but not of myself.  yet with the wand for two days,  i was able to access the healing energy that most energetic healers talk about and reiki masters sell for massive amounts of money for the skill transference.  chi gone masters have come and gone, yet never had i personally experienced myself.

one time in the middle of my rolfing training, i felt the electric energy field but the gal doing it, leslie usisken had her hand in my psoas muscle and it was like a red hot poker in my abdomen.  another time i was levitating on a massage table in about 1987 when i got a series of massages from a gifted registered massage therapist,  cindy divine.

this wand is fun, powerful and yet subtle aspect of the energetic field that allows everyone to start experiencing that universal source for themselves.  it allows the person who is using it to do something to help everyone to connect with their homeostasis.

i don’t know what they have done with this wand but it works and it does not crack or break like crystal wands could.  i guess that being the high price item it is , i am more invested in finding out all that i can do with it.  i have 30 days to send it back.   instead, i ordered 4 more ( sold one already to a guy in seattle for $100 more than it’s listed price…his offer not mine. )  i had to borrow it from a friend who is going to get the $100 as a rental fee, i am returning one to her when my order comes in tomorrow.

this week, i was walking in my home town of vancouver, bc. the wand is now my talisman, i wear it everywhere.   suddenly, i realized that i could smell the salt air of the city.  something i had not done in twenty years.  had my smell gone south when i cracked my head open and broke my back in 1992.  well, i started smelling the saltiness this week and i was almost in tears at the joy of being able to do that.  to smell my hometown.

i am heading up to whistler, bc, canada today to attend a great house party at shauna and glenn’s.  they throw such great parties and this year will be a special one due to the olympic games.  it has been a long time since i have had a social time in my old home town.

i use to live there from 1988 to 1998 and so much has changed since the 1980’s.  i remember having to trudge through the woods and underbrush with my puppy dog and we could barely get through.  that now is the area where the library and the iga is.  it is just a big shopping mall and parking lot.  yes sir, progress does not stop.

i hear that the games is a great success.  people are having fun.  myself, i do not like the crowds and i hanker for the times when we were just lone skiers on a hill that was empty except for locals.  now the locals are very outnumbered by the hordes of people coming to see the glorious ski hills that dot throughout the province.

i am looking forward to seeing old friends and faces.   making new ones as well.  trisha beauregard is my hostess with the mostess.  she has a downhill event registered for four of us.  we are going to a medal ceremony.  i think this will be a highlight for me.

my son and i went to a training for the opening games.  it was wonderful to see the work that has gone into this momentous time.  it is something to behold.  i am just very grateful to live in such a beautiful place such as vancouver.  i hope that once the party ends, the hangover will be short.

i remember expo 1986 and the bounty of new building that happened here.  now with the world watching us, i know that the sunshine and the kindness of the people who live here, we will see that it will attract millions more to this salt air delta.  it will be something that cannot be avoided.  who would not want to live here.

gaia has been a friend for over five years and during that time i have always been in awe of her.  we were introduced by  kamile kapel  www.kamile.com and all became good friends.  they are both the best body therapists i’ve known.  talents abound in these two.

gaia called me one day to work for one of her most successful clients, the kings, i knew something was wrong.  she said that she was too sick to continue working and that she wanted me to take care of this family.

what gaia has been battling, has been a big fight for her health.   she was not well.

since then i have travelled a long journey with this girl as she with her determined highly develop state, looked high and low for someone to tell her what was happening.  along the way, the story came out.

of a young carefree girl, still in her teens going to Egypt to teach english to the Egyptians elite.  gaia was in Egypt living over a dry cleaning store for three year for a school that provided her with her living space.  she also had some dental work done there.

the root of her demise was chemical poisons, from her exposure to dry cleaning fluids , weakening  her.  then a blotched root canal site that was infected and leaching into her blood stream, making her body break down so much that she had to give up her lucrative massage business, her singing career and her design/styling business.  she was hold up in her apartment with blackout curtains because her eyes were so sensitive.  giving up more and more of  conventional foods, eventually learning to become an ayurvedic as well as a raw food chef.

her inquisitiveness and intellect are  what gave her a better chance than most to survive the past few years of pain and suffering with a beautiful soul as well as a determined focused dristy ( focus on point while doing yoga )

she has been an inspiration to many as well as a continued concern for most, especially her family.  her most beloved friend, elise www.myspace.com/suryasound has given of her time and home in the past year.  there have been many who have given much as well and who we must honor.  they have fallen by the side due to the strain of prolonged witnessing.  we have all rallied to be the best of what we could be.  it has not been easy.

