An ingenious example of speech and politics occurred recently in the United Nations Assembly that made the world community smile.

A representative from India began: ‘Before beginning my talk I want to tell you something about Rishi Kashyap of Kashmir, after whom Kashmir is named.

When he struck a rock and it brought forth water, he thought, ‘What a good opportunity to have a bath.’

He removed his clothes, put them aside on the rock and entered the water.

When he got out and wanted to dress, his clothes had vanished. A Pakistani had stolen them.’

The Pakistani representative jumped up furiously and shouted, ‘What are you talking about? The Pakistanis weren’t there then.’

The Indian representative smiled and said, ‘And now that we have made that clear, I will begin my speech.’

And they say Kashmir belongs to them………………………………………..

I was looking for response from our national media and How much they are giving attention and I was appalled to see response from some our media .

Here is front page images from ibnlive who has hardly given any attention to this news and is covering what Raj and MNS is doing , it is real disgusting. It might be there on there site but isn’t a national catastrophe demands full coverage for one day .

I hope IBN grows up and gives proper attention to this.

TimesofIndia and NDTV were gracious and have put the news on front page .

Sometime I get fill with rage and this is one of the day , look at the image below from ibnlive on Jammu hostage crisis taken from there front page where 3 militants are holed up in house and making kids and women all totaling seven as hostage.

Now instead of reporting this situation with heart and more humanely attitude ,  ibn has  termed this as “Hostage Drama in Jammu” . What type of national newspaper will think this as “Drama” . I would like to remind ibnlive that this is no Drama ,  this is real life situation where 3 trained militants with real bullets have kept seven real people hostage in a locality with real people. People facing these real bullets are our brave soldiers who god forbid can  die or become injure. One army officer has already being killed on duty by these militants while on there way to the house.

It’s high time that such stupid reporting is stopped and our so called national media realize when it is matter of life and death it is no drama.

So I have decided to create a dedicated blog for movies and related content at movies.newscrux.com . Blog will have videos , reviews , promos wall paper et. al and will  focus only on bollywood.

This place will continue to flourish and will have content related to non-bollywood.

Question is who is bigger star of bollywood is it Don SRK or  Kinng Akshay ? I am not asking for number one because as long as Amitabh is present there can be no dispute. So let’s compare Akshay and SRK and  in terms of hits Akshay has given more hits then Shahrukh in last few years with Phir Hera Pheri  and  Bhagam Bhag in 2006 , Namastey London , Heyy Baby , Bhool Bhulaiyya and Welcome in 2007 compared to SRK’s 2 Don in 2006 and OSO and Chak De in 2007.

My personal choice is Akshay as he can carry comedy and action better then SRK and his comedy doesn’t ridicule anyone (remember Manoj Kumar in OSO ) . Akshay has worked with lesser known directors barring Tashan (which anyway was  flop of the year) and unknown actresses . On the contrary SRK works with bigger directors,bigger banners , proven actresses with overly friendly media .It is hard to differentiate is SRK a marketing manager or actor or a big manipulator as it is hard to digest how media can  laud OSO and demean Singh is Kinng as both movies were masala movies so one critic should either laud both or demean both unless they are being paid by SRK.

Movie  is about a brat(Akshay) from Punjab village who  goes  to Australia  to bring  fellow brats who have become Don there and ruining village name. Movie is carried by Akshay and he is heart and soul of the movie putting lot of energy and looking cool even at this age . Om Puri has put hilarious performance  . Katrina role is not much in first half but her chemistry with Akshay is great. Supporting cast has significant role and have given some funny moments like visual representation of “boiling blood” and using fingers to show feelings.

High point of the movie is the shots which Askhay has taken on “Don” and shows  as coming of age for Akshay and his comments that Amitabh is real King of bollywood makes such shots more intresting . So if you are looking for some weekend fun and time pass or has some time on weekdays  then I would definitely suggest this movie . Have Fun !!!

If the film Singh is Kinng our interest, it is because of the occasional comic moments and mostly since Kumar is there to carry the burden of a poorly written script. And he does it with a smile on his face. He is having fun entertaining us — even when the film is going nowhere.

Review for Singh is Kinng on Buzz18 has been on the same line and they have given rating of 2.5/5 and on why movie will work is

Essentially the film had a great premise. But the ideas and gags haven’t been fleshed out too well. If there is one area where the film lacks punch I would say not enough attention has been paid to the pace and the script. There are some really funny sequences but the film also drags at quite a few places

Review for Singh is Kinng on TimesofIndia is negative they have given just 1.5 star and is very critical of the movie with comments like

At least that average film invoked some culture-shock comedy but there’s no such disorientation over here, as all you get to see in Australia is a gang that perhaps permits membership only to Sardars.

Overall reviews looks to me bit negative still I am going for the movie as I have nothing else to do on weekends I will post my reviews if they are worth posting.

Why is it that when people of Kashmir ask every time government bends backward to grant there wish but when it comes to people of Jammu or any other state ask something once in lifetime they hardly listens. Happens only in India .
