1 C. old fashioned oats
1 C. + 2 Tbs. milk
2 Tbs. honey or aguave
1/2 tsp. cinnamon 
dash of salt

Add ins: blueberries, bananas, Craisins, and/or almond slivers

Directions:

In a plastic container (with a lid), combine oats, milk, honey salt and cinnamon. Mix well and cover. Place in refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight. 

Serve with any of the ‘add ins'.

Ingredients


1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pan

2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups packed light-brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Plus steel cut oats are so good for your body.

1 c. steel cut oats (no substitution)
4 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp. cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a 2 quart slow cooker

Cover and cook on LOW 6 - 8 hours

Shake or stir well and put the cleaning solution in spray bottles.  Spray the cleaner on the grout and let sit for about 20 minutes.  Then use a soft toothbrush or nylon scrub brush to gently scrub your grout clean. Rinse with a clean rag when done. 2 c. zucchini, shredded

1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pack zucchini in measuring cup. Combine zucchini, oil and vanilla, set aside.

Mix dry ingredients together. Add zucchini mixture. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 25 min. Then you need frosting.  So I used this recipe.

Once you have your cake and frosting you crumble up the cake and mush in the frosting.  The back of a spatcula works great.

Make into balls about quarter size.  I used my large PC scoop.  I left one side flat but you roll into a ball.

1 3/4 cups cake flour

1/4 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
5 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sifted sugar

1 1/2 c. wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking power
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. coarse liverwurst
4 1/2 oz. jar of strained fee with broth baby food
4 large eggs
4 slices beek jerky snack, broken into small pieces
4 pieces of processed cheese for garnish

Combine flour and baing powder in large bowl.  Set aside.

1 Tbsp minced onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp dillweed
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
tobasco sauce to taste -  a little goes a long way for me

1 large jalapeno 

3 cloves garlic 
1-4 tomatillos - more more flavor. They do NOT taste like tomatoes!

1 handful cilantro
1 lime, juice only 
1 c milk
1 c mayonnaise
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix

Blend all ingredients except mayonnaise in blender until smooth.
