It is awfully easy to make a wrong step or turn in this confused and corrupt world. Take the stress out of your daily walk by starting each day with the “Foot-KEEPER”–Jesus Christ. Psalm 91:11 promises that “He will keep you in ALL your ways . . .”

Therefore:

“Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In ALL your WAYS acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight ” – Proverbs 3:5, 6.

Have a safe and sure walk today and always.

THANK YOU FOR BEING THE “ALL-MY-WAYS” (Psalm 91:11) KEEPER, AND I TURN MY LIFE AND ALL MY CONCERNS OVER TO YOU—my health, hurts, bad habits, pride, spouse, children, grand-children, siblings, relatives, friends, lack of finances, bills, and everything else that distracts me from serving you the way that I should.

YOU KNOW MY END FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF MY EXISTENCE. PLEASE REMIND ME OF THIS WHENEVER I AM TEMPTED TO DOUBT YOUR ABILITY TO ADEQUATELY TAKE CARE OF ME,TO KEEP ME IN ALL MY WAYS.

DO YOU REALLY KNOW GOD, OR JUST SIMPLY KNOW ABOUT GOD?

The ONLY way to truly know God is to experience His LIFE, through Jesus, on the inside; and through that LIFE, receive Christ revelation of Him. ONE CAN ONLY EXPERIENCE GOD’S LIFE ON THE INSIDE WHEN HE/SHE IS BORN OF GOD THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST, HIS SON AND OUR SAVIOR (John 1:12, 13).

The Bible clearly states that no one through his human searching could find out God (Job 11:7).

FURTHER:

No man has ever seen God at any time; the only unique Son, or the only begotten God, Who is in the bosom [in the intimate presence] of the Father, He has declared Him [He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known] – John 1:18, The Amplified Bible.

Jesus said:

“All things have been handed over to Me by My Father; and no one KNOWS the Son except the Father; nor does anyone KNOW the Father except the Son, and ANYONE to whom the Son wills to reveal Him”- Matthew 11:27, NASB.

THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD COMES ONLY THROUGH DIVINE REVELATION; NEVER THROUGH HUMAN INVESTIGATION. THIS KNOWLEDGE IS NOT INTELLECTUAL, BUT EXPERIENTIAL; NOT NATURAL, BUT SUPERNATURAL. AND GOD’S LIFE ON THE INSIDE (which is eternal) IS THE INDISPENSABLE KEY TO KNOWING HIM.

HE (GOD) SAID: “BE STILL, AND  KNOW THAT I AM GOD ”– Psalm 46:10

ETERNAL LIFE (EL) IS A DONE DEAL IN JESUS CHRIST (JC); and here is its UNCHANGEABLE formula:

EL = JC  U  (JC in ME) = EL.

The mathematical formula reads: Eternal Life = Jesus Christ in Union with (Jesus Christ in Me) = Eternal Life. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

The Bible says that “Anyone who is joined to Christ is ONE spirit with Him” (1 Cor. 6:17). The spirit (not flesh) is where ETERNAL LIFE RESIDES; for it is Only Spirit that gives LIFE (John 6:63).

Every believer became a partaker of God’s life in his spirit when he/she was born again (or regenerated) by the Spirit of Jehovah (John 1:12, 13). The believer was not only born anew, but also born again of incorruptible (or indestructible and eternal)  SEED–Jesus (1 Peter 1:23). Jesus confirmed this reality when He pointed out to Nicodemus, “that which is born of the flesh is flesh, that which is born of the Spirit (God) is spirit” (John 3:6).

The apostle Paul also mentioned that the believer’s spirit is from God (1 Corinthians 2:12); and that the Holy Spirit, Himself, bears witness to our spirit, confirming that we are indeed God’s children (Romans 8:15, 16).

ESSENTIALLY, IT THIS UNION OF CHRIST SPIRIT WITH OURS THAT MAKES ETERNAL LIFE A “PRESENT” REALITY FOR THE CHILD OF GOD.

In this regard, John says that the believer must know that he has ETERNAL LIFE–i.e. right now. Here is the full picture:

“And this is the testimony: God HAS GIVEN eternal life, and THIS LIFE  is in His SON. HE WHO HAS THE SON HAS LIFE; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that YOU HAVE eternal life” – 1 John 5:11-13

“Deliver me according to Your WORD” – Psalm 119:170

OUR WORLD AND OUR LIVES ARE UNDER CONSTANT ATTACK BY ALL TYPES EVIL FORCES IN THE NATURAL AND SPIRITUAL REALM. IF WE ARE TO SURVIVE THEIR CEASELESS ASSAULTS, WE MUST PRAY DAILY FOR DELIVERANCE.

Just as Jesus taught us to pray “GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD,” He also said that we should pray daily: “AND DELIVER US FROM ALL EVIL.”

