Inspired by Noelle

**Throughout the remainder of the year, I am going to be introducing the Skribblers one at a time. I will do this through a special release, a kit or template set or combination that was inspired by the Skribbler we're meeting!**

Let's meet Noelle, the inspiration behind today's mini kit and template pack

**Bio Template created using All About Me**

Noelle is one of my oldest Skribblers, not necessarily in age, but in length of time she's been on my team! Noelle has been with me from pretty much the start! She also works as my moderator in the Skribbler forums, and is a big help on my team! Noelle creates beautiful layouts, often starring her daughter!

Noelle provided me with four layouts she had created, and I used those layouts to create a fun set of templates!

Noelle also shared that her daughter, Chawndelle, the star of many of her layouts, loves purple and green! Noelle recently shared some personal stories with me about her daughter and some of the challenges she has faced over the years with her. Her stories and the colors that her daughter loves (one of my personal favorites too) inspired the mini kit "Something Special." I hope you like it!

I am guest designing this month at Digital Scrap Cafe! I'm super excited to be hanging out with their team, and to get to celebrate {i}NSD there this weekend! I have a brand new kit, exclusive to DSC out today - it's all kinds of fun!

The kit is called Around the House and it's all about the not so fun parts of life, like cleaning! This kit would be super fun for hybrid projects like chore charts for the kiddos! I'm hoping to make one for my son to use!

Let's meet Cynthia (aka: cylynn)

**Bio Template created using All About Me

Cynthia is one of my newer Skribblers, although she's not new to my work! I found layouts using various of my kits in her gallery long before she became a Skribbler!

Cynthia provided me with four layouts she had created, and I used those layouts to create a fun set of templates!

I was inspired by Cynthia's bio, where she says "We live in Orlando Florida, so my husband can be a missionary with Wycliffe Bible Translators." That spoke to me, what a calling! What a dedication both by her and her husband - to live somewhere so that you can dedicate your life to helping others! After reading that, I created a mini kit I've called "Do Some Good!"

Teeth are a big part of my world right now. My 6 year old has some wiggly ones, and we're waiting for the 10 month old's to FINALLY pop through his gums! That Man of Mine

I am so far behind on blogging about some of my new stuff - I am so sorry I haven't been on top of this! I've been super busy working on a HUGE 30th birthday party for my husband. It was last night and it was perfect! He had a blast, enjoyed some beer and drank in his 30th year. I used this kit to create some fun hybrid elements for the party, but I was so busy, I forgot to take pictures!

That Man of Mine was inspired by my husband - things he likes and does. It's by no means comprehensive of who he is, but it's what I needed for the party and the pictures we took!

Someone I Love

Just over a year ago, my little brother enlisted in the US Army National Guard. This was life changing not only for him, but for me as well. I've always been a proud American, but having my brother in the military put a whole new meaning behind every news bit about anything related to our troops. Additionally, I had to explain to my son, 5 at the time, what the army was and why his uncle wasn't around anymore was hard. My son developed a love for all things army and was thrilled when Grandma got him a pair of ACU's (fatigues) to wear! We were so lucky, and my brother got a leave after boot camp and flew in the day my son was born last June (they came straight from the airport to the hospital to meet baby Skribbles).

Since my brothers decision, I have pictures to scrap featuring Someone I Love who serves in the US Military, and I needed the perfect kit to scrap those photos - so I designed Someone I Love to allow me to do that. This kit is the perfect mix of patriotic goodies and a rustic military feel. If you too have someone you love serving or know someone who has, this kit is a must have!

There are some additional goodies to go with it, as well as a bundle of everything

With such a specific theme, not all Skribblers had photos to scrap, but Noelle and Rolaine have shared layouts featuring someone they love!

Scrapping Fun

I have been doing some scrapping lately! It feels good to do some pages and get back in the groove! I am almost done with 2009 - and that feels good! I mostly scrap the older photos, throwing in a page or two of new ones when that's what strikes my fancy or works with a kit. I have about 10% of 2009 left, and a little over half of 2010. 2011 is trickier, since I'm doing 3 albums (one for each kid, one family) but I've got about 20 of those pages done too! I'm feeling like I might actually get caught up! In addition to scrapping, I've been working on a Smash Book for myself in 2012 as well as a Smash Book from our honeymoon back in 2008! Doing the honeymoon album this way is taking a lot of my plate digi-style. Although, I think I might do a basic photo book of the photos, just laid on on pages, no journaling, since I'm not getting them all in the Smash Book! We'll see....

Anyways, enough of my babbling about what I've gotten done. Would you like to see some of my layouts?
