&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;İSTANBUL - Telif haklarıyla m&amp;uuml;cadele konusunda İsve&amp;ccedil; halkının girişimleri son bulmuyor. Son olarak &amp;uuml;lkede dosya paylaşımı resmen din olarak kabul edildi.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;BTnet'in haberine g&amp;ouml;re; felsefe &amp;ouml;ğrencisi Isak Gerson&amp;rsquo;un 2010 yılında kurduğu Kopimism Kilisesi, resmi makamlara yaptığı başvuru sonucunda inanış sistemi olarak resmen kabul edildi. Daha &amp;ouml;nce iki kez resmi makamlar tarafından geri &amp;ccedil;evrilen kilise, son başvurusunda istediğini aldı.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;KOPİMİSM NEDİR? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Kopimism (Copymeism olarak okunuyor) T&amp;uuml;rk&amp;ccedil;ede &amp;ldquo;beni kopyala&amp;rdquo; anlamına geliyor. Kilisenin sembol&amp;uuml; ise olduk&amp;ccedil;a basit: Control-C ve Control-V. Kopimistlerin inancına g&amp;ouml;re, bilgiyi kopyalamak ve paylaşmak etik olarak doğru ve bilgelik asla saklı kalmamalı. İ&amp;ccedil;eriğin yeniden d&amp;uuml;zenlenmesi (remix) de bu din de farklı bir &amp;lsquo;ruh&amp;rsquo; inancıyla tanımlanıyor.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinde, Kopimist inancını anlatan ve diğerlerine Kopimistlerin yolundan gitmesi i&amp;ccedil;in telkinlerde bulunan Oparnas denilen rahipler de bulunuyor. Kilisenin şu anda 3 binden fazla resmi &amp;uuml;yesi, inananı bulunuyor. Son altı ayda &amp;uuml;ye sayısı y&amp;uuml;zde 200 artış g&amp;ouml;stermiş.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;İsve&amp;ccedil;&amp;rsquo;in Kopimism&amp;rsquo;i bir din olarak kabul etmesi, hen&amp;uuml;z &amp;uuml;lkede dosya paylaşımının yasal olduğunu g&amp;ouml;stermiyor. Yine de bu girişim &amp;ouml;nemli bir adım olarak kabul edilebilir. Kilisenin kurucusu Isak Gerson bir r&amp;ouml;portajında şunları s&amp;ouml;yl&amp;uuml;yor: &amp;ldquo;Hala kopyalamak bir&amp;ccedil;oğu i&amp;ccedil;in yasal bir engel olarak g&amp;ouml;r&amp;uuml;l&amp;uuml;yor. Bir&amp;ccedil;ok insan hala kopyalama ve yeniden d&amp;uuml;zenleme yaparken hapse d&amp;uuml;şmekten edişe ediyor. Umuyorum Kopimi bunu değiştirecek.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

Everything from my HDR Video Tutorial to eBooks to Apps. Fine. It's all there on PirateBay and MegaUpload and all that stuff. Here are the reasons why I don't mind:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 18px;"&gt;1) Theft of bits are like the Tic Tacs that get stolen from the 7-11. It's the cost of doing business on the Internet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 18px;"&gt;2) It is a LONG life. Many people that pirate stuff now from me just don't have any money. But, they like me and want my stuff. Some day, when they have money and get their financial act under control - maybe even in five years - I'll still be around. And then, they'll think, "You know what? I like that Trey guy... he put out stuff in the past that I like, and now I will start buying his new stuff."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 18px;"&gt;3) The "pirates" are part of my community. Not everyone in the community has equal means. Pirates are not cretins riddled with immoral behavior in every part of their life. These are all generally good people who would gladly support me, their friendly local neighborhood artist, if they could easily afford it. They can't now, but they will be able to some day... I give them something now, and they will give me something later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 18px;"&gt;For example, 24 years ago in high school, I used to pirate Sid Meier games on my Amiga (including a game called Pirates). Now that I have money, I buy every single game that Sid Meier puts out.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;p /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 18px;"&gt;4) Pirates have friends that have money. It's still word-of-mouth, the most effective friend-to-friend marketing in the world. If pirates like what you do, they'll tell their friends. Not everyone is so handy with bittorrent and this sort of thing. &lt;p&gt;NASA's prolific &lt;a href="http://marsprogram.jpl.nasa.gov/mro/" target="_blank"&gt;Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter&lt;/a&gt; turns five Earth years old Thursday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since settling into orbit around the Red Planet on March 10, 2006, MRO has transmitted more data to Earth -- 131 trillion bits and more than 70,000 images so far -- than all other interplanetary missions combined.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After the orbiter finished all its initial science objectives in the first two years, NASA extended its lifetime twice. The extra time let MRO watch Mars change over two-and-a-half Martian years, giving a new picture of a shifting, dynamic planet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"Each Mars year is unique, and additional coverage gives us a better chance to understand the nature of changes in the atmosphere and on the surface," said &lt;a href="http://zipcodemars.jpl.nasa.gov/bio-contribution.cfm?bid=346&amp;amp;cid=306&amp;amp;pid=295" target="_blank"&gt;Rich Zurek&lt;/a&gt; of NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab in a &lt;a href="http://www.jpl.nasa.gov/news/news.cfm?release=2011-073" target="_blank"&gt;press release&lt;/a&gt;. "We have already learned that Mars is a more dynamic and diverse planet than what we knew five years ago. We continue to see new things."