Professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez is reportedly set to propose actress Kate Hudson.

Rodriguez, 34, wants to take the relationship to the next level, and is looking for a novel way to put the question forward.

“He’s been talking about proposing quite a bit lately,” the Daily Telegraph quoted a source as telling OK! magazine.

“He wants to think of a creative and cute way to pop the question,” the source said.

The two, who began dating in May, have already joked about getting hitched.

“Kate loves to say, ‘I don’t look like a Rodriguez – you’ll have to take my name’,” the source added.

Singer Leona Lewis has rubbished reports that she has gone under the knife to boost her assets.

The sources are of the view that both the issues would be done away with the 18th Constitutional Amendment to make Prime Minister a real time Chief Executive of the country in line with the 1973 Constitution.

The infiltrators responsible for planting an IED that exploded in Jammu and claimed the life of a Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Border Security Force (BSF) on Monday, planted it on the Indian side and took cover on the Pakistani side of the international border.

Sources said, DIG O.P. Kanwar went to the spot at around 9 a.m. after hearing reports of heavy exchange of fire between the BSF and militants.

Heavily armed militants were trying to infiltrate into the Indian side from Pakistan during the night, the sources added.

As soon as they saw an officer visiting the site, the IED was detonated and Kanwar was killed on the spot.

At least 24 militants were killed as jets bombed Taliban positions in the tribal region of Orakzai and troops maintained pressure on terrorists in South Waziristan and Swat.

At least seven militants were killed and six camps of the banned Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan and a seminary were destroyed in Orakzai Agency on Sunday.

The jets also pounded the headquarters of TTP chief Hakeemullah Mehsud in Ghiljo bazaar in Upper Orakzai.

According to local people, the bazaar was closed as militants surrounded their hideouts and carried out rescue work.

Militants’ positions and hideouts in Dabori and Mamozai areas of Lower Orakzai also came under heavy bombardment, The Dawn reports.

In Swat-Malakand, security personnel carried out a search in Karakar Banda, Ilam Saand, Ashar Banr and Gari Shamozai and killed 12 terrorists.
