Today, I have come to a number of very unique sites, I mean unique in concept, that allows you to make money on fixed amounts. These sites allows you to make money for sharing things that you can do. It's like selling your own talent, product, or service. However they're not similar to microjob sites since there, you showcase what you can do and let the buyers and advertisers fancy about your offers. They are more of a social marketing and you call your showcase as gigs. I can't describe them deeply but on these sites, you may see services and appealing stuffs that you wouldn't think you will purchase or you're not really thinking to do at the moment.        If you are a genius-like or a nerdy type of person, I'm sure you would have fun facing science challenges and would probably propose some solutions to these challenges. I should have posted about this topic a long time ago but for some reasons, I always forget this. It is only now that I have the urge to write about this "making money online for writing articles". Writing articles is one of the most common ways of making money online. Blogging also includes writing articles. Most writers get paid from the ads displayed on their articles whether he own the ads or by the mother website and from sponsored topics. Most freelance writers get paid from writing articles itself. There are lots of websites that allows us to make money by writing articles. To name a few and some of the popular ones are the following:

1.) Hubpages - when you create articles on hubpages, you call them hubs. HubPages is very popular and you might see some of it's pages when you try googling some topics. It makes you money from your adsense ads and takes 40% of your impressions. It also allows you to display Ebay and Amazon modules if you are an affiliate.

2.) Squidoo - is the main competitor of hubpages. I don't know which one has higher pagerank but on my personal opinion, squidoo offers more ways of making money from articles and it also gives more ways to customize and optimize them. Article pages are called lenses. It also allows Amazon, Ebay, Chitika, Clickbank, LinkShare, ShareALink and many more. My only dislike is that it does not allow certain topics.

3.) Bukisa - allows you to make money per 1000 views of your article. The rate changes but it used to be $4-$5 per 1000 views. I have heard that some authors rewrite their articles from squidoo and hubpages for Bukisa publishing.

4.) Best-Reviewer - is a new site. It's like writing for the tops and bests topics on their categories (i.e. Top money making website). What's good in here is that it is 100% Adsense-sharing, you get all your adsense impressions.

5.) Xomba - used to be a bookmarking site too other than being an article website. It made major changes lately and is now a 50% adsense sharing website! Articles are called xombytes while writers are called xombies... Ahoo...

Paybox.me lost its credibility and it was marked as scam on lot of money making sites and forums. Then after some time a new site called VirtaPay appeared similar to the layout, logo, and everything of PayBox.me. No doubt that they are one but now on a different name and a "dotcom" domain. I still registered knowing that I have nothing to lose if I join. Now, I would like to share my own point of view regarding VirtaPay.

I would like to give VirtaPay the benefit of the doubt that it is not a scam. When it was PayBox.me and it got lost off the internet, it has not been a scam since it has not been involved in any fraudulent means during it's existence. But it may be fake! When I joined it, I do not put much effort but I grab the chance for the bonus money. Perhaps, I won't lose anything except time to register and to log in. Many claimed that they lost their account on PayBox. I checked my registration email and I found out that they have the right to terminate double accounts and accounts that will not be active for a week. Many also used multiple accounts to cheat on the site especially on referrals. Since the processor is in Beta Phase, I think they have the right to terminate accounts and their service especially when they have to transfer domains and hosting as a common process in developing of their service. If you're familiar with PTC sites, most of them resets account after beta phase. I think PayBox.me has all the reason to reset accounts.

Am I in Favor of VirtaPay?

Neither yes or no! I just want to express what I think of this new VirtaPay site, clarify speculations and spread this potential money and so spread my links as well. Majority of sites are on "dotcom" domains today so it's really better for PayBox.me to change it's name. There already PayBox.com and PayBox.net so it has to change it's name to create distinction and obtain a "dotcom" site. Today, it has developed a good strategy which any other processor have ever used, that is, integrating Facebook on their site to stop abuse of multiple accounts and to use the wonder of social networking in the promotion of VirtaPay. They've been having updates through their blogs regarding on the new features to come and one feature that I've been really waiting for is integration with banking which the legitimate payment processors are known for. For this I hope that the site really mean business over the internet. But still I have some doubts so I won't take much effort for now. I have nothing to lose if I'll be a member. Actually right now, I can already send and receive money; and buy and sell products but I don't want to give in especially when I noticed that the products they sell are only digital products for now and one merchant don't even use a top level domain but a sub-domain of a free site creation website Weebly. But that could be just part of a Beta.

I would like to believe that someday it's really going to fully launch so that I can use the money they are giving for free as a bonus today. I would also like to believe that if members continue to support and many people used the site, it will really mean business. I remember on one ebook that I read, even Yahoo, E-Gold, (and even Amazon, I'm not very sure if it was really Amazon) started giving free shares on their company and members just have to promote the site. Many did not believe but look at them now.They are now established companies that genuinely provides service to a lot of internet users. I hope that VirtaPay will have the same fate. The success of the site depends on the members.

Another way of making money online is from video sharing websites. I'm sure you are familiar of youtube so that makes a typical video-sharing website. But unlike youtube, there are other video sites that allows you to make money online. Whether you are a video producer, blogger, or sharer, you can make money! Well you can actually make money from youtube through adsense's Video Ad Solutions but it requires you to have 10,000,000 visitors per month to your videos to apply for the said program. Before I go any further, I will just list these video sharing sites that will allow you to make money.

8.) Blip.tv - revenue sharing on a 50-50 basis for ads that may be valued through CPC (cost per click) or CPA (cost per action). It pays on Paypal upon reaching $10.

9.) Metacafe - pays you $5 for every 1000 views of your videoclip.

10.) PlayHD - pays $10 for every 1000 video streams. You upload or clone videos, then you distribute the video anywhere you want, and you make money. Cloning is the best feature of this site for me because it allows you to copy videos from other websites for you to redistribute.

This day seems to be not so good for me cause I just found out that my Google PageRank is down from 1 to 0. I don't even see any result of my site while I'm searching my site on Google. I have know this affiliate network a long time ago but it is only now that I joined it since I've been seeing lots of praises to this affiliate program. Well it does not necessarily reflect that my decisions in choosing a program fully depends on the number of people that favors it but it has always been part of decisions.

ShareAClick is very popular to publishers today if you would see from different money making forums. It offers pay-per-sale, pay-per-lead, and pay-per-click programs. Awards: 2006 - "AFP Fair Practice Award", January 2007 - "Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Award" for "Affiliate Marketing Advocate" (from Wikipedia).

I heard that they improved their platform especially the merchant platform. Approval and verification of application took me only a day. Minimum pay out is $50. Even though you make a few sales or no sales at all even through ShareASale referral links, ShareASale gives value to you efforts through clicks, this is what I've seen from those I knew that earned from it (I have not proven it by myself).It is evident through EPC (Earning per click).
