What most of us forget is that the foods we eat actually can be used and have been used since as long as we can remember, as medicine.</p>

<p>Sometimes the truth is simple. Eat healthy fresh foods everyday and you will get more energy and decrease your chances of a numerous amount of diseases.</p>

If you want to step it up a notch, eat only local foods and you will start to float in bliss from all the energy you will gain from eating so much fresh and vitamin dense food.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignright" src="http://imworld.aufeminin.com/dossiers/d20070716/d1972i45132h164059.jpg" alt="" width="200" height="304" />Cellulite!   We all get some of it sooner or later.  Its how we deal with it that make a  world of difference.  Today&#8217;s society has made women super sensitive to the  appearance of their physical body and because of this, cellulite can and has  stopped many women from sharing their perfectly curvaceous bodies with the  world.</p>
<p>I say, don&#8217;t let something as small as cellulite make you not wear that  swimsuit proudly.  To feel good in your skin take a few simple steps to eating  healthy and exercising regularly and those mood boosting chemicals in your brain  will all start jumping for joy.</p>
<p>Now, as for cellulite&#8230;.its not one of those things you can just remove;  there is no &#8220;cure&#8221; for cellulite, however, cellulite massage can and will help  to reduce the appearance of those dimples in your skin.  Cellulite massage is  the most relaxing way to smooth out the fatty tissues that build up under your  skin&#8230;.other options are laser surgeries or serious chemicals that are very  extreme measure to take for something that everyone has.  Of course you got to  know that it is not a cure all but massage can make a big difference, especially  when done on a regular basis.</p>
<p>All you have to do is rub the areas  with cellulite in a circular motion  while pulling and pushing the lumps of cellulite. The best results are achieves  when you do this for 15 minutes a day 5 days of the week or more.</p>
<p>Another thing to remember is that hydration is very important here.  Staying  hydrated before and after the masage allows the toxins that are helping to cause  cellulite to flush out of the body.  When we massage this way it brings those  toxins to the surace of the skin so that it is easier for them to leave.</p>
<p>Plastic or wooden rollers, electric massagers, and dry bristle brush  massagers may all help create a stronger effect however, having someone else do  the massages for you is even more efficient because they can reach areas you may  have trouble with, focus on more troubled spots and devote more strength and  pressure at angles you couldt do.</p>

<div id="_mcePaste">Together we will write down clear healthy, achievable goals; as well as the action items you will take to achieve them.  Then we will get creative with paint, paper clippings, and any other crafty tools you want to bring with you to create your personal mandala or totem of health!</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Bring any art and craft supplies you have or want to share as well as magazines and pictures that you may want to use.  Also, bring poster board to create your vision on.  I will supply basic paper and some craft supplies as well as tea for all!</div>

<p>Sugar cravings are one of the hardest to beat and if you have been riding the sugar roller-coaster for years you probably know all the reasons you want to stop eating it&#8230;.but you just can figure out how.  Sugar is added to so many things now it is hard to not consume it.  From salad dressing and crackers, to juice and canned foods. Sugar is everywhere!</p>
<p>Sugar can cause a downward spiral in your health and well-being too.  Not only does it cause acne, cavities, weight gain, and conditions such as hypoglycemia and diabetes, but it can contribute to negative thought pattern and low energy or overall moodiness.</p>
<p>I never tell people to eliminate anything from their diet but I will tell you all the facts you need to recognize if you have sugar addiction, how to have a healthier relationship with sugar, and the ways to recognize when your body is happy with what it is getting.</p>
