Researchers have developed and injection that about completely rids dogs of melanoma. Considered a "miracle" cure, hopefully it can be developed to treat people.<br /><br />The melanoma injection is not preventative, but a treatment---the dog must have melanoma and a vaccine is developed using the dog's own immune system.
