We ask ourselves if tributes that have modified their body through surgeries are allowed enter the arena in that state, or is that considered an unfair advantage? A review of the new iOS verison of Hunger Games Adventures video game is featured. We wrap up the show with a song, some listener emails and a new twist to the book recommendations.

In this Valentine's Day episode we feature one of our favorite special segments, Hunger Games Dating Game, where we portray anonymous HG characters on a dating game show. We cover Catching Fire news as well as a few awards won in the fandom. During our discussion of Catching Fire Chapter 15, we are introduced to many new victors including Finnick. We analyze Katniss and Finnick's relationship. We question why Chaff didn't accept a prosthetic arm. Would Darius and Katniss had a romance if she hadn't been a tribute? Would Katniss and Peeta have ended up like all the other victors as a celebrity if only one of them had made it out of the arena alive? We feature a fanfiction that takes place on Katniss and Peeta's first date. To end the show we relate a romantic song to Finnick and Annie's relationship.

We discuss a few more parts of the movie including the score in our music segment. News includes records the movie broke, a possible rumor about Gary Ross and Catching Fire and more. Some emails sent in brings up interesting questions such as if Fox Face commited suicide eating the Nightlock berries. The main focus is reviewing the new companion book, The World of the Hunger Games, which brings up a couple good points and quotes from Suzanne Collins herself about how she used Latin to name the country Panem and other aspects of the book. As always we end the show with some book recommendations such as The Maze Runner.

The Official Illustrated Guide is discussed and mentions some new information where we give our opinion whether to buy it. The Tribute Guide is also dissected with all the new information. Our song featured on the episode is Eyes Open by Taylor Swift which is on the Companion CD, District 12 and Beyond. We mention our top 5 most anticipated scenes and conclude the show with our regular book recommendations.

We discuss some big news stories including the cast touring US cities, Safe & Sound music video, a new HG video game, some new TV spots as well as other news. During our chapter discussion we bring up the topic of if it was a sin to kill Marvel, Cato or both. Do they have religions that would make them think it was a sin? We also wonder if Katniss would have been able to kill Peeta when it came down to the two of them. If she had to kill Peeta would her life be better dead and regretting killing Peeta or dying with him. We point out the theme that if you look at life through a different perspective, it can be better. Peeta is a role model for not changing who he is because of society. We also argue what color nightlock berries are. A song is featured that really represents the Hunger Games and the chapters we discuss. Lastly we review the photos in the Official Hunger Games Companion. It is a fun packed episode!

Some news includes new advertisements featuring three characters and a new website from Lionsgate. While analyzing Chapters 23 and 24, it comes up why families have kids when they know they may have to face the reaping? Is it a form of population control from the Capitol? Was Katniss' first act of rebellion saying "watch this Effie," followed by licking the plate clean? We discuss if it is a sin to kill in the games. We imagine how Lionsgate will create the Tracker Jacker scene. Tune in for this special Valentine's Day episode.
