Omgaan met teleurstellingen

The situation in Tanzania recently reminds me of that funny picture that circulated all those years ago, back in the Netherlands. Roughly it stated “Unfortunately, the workshop on how to handle disappointments has been canceled”.

Just when the web-design business is properly running; more clients then time and an offering that suits the market perfectly, our beautiful country once again runs out of power. Ever tried to power up a server, a few design stations and the entire collection of switches, DSL modems and even the inevitable VSAT connection on a gennie?

We’re getting very flexible here; developing a nose for when both power and internet will be available, ready to hit that keyboard…
