I am just in love with this ceramic find! B. Fiess‘ composition sculptures are great, but I have a soft spot for the utilitarian jars, which are shut close with cork and rubber.  So cool!!

2012 is a wedding year for my family! In January, my brother got married. And later this year I have 2 others… Considering I had never went to a wedding in my family EVER (I don’t think my parent’s wedding, when I was 1yo, counts. lol), woah! Yes, this single gal can take it. lol!

I find wedding invitations (when done right, and with a little modern twist) to be a great graphic design treat for the eyes! A little bit like company stationaries, which I used to love doing as a graphic designer, in that other life o’ mine.

Anyway, here’s a few handmade invites I found that I really love! Maybe it’ll be useful for some of you lovebirds. :)

This weekend, I went to a local (huge) interior flea market, and totally fell in love with this teak box. Turns out, seller was stubborn about price, so I left it there.

Since, I’ve been dreaming of vintage teak. Obviously, vintage teak furniture is not always as easy to find (and not as easy to handle for the wallet…), but you can still find your fix in smaller, more affordable, objects.

A quick search on Etsy had me find these awesome items… And I might just be crazy for showing them to you guys instead of buying them right now. Oh well! :)
