<div dir="ltr">** An note of interest: in searching for a personal client I found that there are currently only 6 listings in the $300K range for Newcastle.  When I added the Issaquah School District criteria, there is only one home at $399K.  The rest of the 24 listings start at $649K and upwards. The great news is that most of the short sale/forclosure inventory has been getting soaked up in the past two months.</div>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt;color: #000000;font-family: Arial">&#8220;Brokers added 9,344 new listings of single family homes and condominiums to inventory during October, the fewest number since December 2008 when the area was experiencing record snow accumulations. At month end, there were 38,159 active listings in the NWMLS database, a drop of 17.4 percent from the same month a year ago. At that time, the inventory included 46,189 residences. </span></p>

Liberty&#8217;s Varsity football team, with an overall 8-1 record, are currently ranked 2nd in the KingCo 3A/2A league standings and are headed to State!   Liberty claimed victories during the month of October against Juanita, Hazen, Interlake and Mt. Si.   The single loss of the season came in a great Homecoming game against Bellevue.

<p><span style="font-size: small"><span style="color: black;font-family: Tunga">The VOICE Mentor Program is looking for community volunteers to work one on one with Issaquah students.  These students are referred by teachers and counselors as needing extra support whether it is academic, social or emotional.  The Volunteer commitment is one hour per week through the school year.  The Volunteers work in the school setting in partnership with the school staff<em><span style="font-weight: bold;font-style: italic"><strong><span style="font-family: Tunga">.  Volunteers routinely state that they make a strong bond with their student and “get more than they give.”  We strive to make the students and mentors time together meaningful and valued.</span></strong></span></em></span><span style="font-size: 7.5pt;color: black;font-family: Verdana"></span></span></p>