&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;MRO carries &lt;a href="http://marsprogram.jpl.nasa.gov/mro/mission/instruments/" target="_blank"&gt;six science instruments&lt;/a&gt;, including radar that peels back the layers of the Martian surface, a spectrometer that has mapped the mineral content of three-quarters of the planet, and a weather camera that monitors clouds and dust storms.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But the show stopper is the HiRise camera (High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment), which can resolve features the size of a beach ball from 180 miles away.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To date, HiRise has snapped more than &lt;a href="http://hirise.lpl.arizona.edu/katalogos.php" target="_blank"&gt;18,500 close ups&lt;/a&gt; of Mars' canyons, craters and dunes. In honor of MRO's fifth birthday, here are some of our favorites.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Yitik Sanatçı: Pierre Brassau</title>

&lt;p&gt;1964 yılında, İsveç’in Göteborg şehrinde, ismi duyulmamış bir Fransız ressamın tabloları sergilenir. Sergide 4 yenilikçi eseri yer alan bu yitik sanatçının adı, Pierre Brassau’dur.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pierre Brassau’nun tabloları, sanat camiasında şaşkınlıkla ve hayranlıkla karşılanır. Pek çok eleştirmen, böylesine güçlü bir sanatçının adını nasıl olup da daha önce duymadıklarını kara kara düşünmeye başlarlar. İsveç gazetelerinde, &lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;günlerce sanatçı hakkında köşe yazıları yayınlanır. Hatta &lt;em&gt;Posten&lt;/em&gt; isimli sabah gazetesinde, Rolf Anderberg, sanatçının çalışmalarını şöyle yorumlayacaktır:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Brassau, güçlü fırça darbeleriyle ve daha da önemlisi açık bir kararlılıkla boyuyor. Fırça darbeleri, öfkeli bir müşkülpesentlikle kıvrılıyor.”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bütün kargaşayı ve heyecanı, keyifle takip eden birisi vardır: Åke “Dacke” Axelsson isimli bir muhabir. Axelsson, Brassau’nun tablolarını sergileyen kişidir ve ressamla ilgili olumlu eleştirileri her duyduğunda, içinden haykırarak gülmek gelmesine rağmen, bir şekilde kendisini tutabilmektedir.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ancak onca hayranının arasında, Brassau’nun çalışmasını beğenmeyen bir eleştirmen de çıkar ve&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;“Yalnızca bir maymun bunu yapmış olabilir” &lt;/strong&gt;diye konuşur.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Axelsson, gülümseyerek başını sallar. Çünkü eleştirmen, belki de ilk defa bir eleştirisinde bu kadar isabet elde etmiştir.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Evet, Pierre Brassau, gerçekten bir &lt;strong&gt;maymun&lt;/strong&gt;dur. Daha detaylandırmak gerekirse, Batı Afrika’dan gelme “Peter” isimli 4 yaşında bir maymundur ve İsveç’in Boras Hayvanat Bahçesi’nde ikamet etmektedir.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Peki nereden çıkmıştır bu hikaye?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Her şey, Axelsson’ın, sanat eleştirmenlerinin bol kepçeden attıklarını ve yenilikçi bir modern sanat eseri ile bir maymunun çizimleri arasında fark bulamayacaklarını iddia etmesiyle başlar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Axelsson, pek çok kişinin düşündüğü bu iddiasını, ispatlamak ister. Hem bu iddiasını ispatlayabilirse, daha meşhur olabilecektir.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Gider, Peter’ın 17 yaşındaki bakıcısını, maymuna boya ve fırça vermesi için ikna eder. Boyalar ve fırça kafese bırakılır ve Axelsson olacakları merakla seyretmeye koyulur.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;İlk bir kaç deneme başarısızlıkla sonuçlanır. Görünüşe göre Peter, kendisine verilen boyalarla tuvali boyamak yerine, boyaları yemeyi tercih etmektedir. Özellikle Kobalt Mavisinin ekşi tadından büyük keyif alır.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ancak harcanan bir kaç kutu boya ve parçalanan bir kaç tuvalden sonra, midesine indirdiği boyaların etkisiyle midir bilinmez, Peter’ın içindeki sanatçı (!) kişiliği ön plana çıkar. Fırçasını boya kutularına daldırmaya ve tuvalleri değişik şekillerle boyamaya başlar. Kolayca tahmin edebileceğiniz gibi, çalışmalarında ağırlıkla kullandığı renk Kobalt Mavisi olur.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Peter’ın yorulmak bilmeden yaptığı çalışmalardan dördünü seçen Axelsson, bu tabloların, yakın zamanda açılacak bir sergide sergilenmesi için bir galeriyle anlaşır.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Öyle de olur ve yukarıda bahsettiğimiz gibi, tablolar çok ses getirir. Ancak, bu tabloların bir maymun tarafından boyandığı ortaya çıktığında, yukarıda eleştirisine yer verdiğimiz Rolf Anderberg, erkekliğe leke sürdürmez, bu çalışmaların yine de sergideki en başarılı çalışmalar olduğunu söylemeyi sürdürür.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bir koleksiyoncu, Peter’ın çalışmalarından birini o günün parasıyla 90 dolara&lt;em&gt; (Bugün 600 küsür dolar eder)&lt;/em&gt; satın alır.&lt;/p&gt;
