<p><strong>Ingredients Of Thai Hot And Sour Soup</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 ounces mushrooms, sliced </li>
<li>7 ounces chicken, sliced in thin long strips </li>
<li>4 cups water </li>
<li>3 tbsp soya sauce </li>
<li>1/2 tsp black pepper </li>
<li>1 tsp garlic chopped </li>
<li>1 tsp sugar </li>
<li>5 tbsp rice vinegar </li>
<li>1 tsp chili garlic sauce </li>
<li>1/4 tsp salt </li>
<li>1 cup bamboo shoot </li>
<li>1 tsp sesame oil </li>
<li>1 tbsp corn flour </li>
<li>2 egg yolks, beaten </li>
<li>1 red bell pepper, cut in stripes </li>
<li>Few cilantro leaves, chopped </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Thai Hot And Sour Soup</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take a little oil and fry chicken stripes in it for 2-3 minutes. Set it aside.</li>
<li>Now in a pot boil water, add soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, sugar, vinegar, chili garlic sauce and salt. Lower heat to medium and cook for 2-3 minutes.</li>
<li>Add bamboo shoots and mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken stripes and sesame oil and cook 3-5 minutes.</li>
<li>Dissolve corn flour in water and stir it into soup.</li>
<li>Slide egg yolks into soup. Turn off heat, and do not stir. You want the egg to stay in pieces.</li>
<li>Garnish the soup with pepper stripes and cilantro. Serve immediately.</li>

<li>250 gm yogurt</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Butter Chicken</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat oil in a pan. Finely slice onions and fry them in oil. Allow onions to cool and then blend them in a blender along with yogurt.</li>
<li>Heat white butter in a pan, when butter melts add ginger and garlic paste and fry till golden. Add chicken pieces.</li>
<li>When the chicken pieces turn white, add black pepper, cinnamon, yogurt mixture and salt. Cover with lid.</li>
<li>When gravy comes to boil, lower the flame and cook till the chicken becomes tender and butter appears on the surface.</li>
<li>Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chappati or paratha. You can also serve it with boiled rice.</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Looqmi</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix refined flour, butter, yogurt and a little salt in a bowl and make dough. Keep the dough for half an hour in the fridge.</li>
<li>Put mince, red chilies, salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste in a pot. Cook till all water dries up.</li>
<li>Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add onions and mince and fry it. Turn off the flame when mince is fried. Add finely chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.</li>
<li>Divide the dough in 12 equal balls and roll them out in squares. Put mince on each piece and fold each into pockets. Seal the ends with egg.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a wok, fry looqmis and take them out on paper towels when they turn golden.</li>
<li>Serve hot with chutney.</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Aloo Bonday</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Boil the potatoes in an open mouthed pot and mash them.</li>
<li>Add green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red chilies and salt in mashed potatoes. Mix it with your hands.</li>
<li>Make small rounds from potato mixture.</li>
<li>Take gram flour in other bowl and add salt, red chilies and water in it to make a thick paste.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a wok. Dip potato rounds in gram flour mixture and deep fry them till&#160; they are golden brown.</li>
<li>Serve them with sauce of your choice.</li>

<li>1 cup chicken stock</li>
<li>1 tsp salt</li>
<li>2 tsp oil</li>
<li>1/2 tsp dried fenugreek</li>
<li>1/2 onion, sliced</li>
<li>1 green chili</li>
<li>1 tsp red chili powder</li>
<li>1 bunch green coriander</li>
<li>1/2 tsp turmeric powder</li>
<li>1 small piece ginger, finely chopped</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chana Saag</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Put spinach in a pan and let it simmer in its own juices. Once soft remove from the pan.</li>
<li>Saute onions in other pan till light brown and then add chickpeas, salt, garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder and dry fenugreek. Cook well.</li>
<li>Now add chicken stock. Cover it and leave to simmer. When water starts to dry, add spinach, coriander, green chili and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li>Delicious chana saag is ready to be served.</li>

<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Pancakes</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To make pancakes, take eggs, flour, milk, salt, black pepper and coriander leaves in a bowl and whisk it till all things are combined and smooth batter is formed.</li>
<li>Heat few drops of oil in a non stick pan and make pancakes by taking a spoon full of mixture and spreading it along the pan to make a thin layer.</li>
<li>When it is golden from both sides, take it out and repeat the process.</li>
<li>Melt butter in other pan. Add chicken pieces and cook till they change color.</li>
<li>To make white sauce put milk, cream, chicken cubes or stock and corn flour in a pan and cook till the mixture&#160; becomes thick. Keep aside a little sauce and in the remaining add chicken and mushrooms, and cook it a while longer.</li>
<li>Place pancakes on a baking tray and spread the chicken and sauce mixture on them. Roll them up and sprinkle grated cheese and the remaining white sauce over them.</li>
<li>Bake in a preheated oven for few minutes. Take it out when cheese melts. Serve hot.</li>

Regular exercise is the key to a healthy look and an attractive body. Internal health is the key to a pleasant external appearance.    <br /><b></b></p>
<p><strong>To Reduce the Risk of Heart Diseases</strong>    <br />Daily exercise helps in strengthening of heart muscles. It helps maintain desired cholesterol levels. Daily physical activity reduces one’s chances of stroke and the risk of heart disease.    <br /><b></b></p>
<p><strong>To Lower Blood Pressure     <br /></strong>Daily exercise lowers blood pressure and improves blood circulation. Exercise helps in reduction of excess body weight and thus helps lower the blood pressure. Exercise results in the burning of calories. If supplemented with proper nutrition, exercise is sure to prevent obesity.    <br /><b></b></p>

Those who exercise regularly are found to remain more productive and energetic during the day. Increased energy levels help remain active during the day. A 30 minute-exercise every morning can help a person feel fresh throughout the day.    <br /><strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>To Increase Overall Strength</strong>    <br />Exercise is found to increase overall strength of the body. Rigorous exercise brings about an increase in stamina of the body. It also increases body’s endurance, thus resulting in an increase in a person’s physical capacity.    <br /><strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>To be Happy</strong>    <br />Higher energy levels resulting from exercise help a person in remaining fresh and happy. Following a suitable exercise program can add some fun and brightness to the day. Being active greatly causes a reduction in tress levels. Exercise is believed to generate ‘happiness molecules’ in a person’s body, thus helping him/her stay happy.    </p>
<p>The importance of exercise cannot be stressed enough. The top ten reasons to exercise should convince you of the importance of including exercise in your daily schedule. Have you decided to do it? I hope you have. </p>

<li>1 packet puff pastry dough </li>
<li>6 chicken sausages </li>
<li>1 cup ricotta cheese </li>
<li>1/4 cup basil leaves </li>
<li>1/4 cup spring onions </li>
<li>6 green chilies </li>
<li>Salt to taste </li>
<li>Barbeque sauce as accompaniment </li>

<p><strong>Method Of Chicken And Ricotta Sausage Rolls</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Grate ricotta cheese. Slice basil leaves finely and chop green chilies. Put grated cheese, basil leaves, green chilies and salt in a bowl and make a mixture with hands. </li>
<li>Roll out puff pastry dough like a thin square paratha dough. Place a layer of the cheese mixture on a pastry dough. Take two sausages and keep them at the edge of puff pastry. Roll them lengthwise and then cut the puff pastry at the end. </li>
<li>Repeat this process with the other sausages, to make 2 more rolls. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. You will have 12 pieces in all. </li>
<li>Pre heat oven. Keep the rolls on the tray and cook them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Take them out when they turn golden brown. </li>
<li>Serve with barbeque sauce. </li>
