Celebrity doctor Vicki Belo revealed that the newest additions to the celebrity endorsers of The Belo Medical Group are the Philippine Azkals.

Belo said the football players should get regular skin treatment since they spend most of their time under the sun.

Jericho Rosales plays a role of a hacker in his first Hollywood movie

Jericho Rosales is happy to announce that he got the role of a Filipino computer programming genius responsible for the “I love you” virus in year 2002. The virus allegedly wrought $10 billion worth of damage to computer systems worldwide. In the Hollywood movie titled “Subject: I Love You“.

He will be working with Hollywood actors Dean Cain, Dante Basco and Briana Evigan. Filipino actors also in the cast includes Gary Valenciano and Joel Torre.

I LOVE YOU VIRUS is one the 10 Worst Computer Viruses that destroyed almost 10 billion computers worldwide is the . It was the thesis project of a Filipino programmer named Onel de Guzman and his group who accidentally (it's still being disputed) released it online as an e-mail attachment. With the subject I Love You on e-mail, everyone was overwhelmed of that three words, especially on Valentine’s day. But the vulnerabilities of the said project made it one of the deadliest viruses that graced the World Wide Web (www) and caught the attention of the Pentagon to hire not put behind bar the perpetrator.

Now, after a decade of that cyber-turmoil, it will be released as a very interesting movie titled: Subject: I Love You. With the name of the Superman incarnate: Dean Cain and a local movie idol Jericho Rosales , Filipino moviegoers will be surprised that most of the scenes of the movie were shot here in the Philippines.

The storyline narrates that the "I Love You" virus was released online by the Filipino computer genius in order to track down his American girlfriend. But it 2002, it became a massive malady to computer networks around the world because it almost paralyzed the online operation of big firms that rely mainly on it.

The shooting was not revealed to the public until the finishing touches of the film which will be shown next month (March 2011). Whew! After two years of long wait, still, we're keeping our fingers crossed just to watch this movie.

I'm still wondering why Onel would hunt his American girlfriend (Butterfly) starring Briana Evigan of Step Up 2 by uploading this attachment that almost ruined the world.

Columbia Pictures has just announced that the official title of Marc Webb’s Spider-Man reboot will be “The Amazing Spider-Man”.

Andrew Garfield plays the lead role of the said movie.

In the casts includes Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field.

The film is in 3D and have a showing date of July 3, 2012.

The upcoming romantic comedy movie of Viva Film's entitled “ Who’s That Girl? ” released its official movie poster!

“Who’s that Girl?” stars Anne Curtis, Luis Manzano and Eugene Domingo with special participation of Dina Bonnevie. Here’s the synopsis of the movie as released by Viva Films:

When the school wallflower gets a pep talk from the most popular campus heartthrob at her lowest moment, this becomes a life-changing moment for her.

Bea (Anne Curtis) transforms into a beautiful, intelligent and successful career woman, who has often fantasized about how her dream man John Eduque (Luis Manzano) had turned out to be. Until one day, she reads his name in the obituary. Bea is shattered with grief over a man she was not even romantically involved with. She goes to the wake in hysterics causing eyebrows to raise, especially the deceased’s widow. The John Eduque that passed away is actually the senior John Eduque, John’s father. Star Cinema is producing the first ever movie of Melai Cantiveros and Jason Francisco or Melason of the PBB Double up fame which is titled Pureza.

It is another wacky movie to be directed by Soxy Topacio, script written by Gina Marissa Tagasa.

The filming of the movie has already started.

Here is what director Soxy Topacio said about the Melason and the movie itself:

Sam Milby to host in 'Happy Yipee Yehey' ABS-CBN Noontime Show

This coming February 12, “Happy Yipee Yehey” will be seen live at Yñares Sports Center the newest noon time show on ABS-CBN as a replacment program for 'Pilipinas Win na Win'. The noontime show will be hosted by 8 celebrities, and not just 4 as earlier reported. Four of them are former noontime show hosts and they are Randy Santiago (Magandang Tanghali Bayan), John Estrada (Magandang Tanghali Bayan), Mariel Rodriguez (Wowowee)Toni Gonzaga and the newest addition as co-host is Sam Milby!