God promises that (1) HE WOULD BE OUR HIDING PLACE. (2) HE WILL PRESERVE US FROM TROUBLE. (3) HE SURROUND US WITH SONGS OF DELIVERANCE – Psalm 32:7

Therefore, to survive all the craziness that’s going on in our world, we must pray daily: “DELIVER ME ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD” (Psalm 119:170).

GOD IS WAITING TO HEAR FROM YOU!

“Establish my footsteps in Your WORD, And do not let any iniquity have dominion over me” – Psalm 119:133

THE ONLY WAY TO WALK STRAIGHT IN A VERY EVIL AND CROOKED WORLD IS THE WALK IN THE WORD OF GOD. THE ONLY WAY TO HAVE DOMINION OVER SIN AND INIQUITY IS TO LIVE IN, AND BY, THE WORD.

There are 3 very important reasons to pray this prayer (Psalm 119:133) daily:

1. ON OUR OWN, WE ARE TOTALLY INCAPABLE OF WALKING RIGHT (by God’s standard). The prophet Jeremiah confirms this in God’s Word:

• “I know, O LORD, that a man’s way is not in himself, Nor is it in a man who walks to direct his steps” (Jeremiah 10:23)

2. OUR PERCEPTION OF RIGHT AND WRONG IS FLAWED BECAUSE OF OUR SIN CONDITION. OUR MIND ARE INSUFFICIENT (operating on its own) TO DETERMINE TRUTH AND ERROR, RIGHT AND WRONG.

• The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? (Jeremiah 17:9).
• There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death (Proverbs 16:25).

3. THE ONLY WAY TO TRUE ERADICATE SIN FROM ONE’S LIFE IS TO DAILY MEDITATE & LIVE BY THE WORD OF GOD STORED IN THE HEART.

• “Your word I have treasured in my heart, That I may not sin against You” (Psalm 119:11).

GOD PROMISES THAT THE PERSON WHO DELIGHTS IN, AND MEDITATES ON, HIS WORD DAY AND NIGHT SHALL BE LIKE A TREE (symbol of life) PLANTED BY THE RIVERS OF WATER, WHICH BRINGS FORTH FRUITS IN SEASON. HIS LEAVES SHALL NOT WITHER (he works will not end in futility), AND WHATEVER HE DOES WILL PROSPER – Psalm 1:2, 3.

WE ALL NEED THIS KIND OF PROSPERITY IN OUR LIVES RIGHT NOW, SO LET’S ALL PRAY:

“Establish my footsteps in Your WORD, And do not let any iniquity have dominion over me” – Psalm 119:133

“Sustain me according to Your WORD, that I may live; And do not let me be ashamed of my hope” – Psalm 119:116

WHEN THE BURDEN OF LIFE GETS TOO HEAVY AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE, REMEMBER THAT GOD IS ONLY A PRAYER AWAY AND WILL GIVE A LISTENING EAR. THEREFORE, “CAST YOUR BURDEN UPON THE LORD AND HE WILL SUSTAIN YOU; HE WILL NEVER ALLOW THE RIGHTEOUS TO BE SHAKEN (Psalm 55:22).

A very popular song asks the thought-provoking questions:

“Are you tired of chasing pretty rainbows?” “Are you tired of spinning round and round?”

The answer in the song says:”WRAP UP ALL THE SHATTERED DREAMS OF YOUR LIFE, AND AT THE FEET OF JESUS LAY THEM DOWN.”

The song further invites us to GIVE ALL OUR SHATTERED DREAMS, PROBLEMS AND BURDENS TO JESUS. The apostle Peter agrees with the song-writer. He says: “CAST ALL YOUR CARES UPON HIM (JESUS), FOR HE CARE FOR YOU” (1 Peter 5:7).

Do not wait till the burden becomes too heavy for you to bear. Turn to your heavenly Father daily and pray: “SUSTAIN ME ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD THAT I MAY LIVE, AND DO NOT LET ME BE ASHAMED OF MY HOPE” (Psalm 119:116).

Here is GOD’S ASSURANCE for you:

“THOUGHT THE YOUTHS GROW WEARY AND TIRED, AND VIGOROUS YOUNG MEN STUMBLE AND FALL, YET THOSE WHO WAIT FOR THE LORD WILL GAIN NEW STRENGTH; THEY WILL MOUNT UP WITH WINGS LIKE EAGLES. THEY WILL RUN AND NOT GET TIRED. THEY WILL WALK AND NOT BECOME WEARY” (Isaiah 40:30, 31).

HAVE FAITH IN GOD! TAKE YOUR BURDENS TO HIM & LEAVE THEM THERE!!!

