I still haven't heard from Jim, I should just drop it and move on....he wasn't the one for me. Go figure. I joked with Sara today at work about her planning my wedding. When I get married, "oh wait" I told her. " you kinda have to meet a man keep him around long enough for him to want to marry you and then make that work...Hmmm sounds like a lot of work to me. Why can't it be easy? Is it worth it all. Sometimes I think not. I know I don't want to live the rest of my life alone but it is so hard to find a nice guy. Brian always tells me that nice guys finish last...Well they are always first with me. Loretta's boyfriend paid me a compliment last night...it felt really good to hear...one of the girsl Tiffany told me that my hair looked sooo awsome last night, and that I looked really pretty...That is just what I needed...I have been feeling a little "ugly" lately ...maybe a little depressed....With the whole Jim thing. I am currently living in Washington state. I grew up in Wyoming and moved here about 3 years ago...I met alot of pretty good friends. One of my best Friends Brian also has a blog, he is the one that kinda got me started on this. I don't write near as much as he does. Maybe I should. He has met alot of people through blogging. I have written a few blogs but no one comments...Oh well...maybe I should just do this for me. Anyway, I met a man named Jim we had been dating for about 5 months and one day I came home from work and all the things that I had at his house including my computer was in a box on my front step. I called him with no answer, and then I went to his house he didn't appear to be there no cars. I came back home and called again.... a few hours later I went back over to his house he forgot to give me the case and power cord to my computer. I knocked on his door until he answered. He came to the door threatening to call the police. I told him I wanted my stuff and asked him time and again what had I done wrong? I had just seen him earlier that day and everything seemed fine. We had plans of me coming over after work to work on my computer and maybe watch a movie and hang out. This was the day before Thanksgiving, we were going to take the kids out to eat...Neither one of us wanted to cook. Anyway He told me that he didn't want to talk to me, see me or go anywhere with me and if I didn't leave his property he would call the police. To this day I can not figure out what in the world I did to make him act that way. I try to be a nice person and not treat people bad. We did not promise each other anything he knew I was moving away and he was planning on leaving Washington himself. I didn't not tell him all of my personal secrets nor did he tell me his. He always said he didn't want a girlfriend they are just to expensive, and too much trouble. Maybe it is for the best that we are not together. Am I heart broken. No I don't think so maybe a little sad...I did enjoy his company. I think what bothers me the most is that I don't know what I did that was so wrong. The girls I work with think that he is just mad that I'm moving and he is not...and maybe that is the case. If so he could be grown up about it and just tell me....Oh well....I guess I'm just MOVING ON...

Does it really work?

So last week I went to the Library and got a couple of books. They are books on Feng Shui. I thought what could it hurt. So I read one of the from cover to cover and it made a lot of sense. It informed me where to put things in my house as far as what color to use and where. I was lacking in the romance department. It gave me a diagram of where to put things to draw people to you. So I place a Red cloth in the corner of the "marriage" section of my bedroom. To my surprise, I have more men wanting to chat with me than I have had in 6 months. Could it be the Feng Shui or is it just that I am on the computer more or maybe more open. Even though I haven't spoken to "no put out Pat" in probably close to a year, and out of the blue he pops in and just has to see me. Wants to spend time with me, and is begging me to come to his house and spend the night. I of course tell him every excuse in the book as to why I can't come to his house, but he insists. It keeps bringing me back to the comment that he made a little over a year ago as to his idea of sex. He told me that it made him feel dirty to have sex and that he just couldn't have sex with me because he didn't want to feel dirty when ever he talked to me, and that all he wanted was to be friends. Funny how his tune has changed. The one man that I would really like to get to know well has gotten himself in a mess with a live in girlfriend. There is something about this man that I can't get enough of. Why can't he be the one that wants me to come to his house. How do I direct the Feng Shui in his direction?

Here we go again..

Well...I'm back...Go figure. I finally met with Louis. He is a person I have been chatting with for close to a year. I met him Saturday night and he is much better looking than the picture he sent me. Huba Huba. He came over to my house and we talked for a while and fooled around a bit. I didn't want to have sex with him for a couple of reason. I have a theory about men. If you sleep with them on the first date they got what they want why would they come back and if you don't then they don't want to be with you because you didn't give them what they want. They move onto someone who will. I have spoken to my friend Brian many times about this and he says how will you know if you like someone if you don't sleep with him. He has a point. What if you rally like someone's personality but they suck in bed and can you over come the "suckyness" of it. I tested this with "the hair guy" and we get along fine and he was really hinting about haveing sex. Well I haven't been with a man in quite a while so I gave in. Once we were undressed and getting ready he wasn't sure that is what he wanted. The next minute he did..well eventually we did and it just sucked. I had to fake it and pretend I liked it. Since that I really don't want alot to do with him. He just isn't my type. Nice enough guy but just can't go there again. Oh what to do..<br />So the question of the day is...Did I make a mistake by not haveing Sex with Louis or Will it work out? If anyone reads this and can give me some advise or anything I would be glad to listen.<br />thanks...

I'm moving on....

