Umpleti patratele cu gem, indoiti colturile si pregatiti o tava de aragaz cu hartie de copt uda. Puneti pateurile formate la copt pentru maxim 10 minute.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1/2 lingurita sare&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;apa calduta&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10 linguri cu varf osanza de porc &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;branza veche de oaie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;gris, putin lapte&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;

Din osanza de porc si 6 linguri cu varf faina se face un aluat moale care se lasa sa se odihneasca:&lt;br /&gt;

Din restul de faina, sare (jumatatea de lingurita) si apa calduta se face un aluat elastic ce nu se lipeste de maini:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se formeaza astfel cinci bile de aluat, Fiecare din aceasta bila se taie in patru bucati, cu alte cuvinte din fiecare bila vor rezulta patru merdenele.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Bilele se intind pe blatul de lucru uns cu ulei, se aseaza umplutura de branza in centru si din nou se pliaza aluatul. A fost un an de tranzit in urma caruia nu doresc sa fac nici un bilant. Bloggeristic vorbind a fost perioada in care am postat cele mai putine articole si poate cele mai lipsite de inspiratie, pe de o parte pentru ca n-am mai fotografiat nimic de cateva luni (nu mai avem acumulatori la aparatul foto) iar pe de alta parte din vara ma lupt cu o bronsita care ma stoarce la propriu de energie si pe care n-am reusit pana acum sa o inving.&amp;nbsp; Din acest motiv anul asta n-am reusit sa tinem Postul Nasterii Domnului.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Nu-mi ramane decat sa va doresc voua din toata inima: post cu multa bucurie si traire duhovniceasca!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Sa va bucurati pentru fiecare secunda de liniste pe care o traiti, sa invatati sa va faceti singuri viata&amp;nbsp; mai frumoasa, sa gasiti bucurie in lucrurile marunte si sa va rugati pentru sanatate, ca tare fragila e. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;La noi e frig. Toamna blanda si ruginie e de mult o amintire:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Se aseaza apoi intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se pune in cuptor la aragaz (asta in cazul in care nu aveti la indemana un test ori un cuptor cu jaratic).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se lasa la foc mediu cca 2 ore.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se serveste ca atare sau pentru cei care nu au probleme cu colesterolul se ung bucatile fierbinti cu putin unt.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pofta buna!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;~1+1/2 cana apa calduta (pana ce aluatul este moale dar elastic si se desprinde de maini)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100 g zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un praf sare&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6 linguri cu untdelemn&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru umplutura de mere:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;5-6 mere (depinde de marimea lor)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zeama de la 1/2 lamaie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un praf scortisoara&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zahar (dupa gust)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 linguri untdelemn&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Alatul se prapara ca si cel de paine (stiti voi mai bine) se amesteca drojdia cu zaharul, se cerne faina, se amesteca ingredientele toate (apa calda o lasati la urma pentru a va orienta cata trebuie sa adaugati), se framanta bine cu mana un aluat moale si se lasa la dospit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pentru caramelul de mere am procedat ca si &lt;a href="http://www.nikohomeblog.com/2009/09/clatite-cu-cacao-si-mere-caramel.html"&gt;aici&lt;/a&gt; cu singura deosebire ca am pus untdelemn in loc de unt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Aluatul dospit se portioneaza, se formeaza bilute care se intind cu sucitorul si se umplu dupa dorinta. Eu am exagerat putin cu compozitia si in tava a curs putin pe margine.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Se spala, se scurge si se leaga cu sfoara partea de la radacina. Se agata fie in pod la umbra, dar caldura mare, fie in curte sub acoperis la loc uscat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se pastreaza dupa ce e ia de pe sfoara; se curata de radacini si se pune in pungi de hartie.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cel mai bun mijloc de pastrare este ca dupa uscare sa se rupa frunzulitele, sa se sfarme in palme, sa se treaca prin sita de sirma si sa se puna in borcane de sticla acoperite cu capac. &lt;li&gt;migdalele se adauga dupa gust (din punctul meu e vedere cu cat sunt mai multe cu atat e mai bine)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Fructele se spala si se curata de samburi. Se pun la fiert impreuna cu zaharul si zeama de lamaie:&lt;br /&gt;

