Here's the video performances of Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards. Bruno Mars opens the show with “Treasure.” Shania Twain takes the stage to hand out the first award, Top Rap Artist. She confesses that she loves rap music.

Earlier this year, Bieber became the first artist with five No. 1 albums before their 19th birthday, when his "Believe Acoustic" album debuted in the top spot of the Billboard 200 chart. "Believe" spawned the Top 10 hits "As Long As You Love Me" and "Beauty and a Beat" over the past year.

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) sitting as the National Board of Canvassers Thursday night- May 16 proclaimed the top six senatorial winners, overruling a call by the United Nationalist Alliance to hold it on account of unresolved questions about the slow transmission of results.

UNA Senator-elect, Nancy Binay did not attend the proclamation since she felt that there is no substatial reason for Comelec to do the proclanmation at an early stage. Senator Nancy Binay airs her side during her interview on 24 Oras.

Proclaimed were five senators-elect from Team PNoy: Ma. Grace Poe-Llamanzares, Loren Legarda, Alan Peter Cayetano, Francis Joseph Escudero and Juan Edgardo Angara; and one from UNA, Nancy Binay who was fifth.

Fast and Furious star, Vin Diesel said that he is very interested to shoot the next “Fast & Furious” installment in the Philippines.

“Our tour here was so incredible that when I go back to LA and when we start doing, developing 7, 8, 9, I will tell Universal that I want to shoot in the Philippines. That is because of you,” Diesel said Wednesday at the premiere night of “Fast & Furious 6.”

“This is the best premiere I’ve ever been to in my life. As you know my sister-in-law is from the Philippines and she told me to say this: ‘Mahal ko kayo’,” Diesel told the crowd, according to ABS-CBN News.

Fitri Cerado is an 8- year old girl. When you first meet her, you would think that she is just another and happy kid. She was born in Indonesia on in November, 2003, to Filipino parents. Her mother and father were both working in Indonesia at the time she was born. She currently still lives and goes to school there. At an early age, Fitri showed interest in singing and music. She was only a toddler when she started to listen to Mozart and watch Indian music videos. When she was three, she started to learn singing from her father. She started a local music school, to take singing and piano lessons. She enjoyed performing from the beginning, and started performing. In 2011, she entered the Super Wani 2 competition, the largest talent show of Indonesia. She was chosen one of the best of 5-600 contestants, and after the finals, when she had to beat 19 other contestants, she was awarded first place.

This marks the second time that foreign tourist arrivals breached the one-million mark in the first quarter, setting the pace for the Department of Tourism to reach its 5.5 million arrival target for 2013.
