This keynote address given in 2012 at Rudolf Steiner College in Fair Oaks, CA begins with a survey of the hierarchy of human consciousness as seen in Plato and Aristotle.

The theme is then advanced to the Gnostic imagination of the fall of the Pistis Sophia as an archetype of contemporary consciousness. The role of meditation and spiritual technique is then illustrated as a healing of this fall of the Sophia.

Parenting as Initiation

This lecture was given to parents and faculty of the Sacramento Waldorf School in 2012. The topic addresses the original state of consciousness of human beings where the divine consciousness and the personality are mixed in the young child. Then it is necessary for these two outlooks to separate in order for freedom of the individuality to result. This creates the divine - persona axis that reaches a peak in adolescence. The task is to then unite these two separate states of consciousness again in the search for initiation.

Sacred Agriculture Keynote Speech at 2012 Biodynamics Conference

This keynote address given in Madison Wisconsin at the National Biodynamic Conference began with an explanation of how numinous experience of the transcendent dimension of nature is transformed into an experience of the sacredness of nature through understanding. The idea was enlarged into a description of the difference between the ancient hunter religion and the planter religion recognized by anthropologists.

This course represents the fruits of a life long study of the healing forces present in color by Dennis Klocek. The intent is to build a bridge between the laws of color represented in the sciences and the potentials for color therapy in psychology. The Deep U - Presencing

The crux of the Theory U methodologies is found in the bottom of the U in what is sometimes called the deep U. This is the realm of presencing, the place where old beliefs and shadow elements are revealed as impediments to further progress and are abandoned into a soul space where a person tries to make him or herself open to inspirations of the heart. These inspirations theoretically allow the person or the organization to transcend dysfunction and move on to a dynamic stage of embodying the heart inspirations into action. In theory this is quite in line with esoteric practice.