Am vazut ca multi dintre voi sunteti dezamagiti de faptul ca texte scrise pe blogurile personale sunt copiate aproape in intregime si postate pe alte site-uri. Exista o cale extrem de simpla de a impiedica acest lucru pe viitor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Adaugati un element HTML/Java script si copiati scriptul &lt;a href="http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex9/noright.htm"&gt;&lt;b style="color: red;"&gt;acesta&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; . Eu l-am probat deja pe blogul meu si functioneaza. Are rolul de a bloca pe pagina blogului butonul click-dreapta al mouse-ului.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Puteti sa inlocuiti mesajul "Function Disabled!" cu un altul (care vi se poate parea mai potrivit).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Datorită naturii prestigiu a acestui Ordin, precum şi sărbătorile decadent însoţesc ceremoniile lor, numele de Le Cordon Bleu a devenit pe deplin recunoscut şi celebrat.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Le Cordon Bleu, ca o şcoală de arte culinare, a fost infiintata la Paris, în 1895 de jurnalistul şi editorul La Cuisinière Cordon Bleu revista, Marthe Distel. La data de 14 ianuarie, 1896, demonstratie de gatit prima care va avea loc pe un aragaz electric a fost pus în scenă de la Le Cordon Bleu într-un efort de a promova lansarea revistei şi şcoală de gătit la Paris. Din acest punct de pe, reputatie internationala de Le Cordon Bleu sa raspandit rapid. Bucătari mare a venit la şcoală pentru a preda elevilor în continuare contribuie la reputaţia de renume mondial al şcolii. &lt;li&gt;250g zahar, 300 ml apa si 1/2 baton vanilie pentru sirop.&lt;/li&gt;

Din faina, oua si apa cat primeste faina se prepara un aluat de taitei. Se intinde aluatul bine de tot, se ruleaza si cu un cutit bine ascutit se taie taitei subtiri care se intind pe masa si se lasa sa se usuce putin:&lt;br /&gt;

Cu restul de frisca se garniseste cataiful pe deasupra.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Eu am sarit peste partea cu frisca, am servit cataiful simplu pentru ca era prea bun...&lt;/div&gt;Am uitat sa va spun: in sirop am adaugat coaja si zeama de lamaie ca si &lt;a href="http://www.nikohomeblog.com/2011/05/cataif.html"&gt;&lt;b style="color: #990000;"&gt;aici&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;50 g zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;15 g drojdie &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 oua&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;500 ml lapte&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250 g unt (50 g pentru uns tava)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sare (dupa gust)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Ingrediente umplutura:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 g branza de burduf&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 oua&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;MDP:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Drojdia se desface intr-o canita cu ceva apa calduta, dupa care se amesteca cu 1 lingura faina si 1 lingurita de zahar. Se lasa sa creasca cca o jumatate de ora. Se separa galbenusurile. Peste restul fainii se toarna drojdia, laptele caldut, galbenusurile, sarea si zaharul; Se framanta constiincios un sfert de ora, se adauga untul topit cate putin, se lasa sa creasca acoperit 1-2 ore.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pentru umplutura se freaca branza cu ouale (eu am pus si zahar in umplutura). Dupa ce a crescut aluatul, se face sul si se taie in bucati cam cat un mar mic. Se unge un platou cu unt. Se intinde fiecare bucata de aluat pe platou - cam de juma' de degetel grosime - si se umple cu cate o lingura de branza.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se ridica poalele aluatului peste branza si se lipesc, se lasa aluatul sa mai dospeasca o jumatate de ora. Se unge o tava cu unt (eu am folosit hartie de copt), se ung cu albus (eu am uns cu ou intreg)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;faina cat e nevoie pentru sosul Bechamel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;o cana lapte &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zahar (dupa gust, adica destul de putin pentru ca si inghetata si cozonacul sunt dulci)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ulei pentru prajit (mult!)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div class="text"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="thitlu_maro"&gt;MDP:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;div class="text" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se feliaza cozonacul. Feliile rezultate se aseaza in tavi intinse si se stropesc cu vin (esenta de vanilie). Se pune cate o lingura de inghetata pe  fiecare felie de cozonac si se pliaza. Feliile astfel umplute se aseaza individual in pungi de plastic si se tin in congelator cateva ore (pana ingheata si cozonacul).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="text" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se prepara un sos bechamel din faina, ou si lapte. Dupa ce a inghetat si cozonacul, se scot pungile din congelator; fiecare bucata se trece prin sosul Bechamel si se prajeste in ulei incins.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="text" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Inghetata astfel preparata se serveste cu zahar vanilat sau cu sos de fructe:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
