Highland Park Valkyrie Single Malt Whisky

Valkyrie is the first in Highland Park’s Viking Legend series in partnership with Danish designer Jim Lyngvild.

Exquisitely balanced and delivering wave upon wave of warm aromatic smoke and richly ripened fruit.

Made approximately 50% fully peated stock.

This means Orcadian peat and classic heather smoke notes.
Valkyrie offers a smokier brands experience.
The final result is a well-balanced smokey taste.

Valkyrie received a score of 99 Points at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge, making it an “Extraordinary, Ultimate Recommendation”.

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old and Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

The Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Single Malt Whisky, 15 year old and 12 year old products are best sellers because they are elegant and smooth. Probably better than one of the close competitor.
It is getting better in every batch release according to reviews. For 18 it is from a Spanish Oloroso wood and American oak to mature this rich, intriguingly fruity and robust oak expression. For 15 it is aged in European oak sherry casks and new oak casks, the whisky is mellowed in the disillery’s unique Solera Vat.
We also have the good old 12 years available for those who want to try an affordable Glenfiddich.
As a personal note on Glenfiddich 15 for the tongue is a vanilla, honey, apple and other rich fruit.

Penfolds Bin 707 Cabarnet Sauvignon

We have our hands recently on Penfolds Bin 707 Cabarnet Sauvignon. Its one of Penfolds finest quality expression wine. Produce with intensely-flavored fruit, when the grapes of the highest quality. It is the Grange (Shiraz) counterpart in Cabarnet Sauvignion . Its only produce when its carefully selected grapes has reached its highest quality. Source carefully from a multi-vineyard and multi-region. It was first vintaged in 1964.

It is 100% Cabarnet Sauvignon. Matured 16 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads.
Vineyard region are mostly from Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, Wrattonbully, Coonawarra.
The aromas are Lifted scents of marmalade and citrus varietally flirt with sundried tomato/red capsicum. Rosemary glaze; florals/perfume arise with air.
To the Palate: Classy, youthful. Irish fruit-cake mix – rich and generous, alongside dark chocolate, old gold rum and raisin impression.
100% new oak all but absorbed, and at one with wine. Black olive and a suggestion of graphite.
Solid and complex no overt varietal or regional assertion.
Excellent length and balance.

Bin 707 retains a secure place among the ranks of Australia’s finest Cabernets.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony -Japanese Whisky in Hong Kong

Now we have the new stocks of three Japanese Whisky in Hong Kong. For April stocks we have these three beautiful package of The Yamazaki Limited Edition 2014 – This is compose a combinations of 3 whisky’s casked in different oak. Sherry, Port and Bourbon cask. A 20 years aged and its also called a distiller’s reserve.

Another product is a special limited edition package Suntory Old Whisky , I once tried to make a Highball out of this and its great.

And the last but not the least , the fifth generation of Hibiki release – Hibiki Japanese Harmony non-vintage.