In an earlier press release the name of Sam Milby was not included as one of the hosts of the show but was later confirmed that he will be part of the show.

ABS-CBN Programs, Finalists for 2011 New York Festival Awards

Eight entries from ABS-CBN Kapamilya Network made it as finalists in the prestigious New York Festivals (NYF) International TV and Film Awards 2011, the most number of finalists from the Philippines in this year’s competition.

ABS-CBN’s cinematic style documentary “Storyline” by Patricia Evangelista and Paolo Villaluna received the most number of nominations among all Philippine entries as it competes in three categories namely Biography/Profiles, Community Portraits, and Social Issues/Current Events categories.

The intense Manila bus siege coverage “Bloodbath in Manila” by ABS-CBN News in August 2010 made it as a finalist spot in the Coverage of Breaking News category, while “I Survived” anchored by Ces Drilon was named finalist in the Docudrama category.

ABS-CBN’s top caliber drama “Dahil May Isang Ikaw” starring Jericho Rosales and Kristine Hermosa, and phenomenal fashion-serye “Magkaribal” topbilled by Gretchen Barretto and Bea Alonzo were among the finalists in the newly introduced Telenovela category.

The promotional spot titled “Altar,” created by ABS-CBN Creative Communications Management for the fire prevention month, was also named finalist for the Copywriting: Promotion Spot category.

ABS-CBN received most nominations, bagging a total of eight finalists slots, as compared to GMA Network’s four.

Finalists will be awarded and entries which will be promoted to Gold, Silver, or Bronze awardees will be announced during the awarding ceremony to be held in conjunction with the National Association of Broadcasters show in Las Vegas from April 9-14, 2011

GMA 7's 'Reel Love Presents, Tween Hearts' extended up to October

Good news to all Tween Hearts fanatics “Reel Love Presents... Tween Hearts” is extended up to October 2011.

Tween Hearts started last September 26, 2011 on GMA Network starring Barbie Forteza, Joshua Dionisio, Bea Binene, Jhake Vargas, Kristofer Martin, Lexi Fernandez, Joyce Ching, Louise delos Reyes and Derrick Monasterio.

Since the show is doing well, GMA 7 decided to extend the show again until October of 2011.
Watch out for Reel Love presents Tween Hearts every Sunday after Party Pilipinas only on GMA Network.

Brooklyn Decker is an American fashion model best known for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, including the cover of the 2010 issue. In addition to working for Victoria's Secret for the 2010 "Swim" collection, she has ventured into television with guest appearances on Chuck, Ugly Betty and Royal Pains. She is married to American tennis player Andy Roddick.

American singer and songwriter Katy Perry is on the cover of the latest issue of ELLE Magazine!

Katy talked about her bad boy husband, good girl past and her body on the latest issue of ELLE Magazine.

The five-time Grammy award winning singer Christina Aguilera majorly botched the national anthem: according to the AP, instead of singing "O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming," she sang "What so proudly we watched at the twilight's last gleaming."

In a statement announcing her singing assignment on January 24th, Aguilera said, "I have been performing the anthem since I was seven years old and I must say the Super Bowl is a dream come true."

Other stars to have sung the national anthem at the Super Bowl include Carrie Underwood, Billy Joel, Diana Ross, Neil Diamond, Mariah Carey and Beyonce Knowles.

The previously announced halftime show will feature The Black Eyed Peas.

The Pittsburgh Steelers will play the Green Bay Packers at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, for the NFL title.

The Black Eyed Peas heats up Cowboys Stadium during the Super Bowl Halftime show Sunday [ February 6 ] in Arlington, Texas.

The Black Eyed Peas started off the show with by performing ' I Got a Feeling ' before Fergie was joined by Slash to perform Guns N’ Roses “Sweet Child O’ Mine.” Next, Usher joined will.i.am onstage for “O.M.G.”

They finished off the show by performing “ Where is the Love ” and “ The Time (Dirty Bit).”

Captain America: The First Avenger is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Captain America. The film stars Chris Evans as Captain America with Joe Johnston directing a script by David Self, Christopher Markus, Stephen McFeely, and Joss Whedon. The movie will be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is scheduled for release on July 22, 2011. The film is scheduled to be released in 3D.
