Scrap Gold 23K or 24K gold can refining from e-waste.This is what I started with about 9 pounds of broken up CPUs, mostly early Pentiums, and some 486s. There’s also some 23k or 24k gold "finger" from computer cards. This is what I recommend for beginners to start with. Do NOT include computer “pins”, or the 23K /24K gold plated square metal plates that come off the CPUs when you break them up, save them to process later, after you have more experience.

ATTENTION : Gold - 24k gold and how to refining scrap 23K or 24K Gold from e-waste.

Always Use rubber gloves, a rubber apron and goggles or a facemask.Acid spilled on the skin is not a great danger if immediately washed off with fresh water. This is always the first thing to do, flush the skin with plenty of water. Usually this is all that is necessary.

If acid gets directly in the eyes, you must flush them with PLENTY OF WATER IMMEDIATELY. You must ALWAYS have a large quantity of fresh water INSTANTLY available. A difference of 15 seconds could mean the loss of eyesight.

I would recommend having a clean 5 gallon plastic bucket filled with clean warm water that you could get to and dunk your head in, within 2 SECONDS.

You could also use an eyewash station, a faucet pointed upwards, or a shower, with an emergency pullcord.

REMEMBER: Always add acid to water, never add water to acid. When dealing with HOT solutions, be extremely cautious, and add the acid slowly, perhaps drop by drop, until you are sure there will not be a violent reaction.

Any solution that has had acid added to it should NOT be tightly stoppered, gas bubbles can continue to form, and cause a spray of liquid in your face when the stopper is removed.
Here’s another view of the acid working on the chips. This is showing the 9 pounds of chips in a 5 gallon drywall “mud” bucket.

This gives you an idea as to the amount of space they take up. Also, you always want to work with containers that have lots and lots of extra room than you will ever expect to need, that way if something goes awry, you’ll have a moment more to react to the situation at hand. 24k gold and Refining Gold view for free this page. It will now generate its own heat from the chemical reactions going on COOKING 23K or 24K gold. Lots of fumes being produced. Dangerous.Boiling like crazy, time to cover up this fuming hazard.

Very carefully pour or siphon off the blue, green, or yellow liquid into the second bucket without disturbing the sediment on the bottom of the first bucket. Don’t even think about starting a siphon using your mouth! I start the siphon by prefilling the siphon tube with water, putting a finger of each end of the tube while wearing rubber gloves, and then releasing my fingers once the ends of the tube are submerged in the containers. Now add anywhere from a cup to a gallon of water to the first bucket (I add very little water, it’s up to you how much you want to add). This will stir up the remaining liquid and all the sediment. Let this settle for a while. Then with a cloth filter on the second bucket, slowly pour or siphon this liquid into the second bucket, adding it to the solution you already poured into the second bucket. A sheet will work as a filter, or better yet, I like the sheer material that’s used on a wedding gown. I don’t always use a filter, usually I just carefully pour off the liquid being sure to not let any sediment carry over.

Warning: This stuff is dangerous, the fumes are wicked. Don’t breathe them. Do this outdoors. Use a mask or a fan or be upwind. Be sure children or pets cannot accidentally get near it or the fumes.

Liquid Gold

Liquid is one of the three primary states of matter, with the others being solid and gas. A liquid is a fluid. Unlike a solid, the molecules in a liquid have a much greater freedom to move. The forces that bind the molecules together in a solid are only temporary in a liquid, allowing a liquid to flow while a solid remains rigid.

A liquid, like a gas, displays the properties of a fluid. A liquid can flow, assume the shape of a container, and, if placed in a sealed container, will distribute applied pressure evenly to every surface in the container. Unlike a gas, a liquid may not always mix readily with another liquid, will not always fill every space in the container, forming its own surface, and will not compress significantly, except under extremely high pressures. These properties make a liquid suitable for applications such as hydraulics.

Liquid particles are bound firmly but not rigidly. They are able to move around one another freely, resulting in a limited degree of particle mobility. As the temperature increases, the increased vibrations of the molecules causes distances between the molecules to increase. When a liquid reaches its boiling point, the cohesive forces that bind the molecules closely together break, and the liquid changes to its gaseous state (unless superheating occurs). If the temperature is decreased, the distances between the molecules become smaller. When the liquid reaches its freezing point the molecules will usually lock into a very specific order, called crystallizing, and the bonds between them become more rigid, changing the liquid into its solid state.
It’s only been about an hour.Everything’s stripped clean, and the yellow color indicates plenty of 23K or 24K gold.

Short information about precious metal, read this : A precious metal is a rare, naturally occurring metallic chemical element of high economic value, which is not radioactive (excluding natural polonium, radium, actinium and protactinium). Chemically, the precious metals are less reactive than most elements, have high lustre, are softer or more ductile, and have higher melting points than other metals. History cally, precious metals were important as currency, but are now regarded mainly as investment and industrial commodities. 24K Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium each have an ISO 4217 currency code. The best-known precious metals are the coinage metals gold and silver. While both have industrial uses, they are better known for their uses in art, jewellery and coinage. Other precious metals include the platinum group metals: ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium, and platinum, of which platinum is the most widely traded. The demand for precious metals is driven not only by their practical use, but also by their role as investments and a store of value. Historically, precious metals have commanded much higher prices than common industrial metals. In January 2009, 24K gold was about $840.00/troy ounce and silver was about $11.00/troy ounce, compared to copper at $0.11/troy ounce and nickel at $0.36/troy ounce.(source :WIKIPEDIA)

Gold Bullion a Real Gold

Don’t use too much gas pressure, or too large a flame. I use a fine Oxy/MAPP gas torch to burn and burn gold.Get more 23K or 24K gold nugget with fire process.

The brown “mud” (23K or 24K gold) begins to look like gold as it melts. IMPORTANT NOTE: You will see that the gold is forming around the perimeter. I make this happen by putting the firebrick on a turntable, that I spin very slowing by hand. It lets me use the torch flame to always “push” the melting 23K or 24K gold in towards the center.

When the gold nugget is done forming, I then look for little beads left in the flux on the firebrick. You can use the torch flame to melt and “push” away the flux to reveal any hidden beads underneath the flux. When I find one, I then push the HOT 23K or 24K gold bullion nugget with a stainless steel spoon over the little bead. Then I reheat the nugget, since it’s so hot already, it takes just a small amount of heat to remelt it, when this happens, it also melts the little bead underneath it, and they are joined together. This is a real my friend's.

Warning: This stuff is dangerous, the fumes are wicked. Don’t breathe them. Do this outdoors. Use a mask, or a fan, or be upwind. Be sure children or pets cannot accidentally get near it or the fumes.

Privacy Policy