O may Your lovingkindness comfort me, according to Your WORD to Your servant – Psalm 119:76

IF LIFE HAS DEALT YOU SOME HARSH AND CRUEL BLOWS, AND EARTHLY SORROWS HAVE ROBBED YOU OF YOUR JOY AND DRIVE, GOD IS ABLE TO LIFT YOU FROM YOUR VALLEY OF DARKNESS AND MAKE YOUR HEART SING AGAIN. HE PROMISES:

Even though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, He is with you. His rod of protection and His staff of support will comfort you (Psalm 23:4). HE WILL NEVER LEAVE OR FORSAKE YOU (Hebrews 13:5).

He is the  FATHER OF MERCIES AND GOD OF ALL COMFORT, WHO COMFORTS US in ALL OUR AFFLICTION so that we will be able TO COMFORT those who are in any affliction, with THE COMFORT with which we ourselves are COMFORTED BY GOD (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4).

WHATEVER MAY BE THE CAUSE OF OUR SORROW AND DISCOMFORT, GOD’S UNFAILING LOVE IS MORE THAN ABLE TO BRING US THROUGH IT. HIS MYSTERIOUS PROVIDENCE AND ALL-SUFFICIENT GRACE ALSO  MAKE USE OF OUR EXPERIENCE TO PROVIDE COMFORT FOR OTHER, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME PROVIDING HEALING AND RESTORATION TO OUR SOULS.

If you are in the vale of sorrow and despair right now, then turn to the GOD OF ALL COMFORT and pray: “O MAY YOUR LOVINGKINDNESS COMFORT ME, ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD TO YOUR SERVANT” (Psalm 119:76). GOD WILL FULFILL HIS WORD TO YOU! HIS PEACE WITH PASSES ALL HUMAN UNDERSTANDING WILL SUSTAIN YOUR HEART AND MIND (Philippians 4:7). JESUS PROMISED:

“Come unto me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” WHY NOT TAKE HIM UP ON THIS GRACIOUS OFFER TODAY?

If God have already comforted you, ask Him to complete your healing and restoration by empowering you to be a source of HOPE and COMFORT to others, with the COMFORT with which God has COMFORTED  you (2 Corinthians 1:4).

IN A SECULAR WORLD THAT HAS LOST ITS BEARINGS AND RESTRAINT ON ISSUES PERTAINING TO TRUTH, MORALITY, AND “BASIC” GODLINESS, LIFE FOR MANY HAS BECOME CONFUSED AND CRAZY. THE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT OF MODERN SOCIETY IS LARGELY CHARACTERIZED BY A  FORM OF LIVING IN WHICH AN INDIVIDUAL DOES WHAT HE PERCEIVES AS RIGHT IN HIS OWN EYES.

THE GROWING ABSENCE OF ABSOLUTE STANDARDS OF RIGHT AND WRONG, GOOD AND EVIL, HAS NOT ONLY MAGNIFIED THE THREAT AGAINST PUBLIC AND PERSONAL SAFETY, BUT ALSO  HAS UNDERMINED, VERY SERIOUSLY, AN INDIVIDUAL’S ABILITY TO MAKE THE BEST DECISIONS FOR HIS/HER LIFE.

HOW CAN ONE HAVE GOOD JUDGMENT IN A WORLD WHERE VALUES AND STANDARD ARE RELATIVE AND NEGOTIABLE? HOW CAN ONE MAKE RIGHT CHOICES WHEN NOTHING IN OUR PRESENT WORLD SEEMS WRONG ANYMORE? HOW CAN ONE FIND TRUTH TODAY WHEN THE FACTS OF LIFE KEEP CHANGING WHAT TRUTH WAS ONCE SAID TO BE?

MAKING RIGHT DECISION TODAY IS VERY TOUGH AT BEST!!!

THIS IS TRULY A TIME FOR ALL TO PRAY: “O LORD, ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD, TEACH ME GOOD JUDGMENT AND KNOWLEDGE” (Psalm 119:65, 66).

The Psalmist once asked, “HOW CAN A YOUNG MAN KEEP HIS WAY PURE–I.E. STRAIGHT OR RIGHT” (Psalm 119:9)? Inspiration from God gave him his answer: “BY LIVING ACCORDING TO YOUR (GOD’S) WORD” (Psalm 119:9).

THE LIVING WORD OF GOD IS THE ONLY TRUSTWORTHY COMPASS THE LIFE OF MANKIND ON PLANET EARTH.

IN THE VERY CENTER OF THAT WORD (Psalm 118:8), WE ARE COUNSELED: It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man (Psalm 118:8).

WE ARE FURTHER INSTRUCTED: “Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man in whom there is no help” (Psalm 146:3); FOR “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death (Proverbs 16:25). “. . . a man’s way is not in himself, nor is it in a man who walks to direct his steps.
