Dear sir,
Myself having prepaid sim no 9455688009 and activation request for excelpower two numbers 05342255267 and 9415703217 has been forwarded to 53733 on 09-07-09, on 08-07-09 but unfortunately it is not being activated, no any tarrif is activated to this number. Can i know why this is not being activated and how this can be activated. For this purpose i have lodged complaint to customer care having complaint no G127266642 on 12-07-09.
It is requested to kindly get the number activted for excelpower at the earliest.
Can these nos be activated for 10 paise if applicabe to UP region.

Dear sir,
Myself having BSNL prepaid sim having number 9455688009 & for this number selected two numbers ( one land line number 05342255267 & one mob no 9415703217 ) for the activation of EXELPOWER 20 paise scheme on 09-07-09, but same is not being activated.
Kindly help me by activating the same for 20 paise sheme.

the bsnl coustmer care service of jammu is da worst service of cellular companies in india.they r nt ready to help coustomers in any case.if u ask fr settings dy will tell u 2 send msg at a no.there answers are often wrong.they seemd 2 lack da knwldge of dr system.they r simply waste and i m surprised fr wat purpose they r emplyd.there management is is very much spoild n is of no use at all.
