It's that time of year again. For DJ Craig Richards' Houghton Festival 2024, I join Ricardo Romaneiro for a live set again and this time we play live at 5pm Friday August 9th inside the Warehouse which features amazing visuals and a D&B multipoint sound system! Set times for all artists are here. Subhaze plays live at the Warehouse on Saturday August 10th at 1pm. See you there!!!

Houghton 2023!!! What an experience performing again with Ricardo Romaneiro at the Houghton Festival. We closed the festival at the Pinter’s stage and we floated away! Thank you over and over @composernyc for the support and opportunity and Christian @nonvisuals for bringing the light! Thank you to @therealcraigrichards @yamanda.eastwood @bobby.pleasureclub for the best music experience ever. Looking forward to the next one and the next one and the … much love!!

I am so pleased and honored to be invited back to Craig Richard's Houghton Festival to perform live with Ricardo Romaneiro again this year! XLR8R first experienced the From Colors To Lines album in a live set on the intimate Pinters stage at Houghton Festival back in August, and we’ve been eagerly awaiting its release since. Standing opposite each other, Romaneiro and NoiSion delivered an hour of shapeshifting soundscapes full of immersive beauty, with a backdrop of linear, colored lines, morphing and strobing in synchronicity with the music’s harmonies and rhythms. The live piece gorgeously weaves together the 10 tracks from the album as a fluid one-hour set, and was one of the highlights of the incredible Houghton Festival.ii Composer and new media artist Ricardo Romaneiro was born and raised in Sao Paulo. Graduating from The Juilliard School in classical composition, Ricardo’s music synthesizes his major musical influences and passions: classical music and electronics. After meeting NoiSioN (real name Ravi Ivan Sharma), a Brooklyn based musician specializing in live production, hardware synthesizers, and sequencers, they both knew it was the makings of a beautiful collaboration, and From Colors To Lines was birthed. “From Colors To Lines” The 10 tracks from the album are now available to download exclusively by subscribers of XLR8R+ below.