as her new naturapathic doctor,  Dr. Tasreen Alibhai, N.D. Medical Director, Vitalia Health Care and the Canadian Hyperbaric Institute http://www.vitaliahealthcare.ca/bio.html has stated to her, she is as chemically challenged as an autistic child, only a child has no words for the pain s/he is feeling.  an adult who has the same chemical toxicity, has the words to discribe the neuralogical imbalances that are within and the pain can be excruciating.  Dr. Alibhai mentioned to gaia, that she is just the tip of an ecological iceberg of toxic symptom poisoning predicted for the next 50 years.

my request for you is to continue reading her story as i write it.  for as one of her chosen assistants, i was reined in by her request for animosity, as she hid away to cocoon her insights and work her personal war.  what a warrior!

that has been a strain for many who have helped her on her path.  this is not a overnight miracle.  yet things happen and the story changes. always.  gaia always had an ability to  marvelously  manifest and i am hoping that this will be a means to getting what she needs at this time.

she has to build her immune system up to the point when she can use a Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber to kill the infection in her blood stream.

i was looking at a wine wand, which of course now i am learning about since my big brother mentioned that this technology has been around in the fine wine circles.  as well i know that it has been pitched in the dragon’s den as a cure all.

myself, i am understanding that the reaction is a chemical physical relationship to the water molecule.  as i have been studying acid and alkaline for over twenty years.  i have seen all kinds of literature as well practiced all types of modalities.  all in the search for alkalinity for the body.  we need acids to digest foods, yes… but to hydrate the cellular body we need the green leafy vegetables and alkaline water.

if the effect of the wand is smoothing the taste of wine, tea, coffee, water and food, what effect is it having on our pain, mood and stress levels.  we are 60-70% water.

as i have already mentioned the most interesting way that i have noticed the effect of the wand is in my bath water.  it makes the water softer.  i feel like my body melts into the warm bath.

as well i am understanding that the fine wine sommeliers are  selling these wands to make the wines less green and tart.  to smooth the flavor and to make acidic wine tastier.

not that i am saying that we are all like cheap wine.

this wand thing really is amazing.  i have been taking baths with it and noticing that the water is softer.  it feels as if i am melting into the water.  i figured it out that what ever they created can break the tensity of the water both in the bath and in my body.

knowing that the tensity of my skin is less, i am going to wand infuse my beauty creams and wand the oils into my face.   if i look better in the next few weeks, tell me…then i know that my ideas are good ones.

since the machine was half the price, i had to learn why i like the unit more than kangen.  the first year i had my doubts since it is such a specialized niche.  one reason was that vancouver water has low particulates and ionization needs mineral content to make the negative ion.  our machine and i think even the kangen is hampered by the pacific northwest and the low mineral content of the acid rain we drink.  i can show you that with drops and meters.

since last august after months of experimentation, the ionways company made an remineral cartridge that made the negative orp high and of course the ionways athena and delphi have always had the best filter systems of all the ionizers due to the work of jeff poole.  who is now no longer in the company due to personal residential issues.  head office is in reno and he lives in san diego.

i was very happy with this new remineralizing system,  i love negative ions.

the r/d department of ionways is always updating and improving , the kangen has not changed in 10 years since the company was bought by the mlm marketing arm.   also, for the kangen to get low acid to kill bacteria and high alkaline for what reason i dont know, it has a chemical reservoir to add to the water and then those solutions are still adhered to the plate, my opinion.

so yes, to ionways with a remin cartridge of three calcium types.

amega  will come out with an ionizer as well,  with infused zero point energy technology.  that will be in who knows when, who know what level of integrity.  as i have stated, i have loyalties to my ionways machine.

i would advise you to buy an athena with an internal remin cartridge as the easiest entry to ionized water.  just for the filter and mineral technology.

as for the electrolysis, i think that it is a smarter unit.   the switching of the cleaning plates is the best.  it cleans itself with switches of the polarity, after every use.

if you are more into the esthetic, then the delphi is the most exquisite of all the ionizing systems and you will need,  in vancouver, a external remin cartridge.  you will need a plumber to connect that in for you.

the hitch to this is now i am one month new into another product.  i had to make a decision to take on this zero point wand and i am so glad that i did.
