<p><strong>Ingredients Of Smoke Chicken Sandwich</strong></p>

<li>Boneless Chicken – 250 gm </li>
<li>BBQ Sauce – 4 tbsp </li>
<li>Salt – according to taste </li>
<li>Chili Sauce – 2 tbsp </li>
<li>Mustard Paste – 1 tsp </li>
<li>Boil Egg – 2 </li>
<li>Mayonnaise &#8211; 1/2 cup </li>
<li>Cucumber – 4 tbsp </li>
<li>Carrot – 2 tbsp </li>
<li>Jalapeno – 1 tbsp </li>
<li>Vinegar – 2 tbsp </li>
<li>Black Pepper &#8211; as required </li>
<li>Bread Slice &#8211; as required</li>
<p><strong>Method Of Smoke Chicken Sandwich</strong></p>
<li>Take a boneless chicken, add BBQ sauce, salt, mustard, chili, mix it and leave it for 15 minutes. </li>
<li>After 15 minutes add chicken in pan cover it and cook it, when sauce is little dried add 2 tbsp oil in it and cook it till chicken becomes brown and tender. </li>
<li>Take chicken and cut it in chunks. </li>
<li>Take mayo add chopped carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, jalapeno, salt, black pepper, and mix it. </li>
<li>Take a bread slice spread mayo on it, then chicken chunks, then boiled egg slice and close it with bread slice. </li>
<li>Your Smoke Chicken Sandwich is ready.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Chocolate Filled Cup Cake</strong></p>

<li>1 cup flour</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>1tsp baking powder</li>
<li>1/2 cup sugar</li>
<li>4 tbsp coco powder</li>
<li>2 cup crushed cooking chocolate</li>
<li>1/4 cup oil or butter</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chocolate Filled Cup Cake</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix flour, baking powder and coco powder. </li>
<li>Take egg beat it until it become fluffy , then add sugar butter and oil in it and mix well. </li>
<li>Now add dry mixture and mix it on low speed or by hand. </li>
<li>Now take baking pan grease it with oil, and add half quantity of cake mixture, then add cooking chocolate, then add the remaining cake mixture. </li>
<li>Now bake it on 180 degree C for about 15 to 20 minutes. </li>
<li>Your Chocolate Filled Cup Cake is ready.</li>

<li>Chicken – 1 cup, boiled </li>
<li>Potato &#8211; 1/2 kg </li>
<li>Salt &#8211; according to taste </li>
<li>Black Pepper – 1 tbsp </li>
<li>Chicken Powder – 1 tbsp </li>
<li>Mayo &#8211; 1/2 cup </li>
<li>Bell Pepper (chopped) – 2 tbsp </li>
<li>Carrot (chopped) – 2 tbsp </li>
<li>Spring Onion (chopped) – 2 tbsp </li>
<li>Baby Corn (chopped) – 2 tbsp </li>
<li>Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp </li>
<li>Mustard Paste – 1 tsp </li>
<li>Egg – 2 </li>
<li>Bread Crumb – 1 cup </li>
<li>Oil &#8211; for deep frying
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Mayo Balls</strong></p>
</li>
<li>Boil potatoes and mash it. </li>
<li>Boil chicken and shred it, mix it in mashed potatoes. Add salt, pepper, chicken powder and mix it well. </li>
<li>Now take mayo add bell pepper, spring onion, carrot, baby corn, chili sauce, mustard paste, salt, pepper, and mix it well. </li>
<li>Now take chicken potato mixture and flat it in hand, add mayo mixture in center and cover again with potato mix and shape it like a ball. </li>
<li>Dip this ball in egg and then bread crumb and fry it. </li>
<li>Your Chicken Mayo Ball is ready. Serve hot with sauce of your choice.

