SAA INFORMATION DETAILS

This is the ONLY method for application.

Applicants will be required to have a USA Swimming login.

Qualifying pool times for the applicant will be validated in SWIMS.  Times MUST be in SWIMS and achieved between September 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026 (dates inclusive).

Applicants must have a transcript for the complete 2025-2026 academic year available for uploading to the application. 

Applicant must have been a member of USA Swimming at the time of the swim and a current member when applying for the 2025-2026 SAA team.

Applicant must have all application documents completed by September 30, 2026 at midnight UTC. Late applications will NOT be accepted or considered.

The 2026 NCS Senior Long Course Championship meet, hosted by TAC TITANS, will be held at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, NC on July 9-12, 2026.

2026 NCS LC SR Champs Entry Notes:

• OME opens May 1.
• Meet Event file provided for convenience but all entries must be processed through USA Swimming’s OME system.
• Until a team checks out of OME, they can add, delete, or change entries.
• Once a team checks out, they can add entries and update times but can’t delete or change entries.
• Teams can update times in OME until the entry deadline. OME will not automatically update. No time updates will be allowed after the July 6, 6:00PM deadline.
• Relay times are not required to be proven. Coaches can enter with any team time or estimated time.
• When a team checks out, they must pay the $1.00 administrative fee to submit their entry and get a receipt.
• Teams must check out by the Monday, July 6, 6:00PM deadline.
• NEW: Bonus events are now available for events 400M+ but these long bonus events have qualifying standards required for entry.

Congratulations to Mia Lang (Marlins Of Raleigh), Jasmit Kondal (YMCA of Western NC) and Caleb Winardi (Mecklenburg Swim Association), on being selected to the 2026 USA Swimming National Diversity Select Camp! These NCS athletes were invited to the USOPC – Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO this past weekend April 30-May 3, 2026. USA Swimming invites up to 56 athletes from diverse populations to participate in a three-day camp program which includes pool training, motivational and education sessions and team-building activities.
