Nick recently donated some of her animal sculptures to charity auctions supporting Save the Rhino and Painted Dog Conservation. Between them the sales raised £2300 for this vital work.

Nick was again commissioned to make two special trophies for the prestigious 2012 Wildlife Photographer of the Year awards. The trophies reflected the winning photographers of a red kite and emperor penguin.

Zambia Workshop Dec 2013

There are still a limited number of places available if you would like to join Nick and award winning wildlife photographer Nick Garbutt on a bespoke workshop safari in Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park, one of Africa’s finest wildlife areas, in December 2013. Combining morning and afternoon game drives (when light conditions and wildlife activity are at their best) with practical demonstrations and tuition in field sketching, sculpture and photography, the aim will be to inspire participants towards a new appreciation of wildlife and help them translate what they see in the field into photos and field sketches and then finally into finished pieces of photographic or three-dimensional art. Charity Auction Fundraisers

Nick has donated a baby rhino sculpture to help raise funds for a Save the Rhino annual fundraising event to be held at RSL London Zoo on 16 October 2012. A huddle of pups and two other animal sculptures will be auctioned for Painted Dog Conservation Inc in their annual fundraiser to be held in Perth, Australia on 5 November 2012. Further details are available from their Facebook page.

Affordable Art Fair 1-4 November (London)

Beaux Arts Gallery will be introducing Nick’s new bronze wild dog pup sculptures and bronze lion cub sculptures. To find out more, please see the Affordable Art Fair website.

Society of Wildlife Artists 1-11 November 2012 (London)

The annual Society of Wildlife Artists’ exhibition, Natural Eye, will be held at London’s Mall Galleries 1-11 November. Nick has recently completed various new animal sculptures, including a new hare sculpture, new lion cub sculptures, some rhino calf sculptures and some new hyena sculptures.