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Chicken 65</strong></p>

<li>500 gm chicken boneless </li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>Salt &#8211; according to taste&#160;&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>1 tsp red chili&#160;&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>1 tsp cumin powder&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>1/2 tsp cumin seeds&#160;&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>1 tsp black pepper&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>1 tbsp ginger/garlic Paste&#160;&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>1 tsp chopped ginger&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>1 tsp chopped garlic&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>2 green chili&#160; </li>
<li>1tbsp Chinese salt&#160;&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>Red food color &#8211; few drop&#160;&#160;&#160; </li>
<li>1 tbsp lemon juice</li>
<li>Few curry leaves</li>
<li>2tbsp flour</li>
<li>Oil as required </li>
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken 65</strong></p>
<li>Take chicken cut it in cubes or length wise in strips.</li>
<li>Add egg, salt, red chili, black pepper, ginger/garlic paste, flour, and mix it well and deep fry it.</li>
<li>When its color changes to brown and crispy take it out.</li>
<li>Now take a pan add 4 tbsp oil in it add chop garlic, ginger and cumin, fry it.</li>
<li>Then add salt, red chili, cumin powder, curry leave, red food color and fry it by adding 1/4 cup of water, cook it for 3 minutes.</li>
<li>Now add chicken in it, when all gravy covers the chicken dish it out.</li>
<li>Your Chicken 65 is ready squeeze lemon in it and serve hot.</li>

<li>1/4 cup cooked Keema (mince) </li>
<li>2 tbsp tomato chopped </li>
<li>1tbsp green chili </li>
<li>2 tbsp onion chopped </li>
<li>50 gm cheddar cheese </li>
<li>100gm mozzarella cheese </li>
<li>250 gm summer bread dough</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Stuffed Bread</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Roll out dough on a floured surface and ( your dough should be just wide enough to put your mince on) Stack the dough with a layer of each meat, cheese, onion and chili bring edges of dough together. </li>
<li>Using a little water will help the dough stick together. Be sure you leave no cracks in the dough, or your cheese will run out when cooking.</li>
<li> Bake at 350 until golden brown (usually about 20-26 minutes depending on your oven and thickness of dough). </li>
<li>Or shallow fry in a pan with 4 tablespoon of oil 6-8 minutes &#8212;&#8211; enjoy! </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tip:Y</strong>ou could add other desired meat or cheese or vegetables</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Dijon Mustard</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4tablespoons dry ground mustard</li>
<li>3/4 cup water</li>
<li>1tablespoon raisin – paste</li>
<li>3 tablespoons white vinegar</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon salt, </li>
<li>1/8 teaspoon turmeric </li>
<li>1 pinch garlic powder</li>
<li>1 teaspoon vegetable oil</li>
<li>1 pinch pepper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Dijon Mustard</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat except of vinegar. </li>
<li>By adding water to the mustard flour, a chemical reaction starts to take place that brings out the heat of the mustard. Over time, the heat will rise to a peak, then gradually dissipate (the peak of hotness being around 15 minutes after the addition of water). </li>
<li>Adding acid (i.e. the vinegar) will shut down this chemical reaction and lock in the heat at the level at which it was introduced. For the mildest mustard, add the vinegar at the same time as the water. </li>
<li>When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. </li>
<li>Remove pan from heat and cover until cool. Chill in a covered container.</li>
</ul>
<ul><strong>Tip:</strong>Use utensils and mixing vessels that are glass, stainless steel or ceramic&#160; anything but no aluminum, which can be dissolved by the vinegar. </ul>

<p>Believe it or not, not too long ago, aging gracefully was considered to be an actual feat. Not many people could carry off the over 60 look, with the grey hair and wrinkles. Now, thanks to the advancement in so called medicine, we have been granted the privilege to defy age by using anti-aging creams, and pills, going under the knife or needle for Botox, plastic surgeries and whatnot.</p>
<p>At the dawn of this era, where we surpass all that’s natural and real, the scientific community has come up with yet another agent to only cater to those who cant afford it. The <strong>“smart drug”,</strong> otherwise known as <strong>“nootropics” (meaning an upward turn of the mind),</strong> has now been introduces, which basically assures us that taking vitamins and minerals, and exercising the body and the mind is not clearly enough.Oh, and neither is hard work, by the way!! Now is the age of ‘smart drinks’ ‘power bars’ and ‘smart drugs’.</p>

