I have seen the trailer of Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya (VTV) some time before and I liked it. I’m glad that i made time to watch VTV. Check out the trailer here.

Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya starts right from the bottom of the heart. Its an intense love story. Thrisha is awesome in the movie. I still can’t figure out why women look so pretty in saree

. Simbu turns out to be Mr Nice Guy, and this is his only movie I liked.

Karthik (Simbu), a mechanical engineer, dreams of becoming a film director, and meets Jessy (Trisha), a Malayalee Christian girl, who is an IT professional working in Polaris. And it is love at first sight. She lives on the top floor with her strict father (Babu Antony), mother and an aggressive brother, while Karthik and his family have rented out the lower portion of the house.

Thrisha plays the girl next door, lovely, makes any twenty something guy lovestruck at the first sight itself. Secretive glances make way to obvious glances (GOD, It’s so happening with me too…). Karthik typically represents a guy in twenty something who is unable to control his emotions, kinda like me itself now.

The story is totally packed with love, emotions, surprises, lots of travel (Chennai, , Kerala, Goa and New York ). Choreography, Songs (ARR magic yet again), Screenplay awesome work, with wonderful execution. It dragged a bit in the second half but its ok.

Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya – A different Love Story, Yet again…

If you are wondering how it is different, better watch it; and Love is beautiful but can be painful too…

ഇന്നല്ലെങ്കില്‍ നാളെ നീ ഇത് വായിക്കുമെന്ന് എനിക്ക് നല്ല വിശ്വാസമുണ്ട്‌, കാരണം ഞാന്‍ കാറ്റലിസ്റ്റ് ആയ ഒരു ക്യാമ്പസ്‌ ബ്ലോഗിങ്ങ് ആക്ടിവിടിയുടെ ഒരു നോഡില്‍ നീയും ഉണ്ടല്ലോ. ഇത് നീ വായിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഞാന്‍, ഞാന്‍ തന്നെ ആണോ എന്നും; നീ , നീ തന്നെ ആണോ എന്നും സംശയിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യം ഇല്ല, കാരണം അത് നീയും ഞാനും തന്നെ ആണ് .

ഒന്നു നേരിട്ട് സംസാരിക്കണം എന്നു ആദ്യം കണ്ടപ്പോഴേ തോന്നി. പക്ഷെ സന്ദര്‍ഭവും സാരസ്യവും നന്നായിട്ടു സംസാരിക്കാന്‍ നോക്കിയാല്‍ ഈ അടുത്ത കാലത്തൊന്നും നടക്കും എന്നു തോന്നുന്നില്ല. അതാണു ഈ പൈങ്കിളി ലൈന്‍ വച്ച് പിടിച്ചത്. ഇനി കാര്യം പറയാം. ഞാനും നീയും കണ്ടതിനു ഒരു റീസണ്‍ ഉണ്ടെന്നു ഞാന്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു (കാരണം എന്നാ വാക്ക് അറിയാഞ്ഞിട്ടല്ല, ഒന്നു സ്ട്രോങ്ങ്‌ ആയിക്കോട്ടെ എന്നു വച്ചാ റീസണ്‍ എന്നു വച്ചു കാച്ചിയത് ). ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ നമ്മുടെ കണ്ണുകള്‍ തമ്മില്‍ ഉടക്കിയത്തിനു ശേഷം ഞാന്‍ അനുരാഗ വിലോചനനായി നടക്കുകയില്ല. ഓരോ പ്രാവശ്യം കണ്ടപ്പോഴും നിന്‍റെ കണ്ണില്‍ ഞാന്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു. കണ്ണുകള്‍ സംസാരിക്കും, ഒരു കണക്ഷനും ഇല്ലാതെ; പക്ഷെ അതു മതിയോ? മതിയാവില്ല എന്നാകും നിന്‍റെ മറുപടി എന്നു വിചാരിക്കുന്നു.

നേരിട്ടു വന്നു സംസാരിച്ചാല്‍ അതിന്‍റെ ഇമ്പ്ലികേഷന്‍സ് എന്താകും എന്നു അറിയല്ല. പിന്നെ ചെയ്യാത്തതിന്‍റെ റീസണ്‍ “ഐ ഡോണ്ട് വാണ്ട്‌ ടു പുട്ട് യു ഇന്‍ ട്രബല്‍“, അതു മാത്രമാണ്. പക്ഷെ അതും വിചാരിച്ചു പറയാനുള്ളത് പറയണം, കൂടുതല്‍ അറിയണം. മിക്കവാറും നീ ഇത് വായിക്കുനതിനു മുന്‍പില്‍ നമ്മള്‍ തമ്മില്‍ സംസാരിച്ചിരിക്കും. സംസാരിക്കണം എന്നു നിന്‍റെ കണ്ണില്‍ ഞാന്‍ വായിച്ചതാണ്. ഇന്ന് പറ്റിയില്ല, നാളെയും പറ്റില്ല. പിന്നെ നീ തിരക്കില്‍ ആയിരിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ വന്നിട്ട് കണ്ടാല്‍ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ആകുമെങ്കിലും, വേറെ രക്ഷ ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാല്‍, നമുക്ക് പെട്ടെന്ന് കാണാം. e രണ്ടു ട്രാക്കിലായി ഓടുന്ന വണ്ടി, രണ്ടു ട്രാക്കില്‍ തന്നെ വെക്കണോ, അതോ ജോയിന്‍ ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ട് പോകണമെന്നോ നമുക്ക് സംസാരിക്കാം. പിന്നെ കാണാന്‍ കൊള്ളാവുന്ന ഗേള്‍സ്‌ കോളേജില്‍ വന്നാല്‍ അധിക കാലം സിംഗിള്‍ ആയി ഇരിക്കില്ലെന്ന് എനിക്ക് നന്നായി അറിയാം . അത് കൊണ്ട് അധികം ഡിലെ ആക്കുന്നത് എനിക്ക് നല്ലതല്ല. .

കോളേജില്‍ ഗൂഗിള്‍ ആപ്പ്സ് മെയില്‍ സെര്‍വര്‍ ഡിപ്ലോയ്മെന്റ്റ് നടത്തുമ്പോഴും എന്‍റെ മനസ്സ് നിന്‍റെ തേടി അലയുകയാണ്. ടൈം ഈസ്‌ മണി, നോട് ഇന്‍ ദി സെന്‍സ് ഓഫ് മണി ബട്ട്‌ ഇറ്റ്‌ ഹാസ്‌ ഇത് വാല്യൂ. അപ്പൊ ഞാന്‍ ഇനി അധികം ടൈം വേസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. പെട്ടെന്ന് കാണാം. മെയില്‍ സെര്‍വര്‍ ഞാന്‍ ഗോ ലൈവ് കൊടുക്കുമ്പോഴേക്കും, നമ്മുടെ കാര്യത്തിലും ഒരു തീരുമാനം ആകുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

നോട്ട്: പിന്നെ നമുക്ക് പരസ്പരം അറിയില്ല എന്നത് ഒരു കാരണം ആണെങ്കില്‍, അതിന്‍റെ സൊലൂഷന്‍
