Collecting Money for Winter Cloth

North Bengal Foundation USA collected money for winter cloth for Bangladeshi poor people. Every year the foundation official collect money from USA and it is distribute all over Bangladesh but most are distributed at North Bengal Bangladesh.

North Bengal Foundation - Collecting Money

President of the Foundation Dr. Abdul Latif and Secretary Rakibuzzaman Khan Tanu organized the event. The following officials are present there for making this event successful. Those are - Vice President H. M. Shahid, Shah Nowrose, Abu Taher, Publication Secretary Abul Kalam Azad, Social Welfare Secretary Adv. Suraiya Monira, Organizing Secretary Mozaffor Hossain, Chief Advisor Nasir Khan Paul, Advisor Mafiz Ahmed. Also there was present community leader among of them Secretary of Bangladesh Society Abdur Rahim Howlader, President Rajshahi Samity Monirul Islam, Kazi Quaium, Mahbubur Rahman Suman, Shahana Begum Rina, Mohor Khan and many more.

It's really appreciated of this kind of activity of North Bengal Foundation, USA.

Annual General Meeting held on December 25, 2015

Annual General Meeting held on December 25, 2015 at Jamaica, New York. Huge people of North Bengal, Bangladesh those who are living in USA attended in the meeting. It was a successful meeting.

Foundation's President Hasanuzzaman Hasan was the President of the meeting & Secretary Rakibuzzaman Khan Tanu conduct the meeting. Secretary delivered yearly report of the foundation and Treasurer delivered yearly financial report.

Chief Adviser Nasir Khan Paul conduct to collect life membership of the foundation. Also he took first life membership of the foundation.

The Executive committee, Adviser, Election Commissioner, General Member of the foundation take part of the discussion of Annual General Meeting. Also President Hasanuzzaman Hasan give answer of general question of the member.

Overall it was a successful general meeting. After meeting dinner has been served for all attended member.

Fundraising of North Bengal Foundation

North Bengal Foundation, USA arranged a fundraising on December 12, 2015 at Jamaica, New York for the people of Bangladesh those who are suffering for extreme cold. As a part of the activities of North Bengal Foundation they has been taken this kind of activities. Every year they collect money and distribute it all over the Bangladesh. After collecting money they bought Blanket and distributed to the poor people of Bangladesh.

In that event Chief Guest was Dr. Delwar. Convener of this event Pharmacist Mostaque Ahmed and Member Secretary Engr. H M Shahid.

There many leader of this community were present there and delivered their speech regarding this. Event collected money was $4,175. Foundation will continue this process many different area of New York, USA. Leader of the organization ask people to join this kind of activities.

Blanket Distributed at Gabtoli Upazilla & Sonatola Upazilla, District Bogra on 24^th April, 2015 which was financed by North Bengal Foundation USA & under supervision of foundation’s Social Welfare Secretary Adv. Suraiya Monira & Advisor Mohammed N. Mondal Fanshu.

In front of Uzgram Primary School, Gabtoli, Bogra blankets are distributed. Blanket’s are distributed to the Elderly Women, Men & helpless people. At the time of distribution the local leader were present there & they organized that for fair distribution. The Local leader was Engr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, Md. Mokhlesur Rahman, Head Master of the Alla Newas, President of the School Committee Shah Alam Rasel, Abdur Rahman Roni, Shahadot Zaman, Apel & many more. Engr. Mizanur Rahman & Headmaster Alla Newas appreciated for this kind of activities of North Bengal Foundation USA & also they expect that they will help any kind of activities of foundation.

At the same date the Blanket’s are distributed to the Elderly Women, Men & helpless people at Kamar Para, Sonatola, Bogra. The local leader Idris Ali & Shakhawat Hossain were present there.

North Bengal Foundation came forward for distressed humanity. New York foreigner Ms Anjona has been stress because her two Kidney almost to damage. In this crucial period her husband divorced her & moved to another state. So her house rent has due because she has no income. In that situation the owner of that house Pakistan immigrant try to thrown out from house then the Officials of North Bengal Foundation came forward for her help.

At that time Foundation’s Treasurer Abu Taher, Dinajpur District Representative Bipul took initiative for that situation. Then the President of Foundation Hasanuzzaman Hasan, Secretary Rakibuzzaman Khan Tanu, Vice-President Engr Abdul Matin Talukder, Dr. M.A. Latif, Mojaffor Hossain, Engr. A.B. Mizanul Hasan, Motahar Hossain, Adv. Suraiya Monira including all member of the foundation came forward & made the arrangement of 2 month’s house rent & other everyday expenditure.

Ms Anjona is so much grateful for this kind of activity of North Bengal foundation USA & she also expect all success of North Bengal Foundation.