<p><strong>What does this smart drug do? How exactly does it make one smarter?</strong></p>
<p>Well, technically speaking, it doesn&#8217;t increase one’s mental capacity, but what it does is speed up the process of converting short-term memory into long-term memory. Different combinations of these chemicals (obviously to be sold under different names), can have a wide range of effects on the workings of the average mind i.e they aim at improving memory, learning, attention, concentration, problem solving, reasoning, social skills, decision making and planning.</p>
<p><strong>Skeptics argue</strong> that this pill can do more harm than good, as is the case with most medicines, when used for purposes than actually healing a part of the body, which is diseased and incapable of healing on its own. And as with all medicines, the possibility of misuse is always evident. Its been happening with other drugs, such as <strong>Ritalin</strong> used for ADHD to cram for exams or <strong>Provigil</strong>, approved only for narcolepsy, is used to increase alertness. Its not a matter of not being able to handle stress, but rather it has become more of a trend now. Gone are the days when hard work was considered to be the way to reach the top. All that will soon be forgotten with the ever extending limits of the medical field.</p>
<p><strong>Proponents of the smart drug</strong>, on the other hand, disagree with that, explaining that the drug itself is to be catered to individuals who have difficulty with memory and cognition, such as those suffering from neurological and mental diseases or injuries that affect the brains ability to function as it normally should. Some data suggests that cognitive enhancers do improve some types of learning and memory, but other data states that these substances have no effect. The strongest evidence for these substances is for the improvement of cognitive function in people with brain injury or disease.</p>
<p><strong>There are also important side effects</strong> that must be considered. Many of these substances affect neurotransmitter systems in the central nervous system. The affects of these chemicals on neurological function and behavior is still not known. Moreover, the long-term safety of these substances has not been adequately tested.</p>
<p>Although FDA has still not allowed the drug to hit the market, as yet, but when that does happen, doctors will be able to prescribe this magic pill to anyone they think will benefit from it, such as sharpening the fatigued minds. Internet shoppers will be able to order it online, without requiring a prescription.</p>
<p>Another aspect that people tend to overlook, thanks to the excitement of the possibility of never working hard again, is that these drugs are chemicals that alter the brain chemistry. And what we fail to realize, or find easy to ignore, is that our brain has its own chemistry, which means that it produces chemicals used for memory, cognition, motivation etc, unique for each individual. Imagine the clutter you will collect in your mind, the useless things that you probably would not want to waste your memory on. There are embarrassing to traumatic incidents, in even the fatigued and dumb un drugged and drugged minds that they find hard to forget, so imagine the nightmarishly intense emotions that could possibly hunt you while you take your daily, monthly dose of the smart drug. And no, those traumatic memories probably wont subside as the drug wears off. On the other hand, it might just push you into a therapist’s office. That’s what happens when you try to act smart.</p>
<p>Age associated cognitive decline is natural. That is, people tend to forget where they kept keys, or glasses, or whether or not they locked the door 10 minutes ago. That’s normal. The brain does deteriorate with age. And for individuals who need this drug to function effectively, their use of it is justified, but the question is, can this drug be kept safe from being misused by the millions who would rather take a pill than work hard, if they can afford it? probably not..</p>