So I've done it....I'm going to Wyoming to interview for a job. I wish I were sharing a nice cup of coffee with my Best friend Brian. Maybe sitting by the lake or watching the bus boys take out their garbage. But it seems to me that he has moved on with his life. Sure he says I'm still part of it and always will be. But I feel us slipping apart as the weeks pass. I predict in time the calls that use to be every day, now once or twice aweek, will dwindle down to maybe once a month and then not at all. What did I expect? I was the one that talked him into moving so far away. I was the one that told him to get his life together. I just didn't think it would exclude me. Be careful of what you wish for. My biggest problem was. I didn't want to share him anymore. Now I fear I have lost him forever. Maybe not as a friend but as the love of my life. He was never mine to begin with and in the end we will never be mine. Time for life to go on. Who knows maybe someday I will meet a nice man and I will be happy...Only time will tell...<br />

friends

A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest. This time you are still concerned with making things more beautiful and harmonious, finding any aggressive action distasteful. In the past, you relied on outward physical beauty to carry you and in this life you are still susceptible to flattery and can spend a great deal of time and money on cosmetics, grooming and clothing. Him and his wife were "swingers" I was very lonely and just move to the area. I met him on line and after chatting for a coulpe of months decided to meet for drinks. He was a very nice man and very attractive. I agreed to go out with him again. We slept together that night and it was wonderful. Of course I hadn't been with a man for 9 months. That might of had something to do with it. He explained to me time and time again the his wife was alright with it and that they had certin rules they followed so that no one would get hurt. I thought what could it hurt as long as no one was getting hurt. I continued to see him and even met his wife. We all got along great. We had lots of fun together going to dances and even attened an orgie of sorts. I never felt like I had to do anything I didn't want to. So over the course of two years him and I became best friends. We talked on the phone almost everyday. and would get together at least once a month sometimes more. Sometimes we would just get coffee and go sit downtown and drink our coffee and Just watch the busboys take out the trash. Then things started to change .......<br /><br />

Keep On Hemming.....

A quote from a friend <strong><span style="color:#33ff33;">"If you become a seamstress to men's needs you will sew your life away. Keep on hemming, Keep on hemming" Claire Rosen...</span></strong>.This brings me to a story. I know a lady who became that seamstress. She moved her family from town to town following every adventure her husband wanted to take, even though they may not have been her own. Including living 40 miles for the nearest town with 3 small children and one on the way. Care taking for a very large ranch. He spent many an hour in that town leaving her to care for cows, horses, chickens, and children. When she met him she had a 3 year old son and lived in a city all her life. She married him and knew 6 weeks after she married him it was the biggest mistake of her life. But what was she to do it was the late 60's and she was pregnant. She stayed and had two more children after that. They moved every 3 years and finally she said "NO MORE MOVING." they settled down in a fair sized town and raised their 4 children. Her life was not easy, there was a lot of drinking and a lot of fighting mostly about money and the boy. He never really accepted him as his son and reminded her of it often. She would work odd jobs such as cleaning houses for a real estate company after people moved out and such. One job was making uniforms for the Catholic school. Keep on Hemming! Keep on Hemming!<br />

Hard wood floors

A little about me. I'm a Veterinary Technician. I work in a very busy 4 Dr. practice. All women (that in its self is a challenge). Many of the women I work with are single and have no boyfriends. Including myself. I have been divorced for 5 years and I'm trying my hardest to raise 3 boys. One teenager one pre-teen and a 10 year old. I try to give them everything they need but on a Techs salary...that isn't much. I struggle most of the time to make ends meet and if it weren't for a very good friend I would be living in a cardboard box behind the local K-Mart. I left my husband to make a better life for my boys and myself and I feel like I'm failing. I get so stressed out that I fear I take alot of it out on them. They don't deserve half of it. I demand a lot from them and they don't get to do much.(can't afford it). Mostly what I do is work and come home and work ect.....All I hear from them is I want and I need. I have wants and needs of my own. but often put them aside to give to my kids..Is that wrong? I just want them to have the best life possible. I met a great man Problem he was married we became best friends and I fell in love with him. He separated from his wife and moved away. Now he struggles with what is right for him. Life without him would just suck. Just when I feel like things are going my way someone pulls that rug out from under me. Am I destined to live life on hard wood floors?<br /><br />

I love you BUT......

I love you but My mom doesn't approve.....I love you but I won't quite drinking ....I love you but I need some space...I love you but I need to get things all figured out.....What kind of love life is this....MINE!!!!!....Why can't the men I fall in love with quit telling me "<strong>I love you But?</strong><br /><br />

"It has been the belief of every age that women are more frequently blessed with the gifts of inspiration and that the mists of the future hang less darkly before their eyes than before those of men" W.Winwood Reade&nbsp;<a href='http://www.hello.com/' target='ext'><img src='http://photos1.blogger.com/pbh.gif' alt='Posted by Hello' border='0' style='border:0px;padding:0px;background:transparent;' align='absmiddle'></a><br /><a href='http://photos1.blogger.com/img/120/2260/640/blackmagick3%5B1%5D.jpg'><img border='0' style='border:1px solid #000000; margin:2px' src='http://photos1.blogger.com/img/120/2260/400/blackmagick3%5B1%5D.jpg'></a>

A New Blogger...

My best friend is a blogger. He is very passionate about his blogs and writes very wonderful interesting blogs. So I thought I would give it a try and see what it is all about. So here goes. The day before yesterday 11/2/04 was the first time I ever voted in my life. You may think good for you. I am pretty proud of myself. I am 36 and have never voted, I can't explain why, maybe I just never cared enough, didn't understand what it was all about, or just thought like alot of people think,"What can I do to change my world." I never complained about politic. I didn't have a right I didn't <strong>VOTE. </strong>I didn't really think my vote would make a difference. The state I live in had a few initiatives on the ballot. I voted on all of them and I felt really good when the things I voted against didn't pass. It felt good to know that I made a difference. I have come to the conclusion that I will continue to vote and get more involved in politics (pay attention) to what is going on in the world around me.<br />
