Journey Pub In Bucharest Welcomes Its Guest In A Dream Decor

The two young designers from Jooca Studio have designed the Journey Pub and it looks totally unique. Every corner of the bar restaurant has its story and most of the decorative objects are handmade. As its name says, the main theme of the restaurant is journey. The idea on which the designers based their work on was creating a warm place, with a relaxing atmosphere, meeting the journey theme of the restaurant. There are three important spaces: one saloon of 150 square meters where concerts are held, designed in an elegant vintage style, two rooms in the basement where board games can be played – the butterfly room and the playful and colorful non-smoking room- and the garden terrace, filled with vegetation. Attention for details is one of the secrets of the place. The clients can find here wood benches with pillows for comfort, swings and even hammocks, handmade hot air balloons, bottles with messages. The walls are covered with all sorts of specific elements like vintage clocks, postcards, hippie vans, busses, traveling quotes and so on. 300 Square Foot Loft With Plenty Of Storage Spaces

Again, a tiny home comes to prove that space isn’t a matter when it comes to designing with style. The loft presented today has only 300 square feet and it’s located somewhere in Poland. From the beginning we can see the all the cleaver ideas to earn some extra storage areas, including the half level upstairs, which comes as an unexpected solution and the built-in spaces from underneath the stairs. The light colored palette definitely brightens up the interior, while the black accents from several walls, pillow, bar chairs or kitchen lamps contrast, giving elegance. Although the kitchen is small and dinner is served on that bar like table, it doesn’t feel crowded. Right next to it, as a continuation, there’s the living room, consisting of an L shaped beige couch and a little coffee table, coming to almost complete the rectangle. Eclectic Loft In Barcelona With A Wonderful Patio

The Spanish style isn’t reflected that much in this loft in Barcelona, taking more of an eclectic approach. Designed by Vuong Interior Design in 2010, the main objective was to let the natural light in, so, skylights have been opened in the kitchen and the terrace was covered in glass. Most of the furniture used for the loft is made of recycled and natural wood, keeping the raw, unfinished look of it. Right next to the living room, where the light colors contrast with the dark ones, there’s a little corner, a little bit lower than the ground level, the perfect place to hide and relax in an inspirational décor. The white and purple bedroom is very glamorous, but the real attraction is the outdoor patio, recreating a beautiful setting. Plenty of areas to sit are arranged, including a dining area. The most comfortable space is definitely the white couch with colored pillows, shadowed by a wood roof and curtains. On the Swedish island of Lidingo, architect Thomas Eriksson creates a dynamic living through this lovely 561 square meters exotic villa. From the exterior, you can tell the luxurious approach, but that’s just a façade, as the interiors stay truly to the clean Swedish design. Thought as a vacation home, it is designed to offer relaxation and, also, entertaining facilities for large groups. Inside, the living room combines modern elements with traditional touches, while the media room opts for an English style, with comfortable white armchairs, contrasted by the colored patchwork rug. For relaxation, there’s an indoor spa with a jacuzzi for 6 and four lounge chairs gathered underneath an umbrella, continuing with the sauna, illuminated in purple. Another extravagance is the wine room, very classy and exactly what every wine lover would love to have. The dining area is nicely separated from the rest of the floor plan by a dramatic stripe rug placed right under the black dining table with sleek chairs. Entertaining Outdoor Space Overlooking The Beach

An outdoor space overlooking Curl Curl beach could not be anything less than holiday inspired. Landart Landscapes were the ones to revive this space and so they have transformed it into an entertainment space, framed by stunning views. The clients wanted for the space to be usable at night, too, so the entertaining kitchen areas were maximized. The bench seat appears as if it floats and it can easily be used with a dining table. The pool area has a little retro feeling, as the designers were inspired by Palm Springs. Two aloe trees are there to frame the deck, making an inviting entrance for the pool area. A swing chair and a jacuzzi are just other features that can either promote relaxation or having fun. It’s the perfect setting for an outdoor space in the rear of the house, ready to offer a comfortable place to relax, being also prepared for small parties at any time. Queens Park House Inspires Family Warmth

Fox Johnston team has designed a house in Queens Park, in Sydney, Australia. It is a home for a big family, a volume of two levels, having the study room and a place called „parents retreat” by the designers at the second floor. The ground level is all open to the wonderful garden area, which is a great place for the children to play. Most of the exterior walls have been replaced with sliding glass doors and so this there is almost no boundaries between the outdoor and indoor spaces. The master bedroom has its own little terrace arranged, so that the privacy and the stunning green views surroundings can be both achieved. Queens Park House is filled with bright colors, mostly white and wood color. The style is very relaxed, yet perfect for to inspire family warmth in an environment that it’s absolutely beautiful to raise children. Arhitect Maribel Jimenez transformed this 75 square meters Madrid apartment in a spacious place, while the owner, passionate about interior design, brought her personality in the decor with the help of the colors and vintage objects. It’s a vivid place, although there are a lot of neutral colors invading the space. But just exactly like the owner wanted, every room has personality. And one of the most beautiful rooms is the children’s room. Pink shades make a proper environment for a little girl and you just can’t love her little dressing stuffed with little clothes. Tiny Home In The Mountains Overlooking The Pacific Ocean

In the heart of the mountains, it’s considered enough to have a roof above your head, as the rest is compensated by the beauty surrounding. This tiny home made of timber has only 90 square feet, but space isn’t a problem, as the open plan that is conceived upon lets the natural light and landscape in. Located in the Big Sur mountains, this home just couldn’t fit any better into the scenery. More than that, the architect Alex Wyndham added a wood bark façade to it, making the sides seem like secret entrances, while the front wall is made of glass with a folding door. And as the mountains weren’t enough, there’s the Pacific Ocean in the horizon, conferring other stunning views, plus the ocean breeze that adds the cooling effect.