<p><strong>True hypoglycemia- low blood sugar-</strong> is in fact a medical condition, diagnosed by a glucose tolerance test which involves drinking a glucose solution on an empty stomach and then having blood drawn every hour up to 5 hours. A positive result may mean you are more likely to develop diabetes but doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean you need to take medication.</p>
<p><strong>Hypoglycemia can occur because of following reasons:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Delaying or skipping a meal </li>
<li>Eating too little food at a meal </li>
<li>Getting more exercise than usual </li>
<li>Taking too much diabetes medicine, especially insulin, sulfonylurea&#8217;s, or meglitinides </li>
<li>Drinking alcohol</li>
</ul>
<p>There are two <strong>types of diabetes mellitus</strong>, the condition in which the amount of glucose in the blood is too high because of the body’s failure to produce the hormone insulin or inability to use it properly. Normally the amount of glucose in the blood is carefully controlled by the hormone, produced by the pancreas. Insulin enables sugar in the blood to enter cells in the body where it can be converted into energy. If there is a shortage, or the insulin available does not function correctly, glucose will accumulate and diabetes will develop.</p>
<p><strong>Type1 (insulin dependent diabetes)</strong> occurs when there is a severe lack of insulin due to destruction of the insulin producing islet cells in the pancreas. Type1 diabetes generally affects young people but can occur at any age and usually develops rapidly in the case of adults, often following a period of severe physical or mental stress.</p>
<p>This more serious form of illness is known as <strong>hyperglycemia or high blood sugar</strong>. In type1 sometimes referred to as early onset diabetes, because the body’s ability to produce insulin shuts down altogether insulin must be supplied in tablet form or via injections.</p>
<p><strong>High blood sugar symptoms can include:</strong></p>
<li>Thirst </li>
<li>Frequent urination </li>
<li>Urination during the night </li>
<li>Blurry vision </li>
<li>Dry, itchy skin</li>
<li>Fatigue or drowsiness </li>
<li>Weight loss</li>
<li>Increased appetite</li>
<li>Dry mouth</li>
<p><strong>Type2 (non-insulin dependent)</strong> diabetes happens when the body fails to regulate blood sugar levels. It occurs mainly in older people and most sufferers tend to be overweight when diagnosed. This condition can often be controlled or prevented simply through changes to diet, losing weight and taking gentle exercise.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Chicken Methi Pakoras</strong></p>
<p><span id="more-2385"></span></p>
<ul>
<li>300 gm chicken minced meat</li>
<li>1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)</li>
<li>1 1/2 cup gram flour</li>
<li>3 medium onions, sliced</li>
<li>6-8 green chilies, chopped</li>
<li>2 tbsp red chili powder</li>
<li>2 tbsp white cumin seeds</li>
<li>1 tbsp garlic paste</li>
<li>4-6 curry leaves, chopped</li>
<li>Handful green coriander. chopped</li>
<li>1/4 tsp baking powder</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Oil for deep frying</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Chicken Methi Pakora</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Make a light thick and smooth batter using the sifted gram flour, baking powder and keep it aside for 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Mix the remaining ingredients and gently fold in the batter except oil. Add a little water if needed for mixing. After mixing leave it for 10 minutes. Check the seasoning by frying one pakora.</li>
<li>Heat oil and deep fry the pakoras till golden brown on light medium flame.</li>
<li>Remove from oil and place them on the kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.</li>
<li>Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Ingredients Of Mango Yogurt Cream</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>1/2 cup yogurt </li>
<li>1 cup heavy cream </li>
<li>1/2 cup mango puree </li>
<li>2 tbsp sugar </li>
<li>1-1/2 tbsp gelatin powder </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method Of Mango Yogurt Cream</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In a saucepan, heat the cream and bring it to a simmer.</li>
<li> On other side in a small bowl, with a little water, soak the gelatin. Whisk the gelatin into the cream. The cream should not be above 120¨-F, as the strength of the gelatin will be affected. Also, never boil the gelatin.</li>
<li> In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt, sugar and mango puree till smooth.</li>
<li> Combine the cream and the yogurt mango mixture. Whisk well and pour into four greased ramekins. </li>
<li>Chill in the refrigerator overnight. To unmold, quickly place the ramekins into a hot water bath and turn out onto a serving dish. Garnish with fresh mango fan. </li>
