The report, available at &lt;a href="http://www.njprofoundation.org/pages/respa-4l8r.htm"&gt;NJPRO's website&lt;/a&gt;, summarizes the results of a 249-respondent survey and one-on-one interviews with 29 business and economic development leaders.
