Every year, Dutch NGO StopAidsNow is releasing an Artbag to raise money and awareness for their activities to prevent Aids. The famous bag has been designed by Dick Bruna, Henk Schiffmacher, Viktor & Rolf, Marcel Wanders and Piet Paris in the past. Now they call out to the creative public to design this years ‘crowdbag’.

After shows with artists like Quick, Paul Du Bois-Reymond and Petro, Amsterdam’s Unruly Gallery is showing the work of Arno Coenen next week. For his new artworks Arno engraved the cut-off tops of wooden barrels with pyrography techniques, burning images onto the circular surfaces with a heated pen. Come see!

Very nice app by Forsman & Bodenfors that shows tourists around Gothenburg for the price of a tram ticket. By putting on your headphones and listening to the app it tells you about the sights as they pass outside the tram window. How long will it take before every city has this?
